Fast trip in for birthday balloons. Quick self pickup, and for a Saturday midday it was maybe 5 minutes for them to fill and tie a dozen. In and out in 15 with some browsing?Tis the season for rifling through shelves, and it looked it, which is why the 4 stars.

I probably could have picked a better place to shop for the few items I needed. They didnt have a great selection but that doesnt mean other items arent stocked. I cant comment on the Halloween costumes because I wasnt shopping for those. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

Short: its hilariously over expensive for basically acceptable things.Long: Did you forget to buy the party things you need on Amazon and the party is today? Is what you want not at walmart? Are you middle class and can afford 60 dollars on four to five items that would cost 25 anywhere else?This place has you covered then. It has things other stores might not, and its going to cost you, but you will have it.The wings in the pic below cost $16. Single layer died feathers sparsely adheared to styrofoam with weak glue.

Store is nice and organized stuff are friendly. But not pricey. Otherwise good place to shop for party.

Sally was amazing!!! She helped me quickly and efficiently with my bouquet of 20 colorful balloons. She seemed to genuinely care about my story. I was giving the balloons with little notes in each one to a boy I am head-over-heels-for. She was so accommodating and cheerful with my unusual request! I loved working with her - me stuffing tiny love notes inside the balloons, and then handing them to her to fill up with air and tie ribbons. She did a fantastic job. Such skill - both with people and with ribbons! A bouquet of 20 isnt really on their menu but she did it all anyway, and even gave me a really good deal! Wonderful service. Thank you so much Sally!! You made my day unforgettable! P.S. He really really loved it. :)

Very limited selection and nothing other than, what you would find at a Party City store. They are also more expensive and hence no good reason to go here. You are better off ordering online if you have time or going to a larger discount retail store.

I had ordered balloons for my moms 50th birthday party. They completely messed up my balloons (wrong color, wrong order) and the manager/owner only offered me half of my money back when I tried to return them. (I would have caught it at pick up and had them corrected then, except my brother picked them up for me.) See attached picture. Both balloons that say 50 are supposed to be BLACK, and the mylar balloon is supposed to be on top, as it is in all packages that they sell. I will never shop here again. Dont get me wrong, the selection is great & the store was very organized. Pricey though. But staff was not helpful in assisting me to find the things I needed and apparently they just suck at balloons.

The staff at The Party Store is very helpful, the store is clean and I got everything I needed for my party! The worker named Alicia was very friendly and kind! She helped me by suggesting a couple more things that absolutely turned out amazing!!! The other young girl was great also! I will be coming back for my party supplies!! I felt very welcomed!

I come here for all my party needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable of their product. The best service they offer is the balloon bouquets. They always make the best looking bouquets!

Whats up party people! Do you need balloons? Glitter? Costumes? literally anything you could ever think of for party decor? Look no further, the party store has it all (thanks captain obvious!) What I didnt know was how friendly the staff would be and that they will fill balloons that you bought somewhere else for a small fee! Great people, couldnt be happier with the service, OH and if you are looking for a St. Patricks day costume or beads/hats etc get in here, they have a huge selection

A great place to get party supplies. They offer a wide variety of decor, plates/ utensils, party favors, piñatas, balloons, serving trays, and more to match an array of popular party themes. If they offered more sustainable options, I would give it 5 stars, but I realize thats not top priority for most people when planning a party.

This was always my go to party store growing up. It has everything you need for birthdays and themed parties. They offer practically every balloon you could imagine and even have balloon towers for sale. This place is your one stop shop for all things party--a good staple to know about.

Easy place to get a variety of balloons. The Mylar number ones that are popular for birthdays are $11.99 for each balloon.

They carry a wide variety of party decorations as well as some masks, make up, and costume pieces. They are not as diverse and well stocked as Display and Costume, but it is also a much smaller store so they are perfect for those times when you just want to grab something fast. They do also have a wide selection of balloons. I found their prices to be extremely reasonable.

Super friendly courteous service, they have just about everything you need to throw an amazing party.

I love this place! Im so glad Lynnwood finally has a party store! Everyone Ive come 8n contact with, has been super kind and helpful, even when theyre extremely busy! Yesterday, I bought 8 mylar balloons, and 3 of them lost air/had leaks within a couple of hours. I called, and let Sierra know what had happened, and she told me she would replace them right away! She and Nicole originally helped me, and they were so kind to replace the deflated balloons, no questions asked. I appreciate the customer service here, and the selection!

I have family friends in Lynnwood and whenever I’d go over for a party, I would always go to The Party Store for anything we needed party related. Now I live in California and I am so grateful I can order party supplies for my nephews over the phone! Cierra and Anthony have helped me on separate occasions and they’ve been super helpful. I’m grateful I can shop local even from a different state.

