This is a great location with complete full service and extremely professional individual working the counter. Bryssa was very helpful and we were in and out of the store in literally next to no time at all. Her caring customer focused work ethic is outstanding! I have been using this UPS store for everything I need for awhile. They are extremely friendly, courteous & willing to help with any questions.I had an experience recently shipping frozen fish to Houston, Texas for my relatives & had no clue how to ship that type of item. They could have gotten flustered, but they kept a smile and made the process easy. They even sent me an email of the confirmation of the return of equipment when I could not stay any longer. Mrs Dorothy and everyone at the UPS in Lynn Haven always do an excellent job with all of my packages. As a tech who uses this UPS solely for all of my parts orders, I receive 15-30 packages of all sizes per week and the staff is excellent with dealing with it all.

Took a quick turn-around-package into this UPS Store in Lynn Haven and I have to say, even with a crowd in the store waiting in line I was treated like royalty! Always a great experience. The employees have always been very helpful with all things to do with packages and printing. Shannon, has helped me a few times when Ive needed professional printing of emaiIed documents and when Ive been confused with Amazons return system. Thus, saving me a lot of time and aggravation. Her knowledge and professionalism has been a God send. I havent had a bad experience with any of this stores employees. Everythings always reasonably priced and I wouldnt go anywhere else to send packages or have printing work done. Much quicker service and friendlier then office depot.

This UPS Store causes me no end of issues. I bring a package with a wrong label, they wanna charge $30 for a reprint when I can fix it myself for 10€. I mail a bubble mailer with stamps on it one day, I come back to mail another and they turn it down for an obvious coorporate-mandate before trying to charge $22 for a first-class label when I can legit go home and fix it myself for the price of a single breath of air. I call to ask a question, they hang up on me while Im mid-sentence and ignore my subsequent calls for the next hour.The only saving grace for this store is one of the morning crews. A tall, older blonde and a shorter lady. I forgot their names but they were awesome. Everyone else? 👎I would stop going here if it wasnt for the fact theyre the only postal service that accommodates my working hours.

Driver threw the packages at the end of my driveway and said theyre safer there. He couldve just told the truth and said he was too lazy to walk the 20 feet to my door with the packages.

I had 3 large cases over 100lbs and they managed to not only deliver it cheaper than any other service, the even wrapped and padded them for safe travel!My packages arrive earlier than expected and in perfect condition! I cannot stress how awesome the staff was and knowledgeable of the shipping rates, additional fees and best approaches for delivering anything you have! I would send everything from here if I was still living there!!! 69 star rating from me to the guys that handled my bulky and heavy shipment!!! You guys rule!!!

The young lady who notarized papers for me was amazing she was friendly and was helpful when I couldn’t get them to print at first. I expected them to be kinda of aggravated since it was almost time to close but they were the complete opposite. I really was shocked and grateful.

Fast, but rude. I said Hello, How are you? and nothing. I asked a question and he just handed me my reciept and said Next in line. The same associate was even rude to the gentleman using the blueprint printer. He asked for assistance and while he was walking to the machine he yells out loud, Dont use that printer anymore because im not going to keep coming over there to cut the paper. I rather drive an inconvenient distance than come back to this UPS.

I went in to UPS store and Dorothy helped me with my return to Amazon and she was so helpful that I was able to get it all done before leaving the store and having to come back. I recently contacted Chelsea to do some graphic work for my twitch channel! She gave me exactly what I asked for and then some, even though I wasn’t able to articulate what I was envisioning! Stephen gave me excellent service. At the time of my visit I was having back problems and walking with a cane. He retrieved my package from my car and took care of the entire process cheerfully and promptly. Excellent service. I will return and use this location again rather than the other options in town.

Chelsea is AWESOME! She did amazing graphic design work for me and provided very high-quality prints! Ive also found that all of the workers that Ive interacted with at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a good example of how a UPS store should run.

I have come here a couple of times for various reasons. I love coming here because their copies are cheap and they have large printers to print posters directly from your cell phone. They always have two people available to help. And the workers are very friendly. They have also have a selection of mail supplies, reading glasses, and greeting cards.

I host a podcast called Fake Therapy from my home and was in desperate need of a professional looking logo. Chelsea was so helpful in making my logo dreams come true! She is so sweet, easy to work with, and very creative. I would recommend her 100% for your graphic art needs!

Yesterday, I arrived at the UPS Store @ 4:55 pm, four people ahead of me ...By 5:15 pm still in line with 6 to 8 customers behind me (some customers leaving) with one employee working at the store.....When I got waited on, I knew the employee could not accomplish what I needed done due to the volume of customers and lack of employees....I did not get upset with that employee and thought she did an outstanding job being professional and how she took care of her customers before me. Matter a fact I called her manager and told the manager to give her a pat on the back for handling the situation.... This employee shouldnt have put in this position if proper planning of scheduling was done..... People work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on a daily basis please schedule properly so customers can expect to be waited on a timely matter......

Went into the store this AM...Staff was very busy as you can imagine this time of year...Dorothy waited on me and 2 others at the same time...This lady is amazing....Not only did she get me taken care of, but apologized for not being faster and gave me a AAA discount...She needs a steak dinner instead of lunch...I hope the owner of this location knows they have a real gem here

Mary was a terrific help when I needed to get 2 chairs from Florida to Colorado. She gave me advice on how to save the most money on shipping, even though it wasn’t through UPS. On top of that, she stored my items until I could arrange for pickup. I applaud her honesty and customer service, which are rare these days. I would highly recommend this store, and I will definitely be a return customer.
