5 stars for the selection of furniture and hot-tubs. I even found what I wanted to purchase that day.However 2 stars for the salesman,that we had to go and “bother” with our questions. We were in the market for a couch and hot tub but we will go shop elsewhere, if I’m spending my hard earned money then the salesman should at least pretend be friendly and wanting to help.I believe in supporting local companies and I’m disappointed that I won’t be supporting this one. But this was just my experience I would still recommend you check out the great selection. Maybe you’ll have better luck, looks like others did.

Decent selection of sofas and other furniture. Prices are decent. Leaving 3 stars because the sales person. First is was very difficult to get anyone to show us any attention or get any help. When we finally did get help the sales person used the sticker price on the sofa in the warehouse when online it was cheaper by several hundreds of dollars. Thankfully I looked online before going to the store. Lastly on the original order I noticed he had the chaise on the wrong side for my order. With how long furniture takes right now that would have been a train wreck. Great place just had bad sales person.

First time walking into this place after hearing their radio spots for years. Tom took care of me right away and I had my furniture placed in the house the same day. Absolutely love the way they do business, honest, fair, good selection and amazing prices. Why go anywhere else? I will be back again soon.

Tim Johnson helped us with our kitchen cabinet design and we were thoroughly impressed. He was personable, professional, attentive and clearly very skilled with the design software. What we appreciated the most though was the fact that we never felt like we were being “sold.” He simply showed us what he had to offer and let us come to our own conclusions. And although we had some quotes that were slightly lower, we went with NEFD because it was obvious that the quality of the cabinets was far superior. Very, very pleased with our experience.

Natalie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We were looking for a chair and she was able to help us find one in stock for delivery within a week. I gave one star because zero stars wasnt an option. If youre looking for poor quality products this is the spot for you. Spent thousands on a new hot tub for the patio at our new forever home. We got it Monday with a crack and large scuff mark suggesting to me, a person with eyes, it was run into hard or dropped on its side. We sent it back and were told we would wait 2 additional days and take more time from our jobs as well as reschedule all the other trades needed for our backyard work. We received our replacement tub today and clearly received a refurbished model. Not all the outside panels match, the model we ordered came with a 3in. touchscreen the one we got was old fashioned and not a touchscreen. The one we ordered had more jets and all their covers matched and looked like they all belonged to the same model of tub. Definitely with we wouldve gone elsewhere.

I went in 2 days ago looking for a new couch. I was treated with respect and the salesperson was very patient. I found one I liked but had to look elsewhere. Came back todayand again treated well. I even got to negotiate a little so I felt comfortable. I do have to wait 4 months but it should be worth it.

Sub par cabinets thrown together in by some guys in Ohio and shipped from the Carolinas. The only bonus is that they are cheaper than any place else. The wood is very soft and the slightest bump leave a dent. Poorly put together, very shotty assembly. However the customer service ladies are very very nice and the gentleman that comes out to fix any situations is also extremely nice and helpful.

Staff is friendly, and this rating is NOT the fault of the staff in the store. I ordered a couch online and the website assured me that it was in stock. I deliberately searched only couches that were deliverable in less than a month according to the website. This was in April. Still nothing. The website originally said 2-4 weeks. When i heard nothing in that time, I had to call and get a new time. They have given me several estimated delivery times, that keep getting pushed further and further out. They never call and tell me if theres a change, I have to wait until the estimated time has gone past and them call or email and wait for them to get back to me with another eta. Last time I spoke with them, they said last week. Ill have to call again, because they dont tell me anything has changed until I initiate contact. I would cancel my order, but I wouldnt get all of my money back due to their cancelation fees. If the website would have been honest, I would not have bought this couch. Or at least I would have understood what I was getting into.

Then I easily asked my questions And received my answers and I was able to make a final decision. They greet you and point you in the direction and let you check everything out. Easy to check out. We werent there long. Delivery is long, but nothing they can do about that and they were up front about it.

I received a request via text to leave a review and while I don’t normally leave reviews, I thought it was only appropriate because part of my order still has not been received yet they are asking for a review. . It took two months to get my cabinets in and a couple were on back order. The stain job on them was awful so I ordered multiple replacements. I was made to feel as though they were doing me a huge favor by exchanging out their cabinet doors with faulty stain jobs when I paid over 10k for their products. How dare I expect a quality product for the amount of money I spent. There was legit drip marks down one of the doors from where the stain pooled and dried while dripping. It has been two months since the original order was received and I STILL have not received two of my replacement doors and have called countless times. If the cabinets weren’t already attached to my wall I would request they take them back and issue a full refund. NFD blames the manufacturer of the cabinets for the delays and bad experience I have had so I highly suggest they stop using them.

