Used car lots don’t always have a great reputation, but Ali is really solid. Easily the most low-key, no-pressure, easy-going car salesman I’ve ever dealt with.When we first came in, he was working on a car he’s just taken in, changing the oil and checking fluids and whatnot. I was not pressured in anyway to buy the car and instead of trying to convince me the car was the best car ever he showed me the minor bad details about it so I knew exactly what I was getting. The car is in beautiful condition only 2 tiny dents across the whole car, no rips in the leather no mechanical issues at all, I’m not new to buying cars but when I fully inspected this car it was great and a great buy! While looking for a 1966 Jaguar S-Type like one we used to own many decades ago, we stumbled upon a 2005 S-Type at Car Master Pros Auto Sales. We also found two others in the area, but Alis (Almadar) was in almost perfect condition on the outside, and Ali assured us that everything worked great. Though we bought the car As-Is with no warranty, Ali ordered a part the car needed and installed it at no cost, and also got us an Owners Manual. He works on his cars himself, and the vehicle has performed just like a new one (and looks gorgeous, of course). Ali was very friendly and knowledgeable, and his price seemed fair. He welcomed us to bring the car back in if we have any problems. We would gladly recommend Ali and Car Master Pros to everyone.

My husband and I bought a car through Ali at Car Master Pros in Nov 2018. We had the car approximately 6 weeks and the engine just failed because of a crank bolt not properly installed causing catastrophic engine damage. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that doesnt work, a $22,000 loan, and the cost of a new engine. Ali will not talk to use, try to rectify this problem, NOTHING!!! To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We will never go through them again. We will never recommend Car Master Pros Auto Sale.

I bought a used Nissan Leaf at this shop and feel I got a very good deal. I worked with Ali, who was the owner and operator of the shop. When I first drove the car, I noticed some vibrations at high speeds and said I would buy the car conditional on the vibrations being fixed. Ali took the car to a tire shop and had them replace all 4 tires even though the vibration was the result of one defective tire. I have 3 children under 3 years old and not a lot of time. Ali was extremely organized and had all the paperwork ready for me when I returned to pick up the car. I was only in his shop for 10-15 minutes signing the necessary paperwork before I was out the door. I financed the car through USAA and Ali was super familiar with the process and worked with me and the small delay that comes with working with a third party finance party.

Buyer beware. Asked the guy via text message if I could get a copy of the CarFax before I drove up from Puyallup. He said no, only in person. I asked him if the car I was interested in, was a trade in. He said yes.I arrived to see the car and despite his description of not being in any accidents, clearly there is unrepaired minor fender bender damage. He said he tried to show that in the pictures and after looking at his photos if you download and zoom in, it is visible.I asked him if I could get a copy of the Carfax and he said I was welcome to look at his phone and even take pictures of it, but that he wouldnt give me a print out. He said he doesnt have access to it on his computer just his phone and he is a little shop and its too expensive. Again offered to let me read it on his phone.I spent a little while looking over the Carfax on his phone and noticed the car was sold at auction a couple weeks ago. I asked him about it... I thought you said you got this on trade. He said it is a trade in. I showed him on his phone where it indicates it was recently sold at auction and he said well someone traded it in. It didnt just fall from the sky. He then said I was being disrespectful to his car because I was slamming the doors and the hood. Told me I didnt have to buy it... I dont think I was slamming his doors or was being disrespectful at all... the hood was still in the upright position as I left.

Told the haji owner what was wrong with the car and he didnt believe us, so we took him to court and the judge laughed at him and ruled in our favor. NO stars needs to be an option. Absolute garbage business, if you could even call what they do business.
