This my go to. I was in a few weeks ago because my date was up but not my mileage. A staff person walked out to my car, cked everything out and sent me on my way with no oil change. Honesty. I appreciate that tremendously. I will always go here and refer my friends.

Very prompt and friendly service. They fixed my coolant leak quickly and at a great price. They are also fixing my broken drivers seat switch and did the lag work to find a better price on a part and have it shipped in. Very happy I chose to come here.

By and far the best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. Normally I am hesitant to go to auto shops alone as a young female due to previous experiences of them taking advantage of my lack of auto knowledge. That was never the case at Lynden Lube.Tim was always super helpful with me, only ever looked at what I asked him to look at and was always honest with what needed to get fixed immediately and what could wait. I never felt pressured to fix parts of my car that I wasnt anticipating and he did a great job of explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what it was that was getting done to my car.I will absolutely be going here in the future for any other car care I need from here on out.

Can I just say I’ve never gone into an auto shop that I loved the interior design of! This place is top notch clean. Even the bays where the cars are the floor sparkled. I mean how is that even possible?! Anyhow it gave me a lot of confidence to trust my vehicle with a place that obviously cares about the details. The staff were all very professional and the owner was really friendly. Customer for life right here.

Really like this place...quick oil change with no pressure to buy a new filter, etc. BUT was so disappointed recently when employees were not wearing masks ...not sure I’ll go back.

This was the best oil-change experience Ive ever had. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. The waiting room has a TV, bathroom, ample seating, and a fridge with bottled water. They even cleaned my windows and finished the oil change in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Inconsistent pricing with the last 3 oil changes I have gotten there, however still reasonably priced. The latest experience was checking and possibly buying a new battery if I needed it. So they wanted to charge $30 to check and install battery but I told them I wanted to install the battery and bring the old battery back the next day to save $30 so told them just check the battery to make sure it’s bad. They wouldn’t do it unless I paid the $30. (Package deal even if I didn’t need a battery) So I went across the street to O Reilly’s and they checked my battery for free. I wouldn’t have gone back to Lynden lube for the battery except they had the better battery with the better warranty. I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about all the people they have ripped off by charging $30 just to check your battery. It’s a simple machine that connect to your battery and in less then 30 sec you have an answer, it’s not complicated nor any real effort. Guess they like charging $1 a second, lmao.. or maybe they thought they could get away with it cause I’m a woman, little do they know that this girl knows a few things about cars. Bad business practice!

On Monday morning I came from Canada back to the US and was told at the border, that a part underneath the bumper on my car was hanging down. Lynden Lube & Auto was the first auto shop I found and I am glad, I did! A couple nice guys took care of my car right away and I was not charged a penny! Great customer service! Thank you!

Great service here. I had an oil change, and the next day my check engine light came on. They checked it out for me for free; it was just an issue with the thermostat. The waiting room is very nice and spacious, and the bathroom was one of the nicest and cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen.

No appointment needed. First come first serve. Relatively quick service and nice atmosphere. They offer free coffee, water and TV while you wait. Prices are average but can be expensive if you choose the full synthetic oil, but its worth it. Been getting my oil changed here for the last 9 years and will continue. Very happy with service!😊

Do not go here for oil change your vehicle will leave with more problems than you came in for. I came for oil change left with major leak, know I got to pay more money to get it fixed, also after asking around I guess it has that reputation in the local area as a place to not go to

Came in for an oil change and had fantastic service. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they also took care of the air in my tires and well as a nice accommodation of vacumming my floor in the car and wiping down my windows. Exceeded my expectations. Very impressed; will come in again!

Wow!!! Sent my daughter there yesterday for a simple oil change and they charged her $117.00 for an oil change. They didnt use the oil we have been using in the car and they failed to talk with my daughter about her service until they presented a bill. Absolutly disgusting that you take advantage of a young woman and for that I will let everyone know about your practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My god you charged her almost double what the service would have cost at a dealership. Horrible operations and lousy customer care. Greed over service and ethics........

This place is a true life saver and will bend over backwards for you!! Rick is the best ever and was being so patient helping me with eveything i had no clue about. He was on the phone with my warranty company trying to figure things out with them, and then calling me back to let me know whats going on. Id be so lost and would give up on working on my car but Rick stuck through it all with me and helped so much! I would recommend rick to everyone and everybody!! First oil changed here my oil change done and they were so nice and great service all round, with oil changes you not need a appointment. Oil changes are first come first serve, love it

Without a question of a doubt, I would recommend Lynden Lube everyday of the week. My only compliant is they are not open on the weekends, but lets face it, we all need some down time. I have only had the opportunity too use their service once, because I was a traveler going though their town, otherwise I would use them for all my auto service needs. Bottom line is they are professional, they operate a state of the art facility, that is spotless and there is zero nonsense. My encounter with Lyden Lube to place when I was driving my daughters car and it started smoking from the hood. Luckily I happened to be across the street from their facility when this happened. I spoke to an advisor, brought my car in and by the end of the day, my car was back in my hands. The car is British and took special parts that Lyden Lube was able to obtain same day. While the repair was taking place, they let me use a loaner car at - no charge. I could not of come across a nicer group of people and I highly recommend Lyden Lube for any of your auto repair or maintenance needs.
