Thank you so much for taking care of my dad. He came in today because hes on vacation (first day of arrival) and broke his glasses. You guys took very good care of him and I can not thank you enough!
AVOID DR JOSH GILL LICENSE #61064032, FILLED OUT PAPERWORK WRONG/TO MANY MISTAKES HE TRIED TO FIX THEN DOL REJECTED IT, THEN HE FILLED ANOTHER ONE OUT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, AND WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE, PLUS THE ONE HE SENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE IS NOT EVEN THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL ONE AND BECAUSE OF THAT, THE TIME ITS TAKIN NOW IM RISKING LICENCE SUSPENSION ALL BECAUSE JOSH CANT PROPERLY FILL OUT PAPERWORK THEN HE FILLS OUT ANOTHER ONE THAT IS NOT EVEN THE SAME AS THE FIRST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT SEE JOSH GILL LICENSE #61064032 IN LYNDEN. HIGHLY SUGGEST THEY FIRE HIM THIS IS COMPLETE BULLCRAP I HAVE TO DEAL WITH BECAUSE OF HIS SLOPPINESS, AND RUSHING THREW THE APPOINTMENT. AVOID THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!!!
I have been going to Vision Plus on James for nearly 10 years ! I have always received excellent service and they have a wide range of eye glasses to choose from ! My absolute favorite is Pro Design Eyewear!!
I ordered a pair of glasses a couple years ago and ended up losing them. I was told I could reorder my glasses and not be charged for my lenses but had to come in and get a new exam. I got the exam and came back in today and was told the complete opposite. Now I have to pay 270 dollars for some new glasses when I paid extra for insurance on my glasses. I am VERY upset and disgusted with being told one thing and coming in and being told another. I ended up cancelling my order and said that it was rediculous that I have to pay 270 dollars to an employee and supervisor. The supervisor commented back to me as I was walking out that I shouldnt of lost my glasses. It was very unprofessional and I will NEVER go back to Vison plus again. Customer service is HORRBILE!!!
The Asian eye doctor guy was kinda rude towards me when I was in the other day. Made me upset being treated like that
We were passing by the town. My glasses lost a screw. Stopped there to see if they could helps us. Very nice people with great customer service!

I can never get a hold of them.. Ive tried calling several times over a two weeks and only got their voicemail.. Left a voicemail to have them call me back about purchasing some prescription glasses and they never called back!! Must not want to sell any!
