Very bad service. I spent more than an hour trying to get help to get some blankets of my choice down and there was never any help. The “manager” lady with a very bad attitude asked me to come back another day because there was no one to help me.😠so many workers in the store and none of them could help me

Very bad service. The manager and the employees of the furniture area must be trained. I was there on Saturday and they said a closet was $195 but i couldnt take it with me cause i was driving a car. Today Sunday dec 27th came back to the store and the price was $275. The manager said it was a mistake. And she would give us a price $195. But I had to assembly the closet by myself. The thing is that on saturday the employee told us that the closet was the one left. She would wrapp it with plastic to prevent damage. So they dont even check the price before telling you. And they are not aware of the furniture inventory.

The options here are crazy, you can redo your entire home within this store. Everything you need from bathroom decor, room, living room.... very, very affordable prices. Sheer curtains $1.75 each. Perfume store is right across, with some great deals as well. It will get very busy on the weekend. I like to go during the week, right after they open. The only thing is that some of the workers arent helpful nor friendly. They triple check your cart before you leave the store, and you have to show your receipt..... I could say something else about that and my personal opinion, butttttt Im going to end my review here.... check it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I have been to mona discount for last 2 or 3 days, I love it, its changed a little bit, since I used to go back in a day now, they mostly have rugs, curtains for your home and bathroom. They also have a lot of kitchen appliances and figurines and comforters.a cross from them is Mona furniture, I havent been there yet and they also have Mona perfume. The only thing I dont like about it is on the weekend is so crowded and you can not find anyone to help you during the week You might be able to find help if you go early in the morning when they first open or when its not crowded, but I understand it will cost a lot of money to hire staff to cover that big warehouse, the lines are long, but they go fast.

I bought a sofa from here and they gave me both sides of the right side and I can’t even get a refund and they won’t deliver me the left side of the sofa either I got to sodas and I can’t even decorate them because I’m missing cushions and the left side of my sofa. I’m very upset the lady on the phone is rude and telling me it’s not her problem. And that I have to pay to get the other side shipped to me. I find this very upsetting. Because it was hundreds of dollars I spent on my set of sofas and now they want to hang the phone and not return my money. May the WRATH OF GOD BE WITH YOU!

I love this place. A friend told me abt this place years ago. I dont go often but when I do Im always satisfied with the customer service and the fact that everything in the store is very reasonable. I will not buy anything for my apartment in the department store. I moved pretty far away, but I am making it a point to come back down next month to pick up some stuff for my apartment next weekend. Its a 2 hour drive but itll be well worth the drive.

They even have furniture...but I havent bought furniture because I can find better deals elsewhere. Other than that go here to fix up your place.

This place isnt all that... Yeah,,, its a discount warehouse type setting but theres not always just what youre looking for availability... Youre actually lucky if you find that perfect something for your needs...
