I would give this a ten star if I had to. Jessie was very negotiable and made us find a car in our budget. Jessie is a really nice guy and willing to work with us, and with very good selection of cars. Jessie cares for his customers and he makes sure that we end up leaving his shop happy with a nice car. Good overall experience and he was there to help me with everything along the way and answered any questions. But most of all he is straight forward and will get you out the door with out spending all day doing paper work. I’m happy with my purchase and it’s a used car and isn’t perfect looking but it has low miles and light body damage (I knew this while purchasing) but it drives amazing and hasn’t given me any problems. Al, and the racecar mechanic Troy were awesome and helped me with questions about the car. I really appreciated the experience I had there and look forward to buying another car from them in the future!

Terrible customer service (owner was not there, so dealt with another guy), and had to put a ton of $ into this vehicle right off the bat.The guy working on this particular day seemed annoyed to be there, couldnt tell me about any maintenance history or current issues with the vehicle, and seemed annoyed that he was spending his afternoon making a sale rather than having dinner with his mother. The car ran fine when I test-drove it, CarFax report was clean, and it didnt seem to have any obvious issues under the hood.Check engine light came on two days after purchasing the vehicle, costing me an additional $2400 to replace CC, both front CV joints, and do a transmission flush. Would have been nice to know about these issues from someone more knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Not necessarily faulting the owner, but maybe he needs to get some different staff, and educate them about the inventory.

I have mixed feelings regarding my vehicle purchase. On one hand the guy seemed very nice and got someone over to replace the bad battery but I also had to install a rearview mirror which I knew about but was one of the details in negotiating along with having to fix a window that didnt work. What I wasnt informed of is that the locks didnt work and shortly after driving off the check engine light came on due to a leak in the evap system which Im sure he knew about but because of the battery was reset so I cant say for sure it was intentional.

I needed a decent car for my son. The other day, our family needed another car, and after hopping from one dumpy used car lot after another we stopped in after seeing an ad online. Dealer (Ron) pulled all the typical used car salesman tricks (as usual), but we didnt let it bother us. The man seemed like a nice guy otherwise.We saw the car we came for, it was in nice, working condition (with minor cosmetic issues (all of which were listed clearly on the ad)), but the price seemed a little high for what it is. But, you know, after turning up at a couple lots, expecting to see a decent car and finding that same one but... youre pretty sure it had a back end at some point, we just decided to go for it.About an hour and a quarter after arriving (including a test drive home to see what the rest of the family thought), we had the keys in our hands, no fuss. The place also has a nice garage, where folks work on race cars (which was pretty cool!).The lot itself isnt the nicest, its a little cramped and hard to get into. There was, however, a gentleman grilling in front of the garage which did make the place smell delicious.The car (so far, at least) is in good working order, has been kept up well, and was a great drive home. We still need to go and pick up registration soon, will update if there are any issues.

Great shop! Went in with a little bit of doubt and paranoia about used car places, but that went away pretty quick with their no-pressure sales and very friendly manners. I can tell they like cars; got to see two race cars the owner was working on. They gave me generous amount of time for a test drive, showed me the vehicle history that they had access to, and I left the shop a satisfied customer! Id go back when I need a car again in the future!

We purchased a 2004 Subaru Forester. We phoned, were told what to expect, and they held the car until we could arrive from Eastern WA. It was clean for 120k miles. They pointed out the flaws/defects and assured us if the sunroof leaked it would be covered by the aftermarket installer. We took it for a test drive and heard a horrible sound. I now believe we just ran over something in the road. At the time we were unsure if this was the car. The sales associate, Ron, offered to let us take it next store (or to another mechanic) and have it put on the rack for a quick inspection, the $100+ would be taken off cost of car at purchase. Ultimately, Ron gave us a better deal than this and we drove away with my daughter’s first car. We drove it over two mountain passes that day without incident. We’ve now owned this vehicle for six months. It starts every morning and gets my daughter to where she needs to be. I like it as much as my $35k 2018 Outback with all the bells and whistles. More comfortable seats, lol. I recommend this dealer to everyone. I still feel we got a good car at a fair price with excellent service! When was the last time you could say that about a used car dealership?

