Starbucks Lynn Haven usually has friendly Staff but today was far from friendly...no greeting from the Staff as my Family and I entered and stood awaiting on Staff to receive our order. It was as if we were invisible. Unsure if management was working or among the poor service. I am glad our order was good. Good Customer Service is important from open to close...give the service you desire to receive.🤔

Employees seem to lack basic knowledge about the job. Begrudgingly informed the staff that indeed venti translates to 20 as in 20 oz and that lattes are typically not served cold with a straw. Three tries to complete 1 latte.

Messed up my drink and then re made it and didn’t add any of the toppings I asked for no cold foam and no extra pump of vanilla

Still no indoor seating.This nonsense is never going to end!Stop living in fear!Even after everyone is “vaccinated” they will make up/find an excuse to keep the country, the economy, and the World in the toilet.My latte tasted like warm dish water.

The staff is always friendly. Its faster if you download the Starbucks app and order ahead and pick up inside. I always order mine extra hot so out stays hot if it sits for a few minutes. My dog knows when were there because she gets her Puppachinos (little cup of whipped cream) and she loves them!

Frappuccinos are great. Need new flavors though. Breakfast sandwich is pretty good when in stock.

Smells and taste so good at Starbucks!! Window opens and Im in Heaven!! Staff is awesome and this location knows how to keep the line moving!! Always busy but always fast!!!

Ordered larges and got mediums but the drinks were fine and the drive-through operator was friendly.

Usually a pretty decent store, but it would be nice if they could actually answer their phone after they mess up my drink. Im not making a special trip back there just to replace a drink.

They run around like they dont know what theyre doing. They do not do the orders in order they come in they just randomly pick a glass and start filling it

Although they were out of the drink I wanted, the barista was super friendly and offered to replace it with something else and a bigger sized one at that. Not their fault the supply chain was disrupted. Always a pleasure to go here.

They are always out of cake pops, drink supplies, straws, ETC. the employees are wonderful but sounds like they need to order more supplies all around.

Just glad I found a Starbucks.....our 5 yr old was having Cake Pop withdrawals! All our Targets down South FL have Starbucks in them....Target here doesnt.

If you order delivery from this location, you may want to call the store to confirm that they have everything in stock ready to go to complete your order. If they are out of any one little old thing and nobody can reach you by voice or by text, your entire order will be canceled and you will be left wondering what happened!

Great service with a smile. They are happy to make any drink no matter how complex it is and they hook your drinks up!

I was right by Starbucks today so I figured I’d walk over me get me and my friends some drinks. I had accidentally forgotten my mask that day and didn’t even think of it when I walked in. There was a man at the counter who immediately started being extremely rude and raising his voice saying “YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF MY LOBBY WITHOUT YOUR MASK ON” etc. I definitely know I should be wearing a mask in times like these, but we all have days where we just don’t think about it at first. That being said, he could’ve went about it in a way more professional manner. I don’t know his name, nor whether he is a manager or just an employee, but that is no way to treat customers. I literally hadn’t said anything yet and he was just blatantly rude.

My favorite Starbucks in pc. Always friendly and makes the coffee better then the other Ive been too in pc.

Went to Starbucks tonight before heading to Moselys graduation and was incredibly disappointed... I ordered a venti Chai tea latte nonfat and received watered down nonfat milk... I would like to say that this is the 1st time but it is not... please do better Starbucks.. I work hard for my money and expect more if I am going to pay more than $5 for a caffinated beverage...

I visit this location daily & my coffee is always perfect. I have my puppy who comes to work work me every day & they have given me whipped cream for her a few times & Luna really enjoys it. She knows when we are at Starbucks & gets excited as well.

Vanilla Bean Frappuccino was very good also great for people who dont like the coffee taste.

The SLOWEST possible Starbucks Ive ever been to in my life. Been in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes due to someone ordering a crazy amount of food. Make them pull up and park like every other establishment does. Lousy.

Everyone of the staff members at this location make my day. I literally stopped going through the drive threw just to come inside, because I am always greeted with a positive tone. They always make me feel so valued as a customer that I don’t mind taking the extra few minutes just to walk in. Y’all are a FANTASTIC team. Looking forward to many more visits with y’all.

This is the Starbucks that I came for a blind date. Needless to say he is my boyfriend now and we come to this Starbucks often because it has great memories. The staff is great they know you by name and they make excellent coffee drinks. My boyfriend ordered us a skinny frapp. I did not know that you can customize them if you did not want to have sugar. They even have Stevia.

