I was here around the holidays and was looking for a denman brush which they had in stock perfect! Its not sold everywhere. I received poor customer service at checkout when the item was ringing more than what the shelf read. The clerk even went to the isle to check the tag, verified the regular priced tag matched the item ( not even the sale tag but regular price lol), returned to the counter and told me it was still going to be the price it rang up! Said she couldnt price match or even honor the shelf price . No management on site either.Ending story, I had to call the company to get my fair price, which is ridiculous and poor handling on part of the clerk.

When I didnt want the sales persons advice she said as I was leaving f__k you and dont come back. I knew what I wanted and bought it. After she said that I turned around and said Id like to return this. She said she wouldnt take the return and to go to another store. I told her I would call the police and she said dont threaten me. Its illegal to threaten someone. I told her it wasnt a threat as I pulled out my Phone and started to dial. She then credited my card. I will NEVER go back to this store as I believe the sales person is unstable. Be very careful if you go there. If there was a minus 10 * They would get that!

I was helped when I asked the 2 girls just hanging out by the register. I was looking for lavender paraffin wax. Of course the store was out of it.