When you are looking for a car and apply at a car dealership for a loan, you dont expect the Owner to text you. Jessie is just a great person. He gets things done, very personable and professional. He makes car buying as easy as can be. One thing that I notice as well is that he cares about the people that took their time to come to his car dealership. I bought my crown vic from this location for a good price. Despite the high mileage, the car is in very great shape for the price and after several months and five thousand more miles on the car everything is still running great. I appreciate Rons help with the experience since this was my first and only pleasant dealership experience.

I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Rav4 from Seattle Auto Werx. Ron and Jessie were communicative, friendly, and most importantly - they were honest. They made a repair my new-to-me car needed after I had purchased it. They made sure I was making the right decision by pointing out other, less expensive vehicles they had available and making sure we test-drove those first. The only criticism is that theyre a little hard to find. I felt good about my experience with them and will be back when Im in the market next time.

Jesse was absolutely positively amazing!!!! He held our 2002 Chrysler Town and country for us while we waited to get our tax refund. Then we got notice it would be 2 more weeks before we got it and he continued to hold it out of the kindness of his heart. This is my first minivan and I love it so so much. Great price great customer service and amazing family values!!!! Thank you Jesse for everything. Then we got it home and noticed there was an issue and he immediately said to go ahead and drop it off and they would fix it. He had it 24hrs and had the issue fixed free of charge because hes just that awesome! I definitely recommend this place and will go back if and when we need a different vehicle!

I purchased my car with cash over a month ago. Being a used car I have discovered a few minor issues with it. Even though its been over a month and I paid cash for my car Jesse and Ron have agreed to fix the minor issues one day next week. After blowing my clutch on the freeway the day before Thanksgiving I was without a vehicle, so I spent the next two days looking for a new one. I just went through a nasty divorce and as a result my credit was ruined but I tried anyways to get a new vehicle but was turned down everywhere. I didnt have lots of money so I was looking in the $5000 and under range to pay cash. I went to lots of used car dealers, looked online and in those free car magazines. I finally found a vehicle to would fit my needs and 2 children. I called Autowerx and talked to John. The weather was horrible cold and frozen. I said I needed to get a ride so John he offered to pick me up, when we arrived to my surprise the van was in their garage all warm and clean so I could look it over. I said it was perfect but wanted to drive it first so we went on a nice long ride and before we got back I told him, I will take it. Now it was time to negotiate he offered it to me less than my budget then asked how was I going to pay for it cash or finance. I said my credit was bad, but he we specialize with that and had me approved in minutes and I got to keep almost all my money, I thought perfect since Christmas was a month away. This dealership went the extra mile with me and even made me feel welcome when I came back to get my registration they made sure that I was satisfied and there were no problems.Thank you,John, Jesse and Jason.

The sale and financing was great, I guess I misunderstood the first part of the deal. The terms on how much I was going to pay and my trade value changed overnight. The deal went from great to just OK, I would look elsewhere unless its something you must have. Then look it over real good.

Found this place through craigslist looking for an Acura TL. These guys had the best car at my price point and it really is a great car. Jesse was professional and down to earth. No smoke blown up my rear, just straight shooting. Used cars are not perfect, despite that I got a great car with in my budget and I’m really amazed everything works( not true of the others I had considered). I read these reviews and like most used car dealerships a lot of negative comments. It’s worth a look and buying cars is miserable but it was real fast and painless here. Disclaimer: I really hate buying cars so this 5 star review is a big deal.