Long drive thru line and kinda slow. Good coffee but I only go once in a bull moon due to the price

This Starbucks is absolutely fantastic! It’s always very clean and nice and the employees are just phenomenal. Though, it sometimes takes a while to get your food, but it’s worth the wait!

Great customer service ! I was waiting for one of the baristas to come take my order and in the process a miss communication was made between the baristas. After realizing that I haven’t been helped she quickly responded and comped my coffee ! Now that’s how you do business! You make a mistake and move on ! Great job !

I pulled up and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building... And it appeared that the drive-thru was open. After sitting in line for about 10 minutes I get to the speaker and wait for somebody to take. Again after waiting for about 10 minutes and nobody taking my order I pulled around to the window only to see a sign that says that they were closed due to the weather. The storm is only a tropical storm and by this time it has passed. I swear sometimes I dont know why I even bother with this place!

Been to this establishment multiple times, every time it has been the drive thru. The attendant is rude and no matter what the screen says with our correct order we always end up getting something we did not order. Not the ideal way to start a morning.

It’s a Starbuck’s, so there’s only so much you can expect. This one seems to be slower than the others in the area, but I think that’s because Lynn Haven denizens are bit more extra when it comes to their Frappuccinos.The staff is super friendly, even when there’s a line to get into the line that’s wrapped around the building, and you know they all probably want to pull their hair out.

I stop by here very often and it’s always a great experience. All the staff I have encountered are always very professional and nice. I love that my order is always right.

Recommend getting the app to get rewards and its much faster to order ahead of time. Otherwise, the drive thru line can be really long at times.

Went inside for a tea and waited over 25 mins. They served all the cars in the drive through and still no order. Decided to get a refund and walk out. Not even an apology for the poor management.

It was quick. Under what I have come to expect from Starbucks on quality. Drinks were bitter and the light ice somehow came all the way to the top of the cup.

Visiting from out of town. Two days in a row our simple order took forever. Neither time did anyone say anything to explain huge delay. Seemed to be used to it as normal. Definitely not what we are used to from Starbucks.

Machines must have an issue, tastes oily. Other than having coffee be more bitter than usual, service is great. Always willing to redo coffee if it tastes wrong. Will update 5 stars once they get machines fixed, calibrated or whatever.

Its Starbucks... You go there because you love it. The coffee and choices of how you want it are great. The food, what I have tried, is good. I also love the way the staff is trained, they go out of their way to please you. They greet you when you walk in and if youve been there a few times, they remember youre name and what youre order is.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but since hurricane Michael it just isnt the same. They are a bit slower then before. I did wait 18 minutes in the drive thru and ended up with my drink completely wrong. They do however try to get people served quickly in the morning during the week but forget about the weekends. You will wait a good bit on your drink on a weekend.

I was sitting in this starbucks enjoying my coffee and getting some work done when I witnessed a customer upset about something (not sure right or wrong). The manager of this location (name is Dole I believe) did an incredible job of keeping his composure and professionally helping this customer out. Just a well spoken guy with a head on his shoulders. Hopefully the company recognizes the talent this individual has and what their potential holds.

Its wild how much busier they are now after the hurricane, but as always very sweet. I miss the old staff, but the new staff are super nice. Great drinks.

The coffee was good and the coffee cake was warm and delicious. Seating was limited unless you want to sit at a table with a stranger so I sat on one if the chairs without a table which was fine. Outdoor seating was available but inside was so nice and cool and the coffee aroma was amazing.

I just sat so long in their drive-through I had to give up on my order in go back to work. I think they need to really work on customer service especially since they are dealing with a work crowd. Gentleman was spending several minutes with a lady with payment issues I wish it had been handled in a way that did not affect all of the other customers. This will be the last time I go to this Starbucks it happens almost every time

Best coffee on the planet. This particular location has plenty of business casual seating and the noise level is never too bad. Its a great setting for an informal business meeting. The food is a cut above your standard hockey puck. I love the gift cards. They are the perfect thank you for past clients, and especially the ones that leave a positive review for our business. The staff is friendly and the line of any moves quick. Its also one of the few locations to get a cold brew coffee. ☺️😊

Friendly staff, quick service in the drive thru. The barista helped me pick a decaf kid friendly drink for my son and even made it dairy free since he is lactose intolerant. Thanks for great suggestions and great service. My Carmel apple spice drink was delicious :-)

