Overall great experience. Went in to get a custom ring, described what I was looking for and came back a few weeks later to pick up exactly what I wanted. Price was fair, craftsmanship was great and I left happy. I would recommend for anyone in need of jewelry.

Owner treated us well. Reasonable prices but the craftsmanship is outstanding. They custom made my engagement ring and wedding band from a picture I drew!!

I lost my custom made cross in the parking lot of that complex. The day after I did I went into this jewelers and described my cross and told them to keep an eye out if someone tries to sell it to them. I left my number and hadnt heard from them. I went in there today and saw my cross in their display. It had the same minor flaw from the jeweler that made it so I know its mine. That was my cross and I was never contacted that they had it. They said if I want it that I have to pay $200. These people are crooks.

My mom likes them but my few experiences with them have not been good. #1 - Mom bought me a white gold ring, asked them to cut it so I could wear as toe ring. All they did was put a cut through it. Had to bring it back to explain they needed to remove a small section and solder close the ends. #2 - Had a watch that second hand was skipping a few seconds. Brought it in to have battery replaced. They gave it back to me saying pblm wasnt with battery - watch was broken. I told them the second hand was ticking when I gave it to them - they denied it. Brought it to another jeweler and paid $100 for them to fix stem. #3 - Helping mom go thru her jewelry. Found pr of earings marked 14K but they where tarnished. Tried cleaning with silver cleaner, rag turned black. Gold shouldnt tarnish Found receipt for earrings in bottom of box, Guess where they were purchased - Rama jewelers.

Worst jeweler I have ever encountered. Went in to get my engagement resized and a small diamond replaced in the band....what i got is a bent band that he used a hammer to thin out and crack it as well as a cracked center setting. The absolute worst!!!
