I went to the Scott Savoca Salon this morning, and saw KAREN BAXTER. She was amazing! I have gotten a Thermal Reconditioning Treatment at different salon and was having quite a bit of breakage at the crown and after every blow out appointment, my scalp would be very inflamed, red, and irritated. I went to see Karen today and my scalp has never felt better after an appointment! She was very gentle when blowing out my hair, and used minimal heat when flat ironing it. She only focused the head on my grown out roots and only passed the flat iron through the rest of my hair about 1 time. I also had an Olaplex treatment and my hair has never felt so soft, healthy and bouncy. I received so many complement on my hair today, so I was happy:)Karen also educated me on how to take care of my chemically treated, African-American hair. She was very nice, easy to talk to, and answered ALL of my questions. Everyone at the salon was also very nice and welcoming!I would very much recommend this salon, and ask for KAREN :)

I didnt fit in with the owners severe and aggressively minimalist decor, so I suspect he instructed my stylist to do her worst for my second appointment.The first time I visited, the massaging hair wash was was amazing, and the cut was perfect. The second time, nobody apologized for my stylist being invisible for 15 minutes after my arrival, and the place was barren of any other activity or person but a desk clerk and the owner. The hair wash and trim was vastly inferior and disappointing. And the atmosphere. Heaven forbid there be any color or personality in that black and white Hellscape of barren frigidity. He got his wish: Im never coming back.

Awesome! Well worth the prices. Great stylists, cozy and a pleasant atmosphere! They have a nice little station with free beverages and snacks. On a scale of 1-10, definetely a 10!

Nicole gave me such a good haircut, probably the best cut I have received in a long time! Great place, hidden in the greens plaza!

Had a free manicure/pedicure here. The staff were amazing! I had my little baby with me and they were helpful and kind about it, even when he was being fussy!

Karen is the best! She is incredibly knowledgable, intuitive and creative. Shes also a great listener, takes her time and keeps an open dialogue throughout the cut to make sure youre on the same page. On top of that, she does some pretty awesome editorial work on the road.
