My son has been taking drums lessons from Jeff at the Lynwood location for the last year. Jeff is fun and enthusiastic and encouraging. My son enjoys learning from him and has come a long way! Jeff seems to really know his learning style, making him feel successful and proud. Communication with 4/4 School of Music has been incredible. Bonnie is very quick to respond to emails and help me juggle our schedule around when needed. We have been very pleased with our experience.

We had a great experience with Steve at the Lynwood location. He made learning guitar so much fun and our son looked forward to his lessons week after week. Our son went from a complete beginner to an accomplished musician over the course of the year, able to play many of his favorite songs and with the tools to continue to learn on his own.

My 14 year old really enjoy his piano classes with Ms Olga Shyshyna at Lynnwood branch. Ms Olga is great with coaching and preparing him for his ABRSM Piano Grade 6. My sons piano skills is improving ever since he started training with Ms Olga. We also love the professionalism of the admin staff at 4/4 School of Music which makes scheduling and communication a breeze.

We have had an awesome experience with all the teachers!! Taryn is an awesome piano teacher and we have also tried guitar and drums. My daughter has gotten a great base knowledge of music from Taryn and she is excited to try lots of different instruments as well.

I really love the school and my vocal coach.They are a tad expensive, especially for hour lessons, as I did find solo coaches for less for the same hour. However, given how friendly they are, Im willing to pay the hire price to stay with them.The rooms themselves are a tad cramped and not fully soundproof, which isnt ideal for shy singers like myself who are partial to louder songs. Im shy, but I like it loud. Haha.Nonetheless, its worth checking out if youre new to lessons.

I am so happy with 4/4 School of Music. They have awesome customer service (better than 99% of places these days) and teacher Michelle has been so great teaching our daughter piano and voice. I can practice with my daughter all week long and feel like Im getting nowhere with her but then shell have one class with Michelle and she comes out knowing a whole new song - its really incredible to see the progress. Michelle has been patient and kind and very helpful at all of my daughters classes! All of the staff at 4/4 School of Music have exceeded our expectations and we always look forward to going to the next class. Our daughter will be taking classes at 4/4 School of Music for a long time, and I tell all my friends about it, too. :)

My 6 year old daughter goes here for Drum lessons. Her teacher Paul is an accomplished musician and never fails to make her day. He encourages her but is sure to keep her on task. He is fun with his instruction and always has so much patience for my carefree talkative little girl. He even invites us to his gigs so my daughter can see what her future can sound like if she stays disciplined with her practice. It really is the highlight of her week to go. The staff is fun and friendly as well and the place is clean and you can tell how serious they are about teaching music. We love going!

4/4 School is excellent, my daughter really thrives at this place. In our previous music lesson location, there was so much difficulty with schedule changes, then no availability, then payment issues, it was not worth my time. But 4/4 school is organized, records all payments appropriately and fairly, allows make ups and works hard to provide schedule options. 4/4 school also has competent teachers that match the skill of the student with teacher. Most of all, the instructors are just awesome folk, very experienced!

Great customer service with Bonnie. She was exceptional in assisting me with scheduling my two kids, back-to-back, for piano lessons. She was patient and easy to work with. She had useful background information on the teachers and was not in a rush.Lesson prices are reasonable and less than competitors. The piano lesson location is excellent. Travel time even during rush hour is minimal due to using back roads to get there.

Our teenage daughter has been taking beginning Cello lessons from Katie at the Bothell location for a little over a month now. I wasnt sure what to expect as far a beginning lessons go, however, I have to say that Im very happy with what I am seeing (and hearing!) in our daughters progress. Our daughter enjoys taking lessons from Katie and says she is really nice!. I like the fact that she has become passionate about learning the Cello and I think part of that enthusiasm comes from Katies encouraging words and lessons. A key element in learning an instrument is to have the instructor be encouraging, kind and patient - all things Katie demonstrates to our daughter. I highly recommend Katie to your beginner Cellist.

Steve B. and the 4/4 school has been the best experience ever for my daughter and her guitar lessons. She has been with Steve for 3 years and loves every session. I highly recommend 4/4, who is easy to work with and has a wide variety of teachers to select from to suit your kids needs. Most of all, Steve B. is awesome with kids. Very patient and relates well with the kids. You wont be disappointed.

