Kiana (I think that’s how you spell her name) took on a strange request for a photo shoot the day of and killed it! She’s the sweetest and absolutely loves a challenge and something out of her comfort zone. If you need any stage makeup or intense eye makeup for an event, go see her!! You won’t regret it.

Always helpful whether II buy one thing or ten things and as always if available, they make my face up(Jack me up) so I can see the products on my face of I have the time they further help with giving me instructions on the makeupAnd how to applt. Its a valuable tool for me and smart PR for Belk. At Ulta I cant get that time or type of service. Ive loved BELK IN MACON SINCE I WAS A TEEN OVER 50 years ago.what I’m buying I real time.

The area was very organized and the makeup artist was friendly. The low point is waiting for assistance.

There were several ladies waiting, but I was waiting patiently on a representative. I finally told one of the girls what I wanted and she said ok, Ill be right with you. Well, I saw this other girl walk up, and I noticed that she was waiting on her before she did me. To add insult to injury, when I returned home and viewing my receipt I noticed I was charged the wrong price for the lipstick. I looked it up online and it was $15. She charged me $16. I love Mac cosmetics but I WILL NOT be looked over anymore as if my money does not spend as others. The next time this happens I will definitely speak to a manager!!!!
