The Otto Brothers Honda dealership went out of business on December 29th, 2017.I took my motorcycles to Otto Brothers for servicing for many years. Glen in service carefully explains what is needed always calls to verify the okay for other repairs that are needed. The do not gouge you on the hourly repair rates like some other dealers (think Ha***y).

If you cannot read the label of the bottle in your frigging hand, and you dont have even the veneer of basic common sense when it comes to motorcycles, then you REALLY shouldnt be riding one. In 2010, someone was sufficiently displeased to complain and I beg to differ, two years later, after having inherited a 700 cc Honda that needed mechanical attention. I don’t know what the exact circumstances were for the mixed endorsement but I do know that as a stranger to Otto Bros, my impression was overwhelmingly positive. For example with my recent automobiles: I have owned a new higher end VW and a new higher end Volvo and have done many years of maintenance with dealer garages who treat you like royalty. In both cases I could honestly say that Otto Bros has done just as well and even BETTER than my two most recent car dealers. They went the extra mile in explaining things; they called to ask about any repair expenses in overhauling my carb, my clutch and several other things, clarifying my expectations and reviewing options. No one was ever rude and the work was done without delay. They even went the extra mile and delivered my bike to my home when the work was done. When a non-critical part of my bike was inadvertently left behind in the shop [a saddle bag cradle], they had it delivered to me.It is beyond me how anyone could have serious gripes about this motorcycle shop. Nothing mixed about this bag except the clientele… some of them perhaps have been clueless, tending to go in circles with obvious simplicities; not realizing that the most important thing is to let the experts do their work and not tie them down with chatter.

They helped me out but I asked for premix and he gave me transmisson oil and I just got a dirt bike and I dont know anything so for the 2 days i had my bike the engine blew up because he gave me trasmisson oil I am very pissed because now I have to put money into my bike that someone else had done because he didnt give me the right materials very very unhappy

Brought generator in for tune up. Was finished the next day
