Starbucks is known for expedient and friendly customer service - beyond the prices of their assortment of coffee drinks, its the crux of the business model. I sat in a line of 12 or more cars for a full 5 minutes without moving. That alone makes it 1 star for not living up to the brand. I sped away in disgust.

Lovely staff and they are always so helpful. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is there is a bee hive on the side of the building. I am severely allergic and will not be returning till that is taken care of. Such a shame since it’s the closest one to me.

Horrible hours but great staff and good quality food and drinks.

It was very good. Wanted shrimp tacos..the server said he could do that but brought me fish instead. Wasnt too happy but must say the fish was very good! So didnt mind so much!!

My first time ordering was good, I got a stirred white mocha. It wasnt bad but it was pretty bland to be honest. Id go again though!

This starbucks is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. For the past MANY months, it has been closed at unexpected, random hours. There is no rhyme or reason to when it is open or closed. It should close for good until it is able to operate in a reliable fashion.

Nice little place. They fixed their air conditioning locally it appears to help customers feel better inside. Staff was very friendly.

This was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The service was slightly slow especially since I was only one of two customers in the building. The covid regulations were being held up which is always great to see. My drink was amazing and the employees seemed to work well together.

Amazing service as always. The employees are always so sweet! At odd hours but that could be for staffing issues or training. Regardless great service and going there always makes my day wonderful.

LOVE this Starbucks location when it’s open, but that’s just the problem. You never know when it’s open anymore. Their hours do not align with gmb and this weeks recent schedule change was not shared on social media like other changes have been in the past to keep me & other customers well informed. I think we all realize during covid times abrupt hour changes are normal, but this has been really inconsistent lately. I did however, really appreciate the heads up when they shared their hour changes and closings so I didn’t waste gas or my time.

Happy Thanksgiving! Stopped in this morning to pick-up two coffees and the staff was fantastic. I was greeted with happy smiling face even under the mask you could tell. Thanks for working on a day most have off and doing so with a great attitude.

This is a super duper Starbucks with great service. Special thanks to Kyle who is the first person I have met in America who can make an great cup of tea. I will definitely be back. Very highly recommended

This places closes as the wind blows its open for dine in then next day its drive thru only then it doesnt open til one then it doesnt open til 330. Truly aggravating. No one ever knows of they are going to be able to get coffee or not. They seriously need to get it together.

Wanted to order the tik tok water with strawberries and they rung it up as a tea. So Im like if im paying for a tea lets switch it out to a tea with strawberries and was declined I ended up having to pay almost $4 for some water with strawberries that was supposed to be 50 cent which was told to me when I first placed my order got to the window and it was a different story

The drive through NEVER moves typically taking near 20 minutes to get through. Mobil Ordering is pretty reliable and the coffee is made correctly 4/5 times.

Awful experience at the twinsburg location. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. No idea what was happening inside but this is not the first time. Use Macedonia instead if you are able.

This is the BEST Starbucks in the area. I will drive out of my way to go here than to other locations near by. My order is always perfect, timely, and delivered by an overly pleasant person who seems to love their job. *I* want to work there! Great job, Macedonia team!

Havent been in a SB in months but they were totally friendly and more than willing to make me a pour over! They did the creamer with a visual color approval and asked how many sugars I wanted. And let me tell ya.. they made my coffee great again! Ive been reminded how much better coffee was in thier hands rather than mine at home!

Probably the worst location I have been to. They have weird random hours, closed a lot. There are many times I go and they dont take drive through orders or someone is asleep in the back, not sure. All I know is that I gave many chances to like this location, but they have failed multiple times.

I asked for steamed milk with my coffee. The milk was made ready almost 10 minutes after coffee itself and they served other customers or did other things... they saw me waiting, they said it is coming... yes 👍🏼

After SB dropped its mask requirements, the baristas insisted I put on a mask!

When they are open....they are consistently friendly and the drinks are consistently good. However, not sure when they are open anymore? Gone there a4-5 time recently and they are closed because of staffing?? What’s up???

I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes just to place my order.

I have visited this location now twice. Yesterday I was given an attitude when I pointed out politely that they were making my drink the wrong way. Today with one person in line inside in front of me, I waited 16 minutes before I finally had enough and asked for my money back the barista‘s were enjoying Talking between each other not a care in the world for customers waiting so Wen Star is giving them too much credit

I usually order through the app on my way to work and they always have my order ready for me and made correctly. This location is very quick compared to some other locations I pass by on the way... Im looking at you twinsburg.

