Great prices. They were friendly, but the Customer service could use a bit of improvement. I asked them if there was anything else I needed to use a new product. The girl was like no, when I got to the cash register after I purchased the item, the other girl suggested another item that would be needed.

Always color matching me with the wrong hair color. I wanted to go lighter and get rid of my dark hair not go back to dark color.

I went to this store & asked for a hair dye & a girl named Estella helped me out . she was so kind and sweet . id go to there store again & again, she so respectful and is always with a big smile .

Really BAD customer service!! I had to look for another location around me, rather not die my hair at all than deal with all these rude employees. Specially the girl with red hair, always looking mad and answers questions with attitude. How is she still employed with that attitude. She must GO! Never going back to that place. Highly unsatisfied !!

Never answer the phone and every time I go they never help me correctly they assume for the people to know I had to go to another store near by to get the help and the product I needed.

Its no wonder why they have a help needed sign on their door ..maybe its to replace their current horrible employees..a young lady by the name of crystal was the cashier that charged me because saying she helped me would be giving her to much credit..Crystal lacks customer service..just suggestion a quick smile and a thank you go along way.