This location features a drive-thru, unlike the Starbucks near the mall. Today I was meeting a friend for coffee, so we sat inside, but there is outdoor seating available with umbrellas. Service was great. We were welcomed upon approaching the counter. I paid with a gift card and the order taker let me know that my card balance was printed on the receipt. Coffee was hot and my egg bites were hot too, I had to let them cool before eating. Lobby wasnt busy or crowed, but it wasnt empty. Always a good sign.Overall it was a pleasure eating there. Looking forward to coming again :)

Honestly they do good most days but today all I asked for was a two drinks and a sandwich and I got one drink but I didn’t receive the other or my sandwich. I was gonna surprise my sister with Starbucks cause she wasn’t having a good day and I wasn’t able to because the lady took forever for my order and I had school too so when I told her I had to cancel cause I didn’t have anymore time, she didn’t even give me all my money back and was having difficulty scanning my stars which shouldn’t be hard cause they do that everyday. Really mad that I didn’t even get my food or money back cause now I’m hungry and sad I couldn’t do something nice for my sister. I would just recommend going to a different Starbucks because the service at this one is inconsistent.

Ordered a drink when I finally received it, it tasted terrible, was not what I ordered. went back inside explained the problem, they made another, it tasted as bad as the first. I just deposited it into the trash can and walked out it was simpler

Its Starbucks. That says it all. Convenient location and friendly staff here. But at times it could get crowded and you may find no place to sit inside during hot summer time.

Literally just had the WORST experience that will make me never ever come back. I come here every morning. The new manager Abby and the new trainees refused to give me caramel on the side after they have given it to me on the side for almost a year. Oh well. I’m excited to be saving $300 plus dollars every month now.

Im a doordash driver and they have the ability for uber eats and mobile orders to come to the door but doordash has to sit in the Drive-Thru line to order

This Starbucks is easy to get in and out of from the front or back. They clerks are fairly nice. My drinks arent as good here for whatever reason. Ill get big chunks of ice that stop up my straw and things like that. I prefer the Starbucks beside the PC Mall. Its harder to get in and out of but I feel it is worth the effort if Im paying this much for a coffee.

The baristas here are always pleasant, attentive and work super fast!! The espresso is just right and my drinks are never too bitter or too sweet. This is my happy place before or after a long shift at work. I highly recommend them. Bonus: they have a drive through

Went through the drive-thru and my girlfriends grandson loves it! Personally, I dont get it. I think the coffee is too strong and cost too much. We call it five bucks!

I really enjoy this location. Very efficient and friendly staff. Will have to add that my best experience has been the drive thru, though, to be fair Ive only been inside once~ it may have just been an off day for them.

Everyone here is very friendly. Alan had them make me a Mocha frappuccino skinny with Stevia and it was absolutely delish! Its a very clean and welcoming store. I like coming here often with my laptop, hang out, and get some work done.

If only they would get skinny chai! then made with almond milk only 9 carbs instead of 30.

Service is always a little slow at this location but its worth it. I get a soy latte every time and the baristas do great. It is a soy latte after all. They always have cool merchandise as well and have a clean atmosphere. Good Chill spot.

The baristas were very polite and helpful. They were not ruse or in their own world like Starbucks employees can sometimes be. My wife likes to bring her own tea because Starbucks doesnt carry the kind she likes, so when we ask for just a cup of hot water we usually get rude looks and attitude. The employee simplyyes, sir and asked if there was anything else we wanted. We tried their pastries which which actually fresh and delicious. The apple fritter was excellent, especially after being warmed up.The music playing was upbeat jazz and was being played at an appropriate volume. The coffee sugar, cream, etc were all full. So far, this is my favorite Starbucks in PC or PCB.

Friendly and relaxed waitstaff. I sometimes hold meetings here and my clients love it and we are not pressured to order to stay. When we do order, everything arrives quick and proper.

Lynn haven location has Excellent service. They make sure your drink is perfect. Service is much better than Starbucks near the mall.

Totally screwed up my order. I ordered a drink for a child(non caffeinated) and one for an adult, obviously caffeinated. One was large and one small. If course you could take a guess the small one was supposed to be for a child. Will they labeled them correctly but put there wrong drink in the wrong container. Luckily for me I cought it before my cold had time to drink it all. Now what if he was sensitive to caffeine? And still we had a late night.

I tried to Waffle House Coffee next door and then I tried Starbucks coffee I cant see paying three times as much. McDonalds has just as good a coffee