He inquired what I was looking for and suggested that I take a walk among the items in the store and call him if I needed anything. Bill at the Macedonia Northeast Factory Direct did an awesome job with my kitchen cabinets, my kitchen being very small was challenging, however Bill was spot on in the design to make the best use of space!

Ordered a couch 5 months ago and it finally came in and was wrong. Was suppose to be 86 wide and was 68 wide. Spoke to Natalie who was very apologetic and she yes we will refund your money and pick up couch. Well after calling numerous times no one is ever available to speak to, Natalie has not called me back in days. They have one excuse after another, I think there is a list in front of them. Next step will be going down to the store and trying to get somewhere and let any customers in the store know not to buy from them. If that doesnt work then its lawyer time. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVEN WALK INTO THAT STORE. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM.

Shopping at Northeast Factory Direct was very easy. You had a chance to look around the store before you met with an employee who helped you with choosing the right item for you needs. Purchase process was quick and the people were friendly and helpful. They explained the delivery options and delivery times may take a little longer due to COVID. Prices marked up 20% to 50% over their website prices. Be sure you have your phone with you to prove it. Associates not terribly interested in helping out. Some nice things, mostly just the same stuff as your other basic Cleveland stores.

Our initial experience at the showroom went well. We found a fairly priced sectional that we like. The issues started after we signed the purchase agreement on 2/28/21 . Their computers were down that day so when I went to pay with cash the salesman said he would prefer a check. Okay, I had no problem with that until they took forever to cash it. He also stated later that day once the computers were back up we would get an emailed receipt. A week later when they still had yet to cash the check or send me an emailed receipt I called back. The woman I spoke with was helpful in getting me my receipt but couldn’t tell me why the check had not cleared my bank yet. The check took yet another week to finally clear. The same woman told me to call once a month to check on my order to get a potential date or to narrow down a smaller time frame since they gave such a large date range initially (2-5 months). Each time I have called back the person on the other end seems sincerely inconvenienced by the fact that I’m even calling. Since calling the first time, I have yet to speak to anyone who wasn’t rude or didn’t have a very very poor attitude. Might I add, no person I spoke to had any pertinent information to share either. They just kept repeating that we were “well within the time frame they initially gave”. But more recently when I called on 6/5/21 the person I spoke with informed me my order would be shipping out the following week from the manufacture and they would receive it 7-14 business days after that. They also stated that since it was set to ship, if I called back after that week I would be able to get an expected delivery date (when they would receive it in their warehouse). I felt as if things were starting to look up. I called back today 6/17/21 and the woman I spoke with told me she would take a look at my order and make contact later today with more information. Not even an hour later I received an email, which gives no date and feels very automated just like any response you’ll see on their one star reviews. (Or any other review for that matter) After this experience we will not be buying from the again, nor will anyone we know because of this fiasco. I sincerely got the impression we are just another check to them, and once that check clears whether you have your furniture or not they’re essentially done with you. They’ve made the sale and that’s all they care about.

Some one always greets you, they make everyone feel welcome. If youre a repeat customer they remember and the perks are nice! ( Discounts). I have there adjustable beds in my bedroom and there heavy-duty Recliners in my living room. ( Im not youre average size Bear! Big guy) There price is right but far from being cheap! My go to place!

Extremely pushy sales tactics when we were looking for a mattress. Offered free bedding set if we purchased (I believe thats standard in the industry). Then offered free delivery but only after we said that we werent sure we were going to purchase. We said that we would think about it and shop around. Salesman said that we had to purchase it in order to think about it. We bought a better mattress elsewhere with no pressure.

Today was my second time visiting Northeast Factory Direct and I found the selection and service to be outstanding. I found a couch (sectional) that I liked and was fortunate enough for it to be in stock. I’m eager to soon receive my furniture. It looks like delivery will be within the next week or so. Hopefully that process goes as well as purchasing.

I live about 3 hours from North East Factory. I did everything over the phone, that part-the service, was 5 star. The cabinets are very nice, the color was bluer than the gray I thought they were, but they fit my kitchen luckily. It took longer to get them than anticipated, that is why the 4 stars. I would recommend them highly! The price was spectacular, the service people were friendly.

Really??? Pricing for average furniture absolutely sky high, absolutely no savings. Delivery time 20 weeks on average. Select high end pieces but with that extremely high markup as well. Left after twenty minutes wandering, looking for REASONABLY priced items but found none. Deserted, dont waste your time. Would have given it 0 stars if I could. False commercials and average merchandise.

