I had a terrific experience today at this establishment. I had a pair of Ray Bans that I had purchased previously from a website, and I needed to have them adjusted for the length. Both salespeople were extremely friendly and did not hesitate to do the adjustment. I thought there was a charge for this, but they told me there was no charge for this service. They both were amiable and very conversational while one of them was doing the adjustment. I am extremely impressed and will be going back to purchase a pair of their sunglasses.

She answered All my questions and looked up options for the glasses I wanted, ordered my new glasses. Thats the kind of place I want to do business with. Will be returning customer..

The worst Sunglass Hut in the Southeast. Got yelled at immediately walking in due to the store being at max capacity by a short, heavy set manager. Didnt even tell me to wait outside, just told me to leave loudly an rudely. Dont ruin your day at the mall by coming here.

Been in the market for new sunglasses lately and multiple times I’ve been the past month the staff has been consistently rude. Just very rude and poor customer service almost seemed like the employees didn’t want to even make sales just by the way I was talked to and was treated as a nuisance instead of a customer. I have been using sunglass hut for 20 years and they have lost my business from these experiences.

Very poor customer service!!!! Went to the store on my lunch break to get Ray Ban shades I had been eyeing for months. Get there and unfortunately, the ones I had been eyeing didnt look right on me. Nevertheless, I found another pair of Ray Bans that I liked. My frame size would have to be ordered. No problem! After imputing my personal information, I asked could they be shipped to store? I was advised by the customer service agent they would come faster, if they were sent to home. I responded time of arrival, isnt an issue! Then the young lady behind the counter, who had been on her cellphone said we dont do that. LIESSSS!!!!! I wear designer shades and normally purchase from Sunglasses Hut. I have them delivered to the store and i pick up. Reason being, I work in Macon and easier to pick up from store rather than have them delivered and Im not home. Mind youI will never patronize this business at the Shoppes of River Crossing, AGAIN!!!! I will take my money and time and go to Bass Pro or the Tanger Outlet. I am big on Customer Service and was failed this time.

Scam AlertThey will not accept any returns. Will only replace or exchange with $40 deductible if you purchase the protection plan for $20. The mangerclaimed the left lens was Scratched. The salesman claimed the right lens was scratched. “Scam Artists” Inspect their lenses with magnifying glass before you purchase or lose almost $400.

Was at store at 10am this morning and the lady shows up at 10:10am clearly seeing us waiting outside walks in locking doors behind her so we go to shoe store and return at 10:40 and still closed so Bass Pro Shop got that $400 whoever owns store check out who you hire

Nice place and very helpful. I was able to walk in and get the perfect pair of sunglasses. Associate was very nice and gave excellent customer service.

Very poor customer service experience. I returned sunglasses 6 days after purchase because I found my lost pair. The associate made me feel like I was in the wrong for returning them and was rude throughout the transaction. Part of my purchase was done on a gift card that I no longer have access to and she refused to give me store credit so I lost $70. I emailed customer service and never heard a response.

Celeste the manager here is unprofessional and very unfriendly. Wont ever go back here to purchase Costa Del Mar sunglasses again. I came in to ask a question about getting a receipt for the warranty due to a defect in my pair I purchased 3 months ago. She was short and abrasive with me and made me feel like I was a bother to her. Ill take my business somewhere else from now on. Im surprised she is the manager with her way of handling business!

I’ve done business with this place for years and it seems they have some new employees that lack in even the simplest customer service training. Stood in there for 20 minutes and the employee did nothing but talk about her “ex baby daddy” instead of assisting me.If you’re going to sell $300 sunglasses, hire people that actually assist your customers. No one cares about her baby daddy.

High prices and no Costa.

Drove an hour to exchange a pair of sunglasses i had bought a month previously that had already broken. Was given false information about a return over the phone. When I came into the store I was then told that due to “damage” on the lenses I couldn’t return them. Lady with the short blonde hair is rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Its what you expect. A high end, luxery brand sunglass store. There really isnt anything extra. Theyll clean your glasses and answer your questions but everything is VERY expensive. Minimum about $150 for a pair.