I gave this store a 3 out of 5 stars because of the lack of assistance from the people who work here, an the prices on some of the items seemed high!? I was able to find comparable items from other stores like dollar tree an walmart with a way way way better price tag. The prices on some of these things were astronomical an out of this world. Its crazy to think someone would buy a stack of 20 paper plates for almost $10.00 dollars... so $9.99 lol instead of going to the dollar store an getting almost the same plates (size, colors, quantity an very similar quality) to these being sold for a much much higher price! Which makes my pocket just a tiny bit more happy to keep the money in my hand. With that said, some pros: 1. There is no lack of selection with costumes an accessories Just felt the pricing was a bit high. I guess for the location if the store the overhead is high so therefore the items being sold will reflect this fact. Unfortunately, I choose to do things in a bit more economical than if i would just have shopped at this one single party store location. There is a difference between party city an the party store. I feel like party city has a little bit better pricing but thats my opinion. Check it out for your self. Remember to always check out the local dollar stores for any trinkets an some other goodies you can find at the party store but at a fraction of the price.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. Our balloon bouquet was arranged with a slip knot and it unraveled and unleashed all of our balloons to the sky on the way to my soon-to-be 2 year olds birthday party. It was the saddest face Ive seen on my normally very easy going little guy in a long time! He was SO excited about his bulldozer balloons! Too late to do anything about it before the party and these things happen. I wasn’t upset with anyone, I think when the employee had them in that slip knot style so that we could self adjust and add in latex balloons but it def should have been more secure. Like I said no hard feelings there. She was a very sweet gal and I had a good customer experience otherwise.When I explained what happened over the phone tho I had a completely different experience with another sales representative. I got put on hold multiple times and had very curt responses. She seemed irritated and in a hurry to get off the phone. She explained their policy did not allow them to refund the balloons or discount. I was disappointed of course and wish she could have been at least more empathetic or caring in her responses, but I still went ahead and asked her to make them (in spite of the expense) and ate the cost. It sucked but I know there’s only so much a company is willing to do.I’ve worked my fair share of customer service. It could have been communicated a lot nicer but I know that every company has their own policies and maybe the worker had a bad day or something.However, as I was asking about it, (although our conversation had lasted less than 5 min and most of the time I was on hold) the gal on the phone seemed to get more and more irritated and in what felt like an attempt to rush me off the phone said curtly- “I’m really busy but I’m filling them now. We won’t charge you for them!”I was surprised since she had seemed kinda like she could care less & I wasn’t expecting that offer but I thanked her. It definitely seemed to make up for what had started out as a overall rude phone conversation. I said how much we appreciated it and then arrived with my very excited 2 year old and the balloons were all ready to go! It seemed like a big turn around in customer service.But then the sales representative proceeded to ring us up for them! When I explained we were told over the phone that we wouldnt be charged he inquired of the gal I talked with over the phone and she said “oh I just meant that I wasn’t going to charge over the phone. You still have to pay for them.”I was really shocked. It is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.The whole thing was highly manipulative but in my case it was completely unnecessary! We had planned to pay, even tho it was expensive to pay for all over again. And while it wasn’t like the greatest customer service experience, I understand their policy and was polite and accepting of the loss. But this made an already disappointing experience VERY upsetting. It’s gotta be one of the worst tactics ever to lie and lure a costumer there saying you won’t charge them - knowing full well that their child will get excited and the customer will feel pressured to buy them because not only are the balloons already assembled but now their child is all amped up to take them home. I can’t believe there is people out there who take advantage of a 2 year olds tears on his birthday to squeeze more money out of a mom. And I would be very upset on behalf of a mom who couldn’t afford something like that and was lied to by customer service in that way. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t see myself going back to this store ever again even tho it was previously our go to party store.***Adding to my review, when I talked with the staff member about my experience, she tried to deny she said that and blame me for misunderstanding her and then blame the phone reception and finally she gave a reluctant apology saying she guessed she could have been more clear .... it didn’t improve my impression of their customer service at all.

This is the first and last time we go to this store.We went to the store to find games and supplies for our daughters birthday. We had trouble finding the games listed as available in the store and asked and employee for help. The employee simply went into the back and never actually helped, so we will we will gladly take our money to other stores. Terrible customer service.

Its like a Mom and Pop Party City. They had what I needed in terms of Marvel birthday party stuff and Marvel cupcake paper liners for cupcakes and iron man & Captain America candy cupcakes images that Party City doesnt carry. The latter 2 were 1/2 the price of Amazon.
