Dont try to call nobody ever answers the phone, I tried several time during there business hours.

This location is very convenient. The staff are friendly and skilled in phone repair. They took the extra time to have me check to be sure things were working properly after the repairs. I bought a new case while there and they had fair prices. Thanks for the quick repairs.

Cheapest I found when looking to get my phone fixed, got a screen protector really cheap, also did it relatively fast if I’m correct.

A professional environment where employees are knowledgeable about their job. I had been to several phone technicians about a software problem and still I had issues that caused the phone to shut down frequently. When I came here, the technician first explained what caused the problems and notified me of the risks involved before he tried fixing it; as several technicians had opened the device and he could not tell if anything was severely damaged. He assured me he would only replace with genuine parts if such was needed. Safe to say he demonstrated how competent he was in resolving the issue and now my iPhone is operating perfectly. Honest and effective workers.

Great guy. He came out twice trying to make it right. Unfortunately though nothing could be done. A replacement instead is arriving with 12 months total coverage courtesy of Asurion / Verizon👍
