This place was not clean. The employees acted like they really didn’t want to be there. The ice cream was ok. Would not recommend if you are looking for awesome ice cream and friendly service.

You lost my Business today.As I placed my order at the drive thru, I was informed you did not have Hot Fudge for a Sundae, but had chocolate syrup which was fine.I pulled to the window and Waited, person took my money then asked what I ordered. Came back 5 minutes later saying did not Hot fudge for Sundae I said again I would take the Chocolate Syrup another 6 minutes a Girl with Pink hair slings a bag out the window which had the Sundae, No napkins, No Thank you,Simple rudeness.

My wife and I are a Muslim couple. We have frequented Baskin Robbins several times. However, this time, we were seen and skipped over for white customers walking through the door. I immediately spoke up to where the young black male with the afro responded, hold up....we decided to leave. Never again. Ill gladly wait in the McDonalds line where Im treated with warmth than to be looked over

Dont bother paying attention to the hours. They do things on their own time. Arrived at 9:45, they close at 10:00 and would not serve me.Im sorry sir but were literally closed. The register is closed.

The girl at the register has a terrible attitude. Ive never met someone so unfriendly. My cone was also very stale.

The Baskins and Robbins on Tom Hill in Macon is disappointing. The last 5 visits to get an Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone is met with the same thing: We are out of Waffle Cones! This is at all times of the day. It’s ridiculous! You are an Ice Cream store! Clue number one: if you are running out, it must be popular, make more!!! Literally, every time lately it’s the same thing. Pathetic.

Ordered a hot coffee for delivery. Delivery took FOREVER and my order was wrong. They sent an iced coffee. What the heck? Wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to request a replacement.

First, when multiple customers have a hard time hearing what you say out of the intercom in the drive-thru, that might be a sign to speak up. Second, when we have to pull around to the window to place our order, and as I’m giving you my order you smack your gums and walk off in the middle of me ordering, mumbling stuff, that’s very inappropriate. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with workers here having an attitude, but I can assure you it will be my last at this location. I’d rather drive to Warner Robins or Dublin for that matter rather than ever buy another thing from this business. If I was the manager or owner, I would be ashamed!!!

Was at drive thru and asked for a milkshake! The cashier looks at girls in the back says milkshake and they instantly say “. The blender is broken” ! I mean it’s a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts SOMEBODY HAS A BLENDER !

At 6:30 pm Wednesday July 29, 2020 drive thru order taker say their blender is broke and so can’t make capachino blast.I am sure baskin has 2 blander and I don’t believe that both blandest are broke at same timeThis is more as message to owner than a review.

Great customer service. I wanted a brownie sundae with hot fudge and on this particular day they were short staffed. The lady that was working was so apologetic and even though she had just came on shift she still got my order ready fast.

We were served sour ice cream at Riverside. We went out n to solve this problem and refused it was there fault. My family was sick for days. We will NEVER come back.Be aware

Loved my iced Caramel coffee. Also ordered a bagel that was so fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this location.

Really nice staff, the woman scooping our ice cream was very generous with her scoops and really friendly. The cashier was also really nice, we had a good conversation while waiting to pick our flavors. Nice clean dining area too.

I confess that the ice cream was pretty good. However, we went through the drive through, and the lady kept interrupting us. Then they took a solid 15 min just to get two milkshakes done and ended up messing it up. So, I would only recommend this place if you want good ice cream but dont mind horrible service.

Don’t go here if you have a child’s birthday party you need a cake for!! I ordered a special cake two days in advance for a two year olds birthday party only to have the staff of this establishment sell the cake to someone else without a receipt! They were only sympathetic when I contacted the owner and corporate. They at first offered to give another cake the day after the child’s birthday party, which is ridiculous. Then after further conversation I was able to get them to make another cake fore free which I received at 8:00 pm at night which is past the average two year olds bed time ! Don’t get a cake here if you have a special event they don’t even stick to their policies!

The ice cream is excellent, and of course the selection is legendary. In the last year or so, they have been perpetually out of or understocked when it comes to Waffle bowls and cones. At my age, if Im going to misbehave, I would like to go all the way and unhealthy ice cream in an unhealthy pimped-out Waffle Bowl dipped in chocolate and the sprinkles. So ... Ill add a couple more stars if they can step up their Waffle Bowl game.

The worker had a bad attitude and wouldnt make the waffle cone. He said they didnt have any but it was apparent he just didnt want to make them

Unsanitary. Serving without masks breathing all over the open vats of ice cream. I left without buying.

Some drinks get mixed in odd ways. Anything with ice cream will have a taste of more ice and less cream.

Love their jamocha almond fudge! Most times I go in and get a single scoop which is nice size with ice cream inside the cone, this time I simply had a scoop sitting loosely on top of the cone; empty cone...not worth the charge.

Kids love the choices. Quick service even when busy.

My wife got a cake for our sons Birthday. When we opened the box my wife noticed someones name was on the cake. They poored a cup of sprinkles on top to cover up the name. No big deal. We got it ready with candles and some candy letters for our son and cut it up and ate it. This cake was so old and freezer burnt it was hardly edible. Needless to say I will not be spending any more money at this Baskin Robbins any time soon.Called to speak to manager. He said I could ether get a replacement cake or a gift card... Why would I want more old ice cream? NO THANKS!