These people wont even entertain the thought of negotiating the price. They get an attitude when you even try to respectfully open up dialogue with them about the price. Ive never encountered a used car sales man that wont budge from sticker price and anyone who knows anything never pays sticker price at a car lot. I got $1500 off a 2002 Camry at a well known Toyota dealer in Everett just last year but asking $500 off sticker to these guys insults them. HA! Ill take my cash money elsewhere if they dont want it and Id recommend shopping around before even considering these guys.

One of the worst experiences I ever had, they had a car that I really wanted when I arrived the costumer service was non-existence, car had an excellent price and a great condition, turned out the car was a lemon and they flashed the car computer so the check engine light never showed up while I made the test drive. I made a deal and after one hour of driving the system rebooted by itself and presented a lot of problems, cost to fix it was half the value of the car.

Came here to look for a used vehicle. And rite off the bat I can tell that this was a place that I didnt want to get tangled up with. All of the staff kind of brushed me off. And the price they wanted for the cars was ridiculous. 230000 miles on a Subaru and you want 5 grand for it. Unless its had some major maintenance thats a total rip off.The worst part about it is I had cash in hand and nobody wanted to tell me about the cars I was looking at. No service records no carfax no nothing.I would have had better luck buying something off craigslist in better condition.It seems like they just wanna finance you out at an exorbitant interest rate so that they can make a bundle.Other people might have better luck. But considering they were more intrested in my Toyota then actually selling me a car, They either have deep pockets or are constantly looking for a sucker.

Ive bought my last 2 cars here and its been wonderful! Had my dads help financing the car thru SnoCope (the dealers financing hookup) since I had no credit & the 02 Saturn (which I loved to pieces) and 02 Kia I bought are doing/did me well & were crazy affordable! Would definitely give them return business if I find myself in a tight spot again in the future!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY SUBARU FROM HERE. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and theyve proven to me why I must NEVR trust a place like this EVER AGAIN.To let someone drive off your lot knowing the vehicle you sold is unsafe is absolutely unacceptable. Regardless if there is sold as is agreement. My fault for not bringing a mechanic with me...bring one with you to make sure they dont screw you over. I wouldnt be surprised If ALL their vehicles are absolute garbage. They may fix the cosmetics, detail it, throw some grease in the gears, maybe replace a bumper...but from my experience they dont care about selling you a vehicle thats is mechanically sound. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to a real dealership.

I want other people to be aware of the place which honestly its not a car dealership is more like a garage with cars that are over price for what they are.. stay away from this place and save yourself a headache and money..

Bought a 2006 VW Passat from here for $6500 less than a year ago. Had problems with it the first day I bought it. I even bought their insurence and was told what was wrong with the car wasnt covered when it clearly stated it was! So now Im here waiting for AAA to come tow my car home because the engine went out and the car wont even start. Stay clear from these guys.UPDATE: I had a mechanic come look at it and he said the engine is blown. The car lasted me exactly a year. No bueno.

Sold me a truck for its value and a half. I should have done more research. Their insurance broker will sign you up for outrageous insurance rates telling you its the best possible deal A/c broke two days after leaving lot. As well as boots on axel immediately wearing out. Seems like it was patched up prior to being sold and didnt hold up well. I would never recommend this dealership to even my enemies. Filled with regret. Dont buy here.

I purchased a vehicle here, my friend purchased a vehicle here, even though my car broke down 6 months after purchase John took my car in and only charged me for the price of the part to replace the axle. Advice to anyone trying to buy a 10k dollar car for half the price is to get it inspected, if your not buying a new car you need to know what you are buying.

John and Jesse at AutoWerx sold me a 2001 GMC Sierra. The truck had a list of problems that both John and Jesse kept secret. The registration and license plate never arrived and AutoWerx said it was my job to make sure this arrived. They will lie, steal, and cheat you out of everything, talk a big game, and then not deliver.

I drove two hours to come test the Passat W8 and the manager didn’t let me test drive it just because my insurance company couldn’t fit a third name (my name) on the insurance card! This is the MOST TERRIBLE salesman and the MOST TERRIBLE dealership!!! Go back to college and take Business Management classes!