Went to the Macedonia store on May 21st and bought a sectional. Was told by the salesman it would be 3 to 4 weeks. I called to check on it June 4th to find out it will actually be 5 to 6 weeks and we were misinformed. No apology or anything pretty disappointing for first time buyers who need a lot more furniture! So, we go from thinking it will be delivered the week of the 15th to now the week of the 29th... Now on back order not till sometime in JULY!!

Took 4 months to get my recliner. Called there 3 times and got 3 different stories. They finally called and said its available for pickup, at a different location! After they promised free delivery. Place is a total $h!t show!Will never buy from them again.

I am torn! All in all I feel we saved a ton on our cabinets and love how it turned out but there were/are issues. Once placed the most of the cabinets took 2 weeks longer the arrive but due to the pandemic not terrible. Most of the remainder arrived within a week and I picked up myself but still missing some trim. I added some end panels to complete what was missing from the design and was told theyd arrive in about 2 weeks. Well, 6 weeks in nothing and this could be my fault but what isnt my fault is the complete lack of response from the sales person. Keep in mind counters cannot be measured until the cabinet install is complete, OK I finally realize make the ends yourself and find a company to sell me the to match paint. Make the end pieces and request reimbursement and hear NOTHING!! Finally email and say I will see you Saturday (busiest day) and I really hope you are with a customer so they can hear firsthand how you treat someone after they have paid. Amazing a reply email withing 12 hours and on his day off!! So issue with NE Fact Dir or individual sales person?? Would I do it again, HELL NO!! But I am vindictive and besides still have not been reimbursed so it is really raw. Trust me I have since found out there are better deals out there for the same or less money and better quality.

Below is the review I wrote on March 3rd 2021 regarding our order made in October 2020 (couldnt edit my previous review). We still have not received our furniture we ordered in October. After calling Northeast today they have now pushed out our furniture to June (34 week lead time).... but its not guaranteed. We did get the option to come back in the store 7 months after our initial order and have them point out all the furniture that is in stock for us to choose from.3/3/21Ordered a sofa and love seat on October 30th with a 10 to 12 week lead time. Inquired on our order status today and our projected delivery date is April which would be 22 to 26 week lead time. The reasoning provided is a manufacturers delay. During a pandemic I can empathize with the situation but in reality we would have never purchased from here if we knew how long it would take. In conclusion multiply their projected lead time by 2 if you have aspirations to purchasing from here or go elsewhere

Very satisfied with my designer but the installation could have been better . Baseboards not placed properly, cabinet shelves not secure. Minor issues but details matter. The baseboards weren’t secure you can pick them up right from the floor. Wanted to be delighted but was not!

We purchased furniture from you, a piece of the furniture was a different color. Another piece didn’t have the feet for the bottom of the piece. Then the delivery team cut the furniture with a razor knife while unpacking it.I then called to have the items fixed. I was at that time told that I had to talk to the delivery company regarding the cut that was made. I then advised that I would not be doing that as I placed the order and everything was done through your company. I was also told that the warehouse had my replacement items in stock and that I could receive them within twoWeeks. It’s been almost a month and still no replacement.When I call to speak to someone at the store the girl “Natalie” is rude and acts like I am bothering them. No compassion for the issue whatsoever. We already waited five months for the furniture and now even more time for replacements. Not even an offer to discount the order for the inconvenience. I am almost to the point that we return everything and go somewhere else. It’s been a horrible experience with Northeast Factory as of now!

We found everything we were looking for at Northeast Factory Direct- not to mention at the lowest price we could find! Dustin was very helpful in answering our questions in a no pressure sales environment. Other stores told me 2-4 months for delivery but we were enjoying our new furniture a week after ordering the in stock items. Definitely will go here first for our next purchase.

I WOULD NEVER order furniture from here again. We ordered our sectional in person back in November of 2020. We have been patiently waiting since one of the pieces has been back ordered because of Covid. I have called several times the first expected date that was given to us was December 2020, second date given was first week of February 2021, third date given was April 2021. It is now the first week of May 2021 and still no contact about when we will be receiving our sectional. Truly very disappointed that I ever stepped foot in this place. Friends and family members have gone to other competitors and have received their furniture even though they have ordered furniture after us. Again ***BUYER BEWARE*** you will be waiting 6+ months for your furniture to arrive. Go elsewhere!

Everyone very helpful at macedonia office, however quality of construction is not up to what was expected. I would say tho, I would suggest to others that price and help is excellent. But unless you change who makes your cabinets, they may want to shop elsewhere.
