Love Dr. Huston, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I called and asked a question about my prescription (needed to order contacts during these covid times) and they refused to talk about my prescription over the phone. Company policy. Fine, could they email it to me? Nope. They will only send my prescription to another optometrists fax. I dont need another optometrist to look at my prescription. I just need to know MY prescription. Very unhappy with the terrible service and will find a friendlier place.

Won’t give my glasses that have been ready to be picked up since Christmas Eve because the licensed Optician isn’t available today. Glasses that have already gotten the lenses in them. I waited there for 20 minutes while the girl was on a cell phone. Not sure if it was her personal phone or not but what the hell is the point of being open if you literally can’t do anything of value for your customers. The guy doesn’t even do anything when he’s there. Don’t expect this to be a convent process if you get glasses here. Get your prescription and order them online. It’s cheaper and much more convenient.

Went in with a piece of metal in my cornea,as a last ditch effort to avoid an emergency room. For a very fair price he removed the object and ground the rust out. This was several months ago (pre hurricane) . I have perfect vision I want to say thank you for doing such a great job. I have no spot, and as honestly a very scary procedure to have someone working on your eye. He made me very comfortable and kept me calm while keeping a steady hand. Thank you very much for saving my vision.

Love them. Dr. Huston and his staff are awesome. They go above and beyond for customers to feel confident, comfortable and satisfied.

Angela and Bill are simply amazing. We have been getting our glasses there for several years. As long as they are they we will continue to do so.

This place is a joke they double charged me told me they didnt said my bank would fix it which was a lie the back said they had to do a refund so unprofessional here dont waste your time there are plenty of great place in PC
