I got top notch customer service and they exchanged my parts on the spot, I was honest and brought them everything I received via Amazon, with my order number and ID and they hooked me up! I greatly appreciate the service and the quality of their products. I was only able to take 1 pic the service was so quick. I will post pics once I get the lugs fitted on my whip, I highly recommend this place.

Im not impressed with their customer service at all. I purchased some wheel adapters and returned them because I didnt like how they fit. I only installed one wheel adapter when I did my test fit. I barely even scratched the one wheel adapter and left the other three in the bags. After they received my return, they only refunded half of my money because they stated the product was damaged. Basically, they just decided they were going to keep half the money because of the headache. Worst case scenario, they should have refunded at least 75% of my money because there was only a tiny scratch on only one adapter, the other three were perfect.Very shady business practices. I will definitely never do business with them again.

Wouldn’t recommend placing any online orders with this company. First they send you poorly packaged products and then when you complain about the damage the support team hassles you on the return shipping and then if you don’t get them back the product within 2 weeks regardless of shipments being delayed all over the country, they won’t issue any sort of refund or exchange & keep the parcel you tried to return. Horrible company/ service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great craftsmanship on hub pattern adapter plates I really didnt want to order online and have to wait for parts, a quick google search later I stumbled on to their website, great staff. clean store front, parking did suck but the guys in their warehouse let us quickly park in the entrance while we where helped. but meh no biggie. definitely will be visiting again.

Terrible customer service. Black Friday sale was advertised that didnt happen. I emailed and after a brief exchange I was offered 15% off rather than the 30%. I sent two additional emails and was ignored by Katherine G.The price was right, so I decided to go for the wheel spacers. A day later I get an email saying they didnt have the wheel spacer in stock and offered a different thickness. Whatever. 3 business days later and it still hasnt shipped. Now Im waiting on refund.Awful service. Had multiple opportunities to do anything right and missed the mark every time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I got a 20 set of red spikes for my 2017 Challenger. The spikes got here in great time well packaged and had great information inside. Definitely recommend this brand.

Have watched this company for a while. They have great product on their wheel lugs, from all the customized colors on finishes and from all that has them you can see they are built to last. I am looking into purchasing those next. But I went and got wheel spacers for my truck. At first I had 3 spacers but I had gotten the wrong thread pitch. I contacted them and they replaced my ones with brand new ones, and they even let me adjust it down to 2 spacers. All I had to do was seems back the old ones. The new ones came in, but I havent had time to install them due to weather, but I can tell you they are great quality and will allow for the stance Im searching for and will not be worrying about problems as they are hub centric and not cheaply made. Their customer service is amazing and made everything smooth. Cant wait to order my wheel spikes!

Best products in the market! They offer so many colors to choose from and they carry many selections on lug nuts and wheel adapters. I came in for some wheel adapters for Tacoma and they had them in stock. I paired it with a set of 7 spline lug nuts and finalized it with a kit of their aluminum hub rings.

Beware, worst customer service and communication with direct lie to customer!Placed my order. After several days of waiting for the shipping confirmation I received refund(not full). Then I tried to reach the company several times via phone, voicemail,, emails, they was trying to avoid their customer. After texting through instagram and calling from different number they lied about my order status, firstly said that order out of stock and secondary that they have glitch on website and i paid the lower price for their product. They don’t care to resolve your issue or to communicate with you, they just making money. Worst customer service: they will put you on hold just to get rid of you. Worst customer service with direct lie and attempt to trick their customers.
