First, I went to Master Pallets to complete my order. WOW what a nightmare! They had terrible customer service and delivered my pallets late. So I searched for a new supplier. I found Century Pallets who had OUTSTANDING customer service! Couldnt ask for an easier time. Plus I got my pallets on time and for a fair price. Theyre my full time supplier now!

Ignore website claim of no minimum required because I was just told they need a minimum of $75.00 for one standard pallet already in inventory (used, cash, I pick up). Polite and professional person on the phone, but the terms are contradictory and $75.00 is excessive based on the parameters. (AV Pallets in Gardena offers used standard pallets that run from $5.50-9.00 each. Guess who gets my business?)
