My wife went in to the store to upgrade our phone service. We were told to go to another T Mobile. He wasn’t able to upgrade us. When we went to the other T Mobile. They were appalled that we were sent away. The other T Mobile upgraded us in 4 minutes. Do go here. Not worth your time.

Extremely pitiful that took advantage of me by sending me 6 replacements phones of the same model S7edge. Note the problem was with the IU system among 5 other programs a Billion dollar company refused to give me a upgrade for ap year then when they sent me phone 7 it had a a meniscal scratch i good of buffed out....note the scratch game from tje company as a result they refused to exchange for the S8 what a Sorry excuse for the fleece and yes i still have a bad phone

Had to pay my bill today at T mobile. The young lady actually helped me with my bill plus i had questions about adding a Line and she answered those as well as help customers on the phone when they called, in a really timely manner. She has management writing all over her. She really knows how to run a whole store by herself.

This T-Mobile has the best associates around. Theyre all willing to help, and they explain everything very clearly. These guys are the best!