We have wonderful experience with 4/4 school, Lynnwood. My son (12 years) has been taking guitar and drum lessons from Ryan Casper for the last 5 years. Ryan is a great teacher for my son, who makes each class so enjoyable for him. His encouragement and support make him to be very confident and now he is a part of choirs and bands.My daughter (8 years old) recently started with Amy for the piano class as well. Amy is very talented, friendly and a wonderful teacher for my daughter. Ive been taking guitar lessons at 4/4- Everett location for almost a year. As someone working full time (and a 2nd job) 4/4 has been wonderful at accommodating my, at times, hectic work schedule. Taking lessons with Ben for the past 10 months has been very relaxing and rewarding, he has been a great resource for questions or providing alternate ways of explaining concepts/playing guitar to fit my way of learning. I am very happy I decided to sign up for guitar lessons (a gift to myself) and see the strides I have made through my lessons with Ben and practicing. Thank you, Ben and 4/4 Music.

This school is amazing! My son took guitar lessons from Steve for a few years and learned so much from him. Steve is a master technician and really tailors his teaching style to suit the individual students needs. His careful explanations, sense of humor and professional experience all worked together to create an extremely positive learning experience for my son. Not only is the instruction top notch, but the office staff is extremely prompt and courteous. I have been taking banjo lessons with Ryan for just about 2 months now and I couldnt be happier with my experience! He really caters the lesson to you and has helped make practicing fun for me instead of a chore to do like it had been when I had tried to learn other instruments previously! Totally recommend, especially of you want to learn something fun and different like the banjo!

My 10 year old daughter was interested in taking drum class. We saw 4/4 School of Music on the internet and decided to try it out. She was a little nervous at first but her teacher, Jeff, was an excellent person for her to start out with! He is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, professional, always in a good mood, open to any suggestions she may have, and just an all-around great teacher! She has quickly learned how to play in the year and a half she has been attending class. I am very proud to let people know my daughter plays drums because its rarely heard of for a girl to be into that type of musical instrument. This shows how comfortable Jeff made my daughter feel, so much so, she said she has no plans to ever quit the drums. My daughter took piano lessons with teacher Jessica Curry got over 3 years, and really enjoyed the lessons, and participated almost all of the seasonal concerts. Jessica really helps to get prepared for performing, and has a passion teaching her students. I would highly recommend 4/4 school of music and teacher Jessica Curry for beginners, who want to learn playing pisno.

Ive been taking violin lessons with Caleb Tizon and its been great! I was starting from ground zero but Caleb has been very patient with me. The rest of the staff at 4/4 school is also very attentive and resolves any scheduling issues quickly. Would definitely recommend for kids and adults :)

The Lynnwood 4/4 School of Music is a great place for childrens music lessons. The rooms are well lit and comfortable. There are chairs inside the rooms if you want to listen in to the lesson and chairs outside the room if you dont want to sit in. They always stay on schedule.

We have had a really great experience with 4/4 Music lessons. Our 14 year old son takes guitar lesson from Steve. He is very personable and talented, and he takes the time to figure out what our son is interested in and focuses the lessons accordingly. We highly recommend Steve.

Jessica is an amazing voice instructor- kind, encouraging, direct, and extremely knowledgeable. Any time Ive had a scheduling conflict, 4/4 School of Music has worked with me and the one time I had an emergency and had to cancel my lesson, they were very understanding.

I have 2 boys (ages 5 and 7) who attend the Lynnwood location. They LOVE their teacher Amy and have really enjoyed learning how to play the keyboard. Amy keeps them challenged at their specific levels and they have lots of fun learning how to play. I would highly recommend the school.

Three members of my family (myself included) have taken lessons at 4/4 school of music off and on for the past 10ish years. Whats more is that each of us have had Ryan Casperson as our teacher. I cant think of a better teacher than Ryan for all levels of people looking for lessons. Kind, patient, encouraging, professional, talented, effective and inspiring are all words I would use to describe Ryan and 4/4 School of Music. And of course a shout out to the wonderfully patient, understanding, and welcoming Bonnie for all the work she has done throughout the years.4/4 school of music and having access to Ryan for lessons are some of my favorite things about living in this area.

Both my kids have been attending 4/4 Music for over 2 years, and in that time they have been transformed from complete novices to being very comfortable with reading and playing music on their instruments.
