Love Crystal Water, the services and products provided. The carrier calls me without failure and delivers on time. He is also friendly and polite.

MACON GA. Our delivery guy was horrible. When I started here at my company he gave me his cell and said to call if I needed anything. He was rude and I called him 4 times in a month to report our water cooler was broken and he never replied. I cancelled our service and when he came to pick up the cooler and bottles he dumped the extra water out at our front door. We had almost 3 FULL bottles left that we couldnt use because our cooler was broken for a MONTH, Crystal Springs wouldnt even credit our account or allow us to keep the water until it was gone, that was $9.99 per bottle wasted. VERY BAD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE we now use Nestle water service and they cheaper and their customer service is awesome!

On time delivery, never runs out of water and services is good.

Have enjoyed this service for several years and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Our driver is over the top in customer service.

Their prices have doubled since I started with them. They have two types of water. One is just steamed water and other supposedly real Spring Watee. It is not worth $10.50 a bottle.

Its just water, sugar free and decaffeinated.

The quality of water and service is excellent.

I recently moved in a rural area with “not so good water”. I would have to haul a lot of water from the store if I didn’t have this delivery service. I use it for drinking, cooking, in keurig coffee maker, for pets and in my CPAP machine which requires purified water.
