Mark all the parts for a tune up. Took it for a tune up. They did not even change the air filter. Charge me for the tune up! Have never gone back. Cheaters. You need to leave your equipment minimum a week so hope you are not starting a business without spear!

I left my mower for service here 3 weeks ago. They told me to call back in a few days to check when it will be ready. Ive been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone at any time of day. I have to make arrangements to borrow a pick up to get my machine. Do i really have to make a visit to the store just to get a hold of someone. Ticket number 535353.
