They quoted us a huge price to fix an old cart we own. We got the cart fixed for less than half of what they quoted by another dealer who came from Painesville to Akron to fix it one site. We tried to buy an additional cart from them but their follow-up is non-existent. We bought one from another dealer.

Sales guys are friendly and helpful but service department is lacking. Going on year 3 of mower issues that they can’t seem to fix. Do not recommend.

I called to ask them to change some tires I bought on line for my golf cart, I was asked by service if I bought them there, I said no I bought them on-line he asked how much I paid and I said under $200.00 and he explained his parts department could have sold me tire and wheel already mounted for $56.00 ($224.00 for four) and he would have to charge me the price of the combo just to mount my new tires on my old rims. My cousin and I both have there Hustler Fast Trac mowers. I think I need to find another dealer.
