Brought a sample of my wood cabinets to The Rustic Loft to match the kitchen table and 4 chairs I wanted to purchase. Just received the set today. The match was so perfect! Maria was our awesome salesperson. She called us after the set was delivered to make sure everything was alright. Family owned and operated company. They make you feel like family.

OMG What a beautiful store and great quality custom furniture. If you can’t get what you want here you would be hard pressed to find it anywhere else so well made. The sales people couldn’t have been nicer. Made you feel like family, especially Maria, she was so bubbily and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have done it without her. Too bad only five stars, deserves 10.

The furniture is amazing I am sure they have styles that fit every household...However they have a tremendous amount to learn about customer service, you should not judge a book by its cover

We had an amazing experience purchasing our custom dining room set from The Rustic Loft. Leo was wonderful. Their expertise, understanding and patience was the unbelievable. The quality of the furniture is top notch. It is solid wood, so it is not cheap. It is also custom furniture, so it does take longer than purchasing a set from a regular store. With this being understood, I cant imagine anyone being disappointed. We highly recommend The Rustc Loft. 💜

Leo was extremely helpful and made 3 beautiful pieces of custom furniture for my home. He was able to make 2 matching media centers to VERY specific details for us with barn doors that are gorgeous and functional. He also made a round dining table with distressed finish and matching chairs that is jaw dropping beautiful. All pieces were done within his quick time frame promised and hand delivered!!!

The Rustic loft is the best furniture store in Long Island by far! Amazing service and a great selection of rustic furniture. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

They are nice but no parking space how can I buy and bring py truck to pick something if theres no parking, they tell you park out side when the parking lane are so small and super heavy trafficIf I spend 3k and up at least let me park somewhere safe and free.

Looking for something different. You might find it here. But their prices are a little too deep for my pockets.
