My family has used Doug for over 30 years. I call him a vampire because he still looks soooo young!! But he’s as great as it gets. I now live nearly an hour away and still travel back to Lynn for Doug to service my car. He will never overcharge and will never tell you it’s one thing if there’s even a possibility that it’s something else. He’s fair, honest and simply the best!
