I called ahead looking for a product because I was traveling there from a distance. I spoke to a service rep and informed her that I would be picking it up for my stylist. She simply said that’s okay they would just need to give the okay over the phone. Great right?!I drive 20 mins to the store and the product is waiting for me behind the service desks my stylist is on the phone ready to give the okay. Then comes the problem:“Do you have an account here? Does your stylist? You can’t shop here without an account.” Well Kaitlyn, however you spell her name never mentioned needing an account before I drove all the way there!Thanks for absolutely nothing!