Good coffee drinks but expensive. Food not the greatest. Crew members always provide exceptional customer service. They often forget to add sweetener to my iced coffee when I specifically asked for and on receipt.

Got 2 caramel fraps that was literally just ice and whipped cream nothing more by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any location.

Nice interior, clean and spacious. Staff was nice and coffee was the usual Starbucks quality. Would have preferred more seats over a huge open space, but luckily there was enough chairs for our meeting after we moved around a bit.

Starbucks coffee is one of the best coffee places Ive been to. Its a great way to start off a morning or keep you going through a long night. The only downside is that the prices are somewhat high.

I come here far, far too often. The staff knows my name and they get my drink ready when they see my car in the parking lot. Everyone is extremely nice and is kept very clean and accommodating.

I use this Starbucks about 2 to 5 days a week. I usually online ordering they havent gotten any of my orders wrong and my orders always ready for me. The few times that I have ordered when I get there, they have been quick at get my orders done.

Staff were extremely friendly and made me feel appreciated. My coffee was prepared with excellence. It was worth every penny I paid for it. Enjoyed the cafe area conversating with friends.

Coffee and a muffin really shouldnt cost $9.50, didnt even get a specialized Coffee, but, at least theyre open:)

Its a Starbucks. Nothing different here. The new design is dark and hard and loud. Its like getting coffee in a school cafeteria. Its the same Starbucks coffee youll find everywhere else, not particularly good, but not particularly bad. Independent coffee shops continue to spring up, so hopefully people are finally getting tired of mass produced culture.

I waited an hour, passing several other restaurants, just to get the roasted tomato basil sandwich here...and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I didn’t realize it until I was already back on the freeway. I don’t like the sandwich they gave me and had to throw it away. I’ll be starving for the next 2 hours until we arrive at our destination. Thanks for being so conscientious.

High rates of inconsistency. The quality of the coffee really depends on who’s working there. Some days it’s good and other days it’s just not. Usually, the coffee is good, but today the coffee tasted watered down. And I’ve gotten their coffee during a power outage and it tasted better than today. For the most part the staff is friendly, but the food and coffee tastes different depending on who’s working that day. Today, the person working the drive thru had no idea what reload meant. I asked to reload $10 onto the Starbucks app and handed the person working drive thru a $20. Instead, she handed me 50 cents back & put $10 onto the app. I wanted my $10 change back. Not to mention that my order was messed up and the person working the drive thru didn’t even know the items on the food menu. It’s just these little things that can be a bit annoying. If the service was more consistent every time, instead of it being a gamble, then this Starbucks could easily be one of my favorite locations.

Nite could brew is always awesome but I got a single shot of espresso today on the side and it was mediocre at best. Like warm and watered down.

Good job in general, tried the nitro cold brew with sweet cream. They were having issues with the nitro system but eventually got it sorted. Once I sat down got this cool video of the drink (settling?).

Used to love this starbucks pre-pandemic. However since Pandemic it has gone down hill.I get stores are hiring whoever they can but TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Have a manager thats not 16 or 18.Usually were always told to wait a minute please at drive through after sitting there for 10-15 minutes.Then I order a simple refresher with extra berries and no ice.Usually the label gets typed correctly but the people making the drink fail to or cannot read the labels.They either put in ice or dont do the extra berries, sometimes giving me NO berries.Then seem p*ssed when I tell them theyve read it wrong.Today I went through the drive through with my Mom and she said EXTRA berries and we got none typed on the label.I very annoyed said she said extra. You miss heard and the girl looked p*ssed.Still barely got any after the hassle.Please train your staff to listen AND read!!Customer service is important and PAYING ATTENTION to what the customer wants is important. Not just assuming every refresher or Coffee is Made the same

Tried to use my card I recieved over phone. They acted like they saw such a thing. Feeling disappointed they were unable to work with or help my disabled daughter. We have $18.00 in gift cards on phone yet my daughter still paid almost $7.00 for a cup of coffee this was unacceptable to me. Very disappointed in the Starbucks in Macedonia. She had barcode pin number yet they were oblivious on how to use the card. Made my daughter feel less than when it was the clerks mistake VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED not very inclusive to the disabled who had what she needed.

I swear this is the best Starbucks in the area!! I work in the area and I have NEVER had a bad drink. My mobile orders are always correct and quick! Especially when I have to get to work in under ten minutes. When Doordash messed up my order, they gave me free cake pops to make up for the dashers mistake. The drive thru is never too long and the service is always spot on and kind. I hope it never changes bc I will always come to this one! Clean as well :)
