My husband was dispatched to load at a Alliance. The load he was picking up was going Texas. When he arrived there were three trucks in front of him. The owner greeted him and let him know how the loading process works and assured him he would have him loaded and on his way quickly. From the time of arrival to the time he was loaded and heading out it was less than one hour. The workers were helpful, professional and made the load process easy and made sure he didn’t lose any time off of his logbook with needless waiting.

My husband and I came back two our trailer damaged by a truck driver that works for Alliance Specialized Inc DOT # 2165843 VIN # DSBY4203 Truck # 213 we called the company and spoke to a lady she did not tell us her name we told her what happened and she said send her pictures of the semi truck, our trailer and the damages so we did and we asked her for the truckers name and phone number she refused we asked her did she try to contact the driver she said yes but hes not answering the phone and we told her that we need to get it resolved tonight and she stopped responding and she was very rude. This happened at a Super 8 in Henderson Colorado.
