They set the lug nuts so tight that two places couldnt remove the rear passenger tire. I had to buy a new rim and pay to replace. I spent over $300 with it.November 2020 I took my van to swap my tires to my snow tires, which they did and I paid for it.The next day I went back because the van was shaking and they remove the front tires and rebalanced them. It did not work 100 %, but I thought it was the van.

The guys here are super honest! I thought I needed a new set of tires. They checked them out and told me my tires were good except one. They gave me an option of a new or used tire. I now have faith in my fellow man again! They could have sold me a new set of tires and I wouldnt known my current tires were fine. I highly recommend them over the big box stores. I went in for some new tires and an oil change. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from Frank (manager). He took his time and explained the process with me which is hard to find these days. I was asked if I wanted some coffee or tea and was made to feel comfortable. As a woman, I dont typically like going to car shops b/c the men are usually trying to sell me on stuff I dont understand, but not Frank! He seemed honest and caring about me and my cars needs. Spent $1,800 on new tires and rims for our vehicle. Had the new tires and wheels aligned by them. Not even 6 months down the line one of the tires is completely worn down. I had 3 mechanics look at all of our suspension for an issue that would cause the tire to wear down so badly. Each mechanic said our alignment was very far off and nothing was wrong with the suspension. We came back to this shop and explained the alignment was not done properly causing super premature wear out of the tire. The guy from here agreed that the alignment was not done properly. He couldnt offer to fix the alignment because their machine was down again. He offered to wholesale discount new tires for our car. I dont want to have to buy a whole new set of tires. I paid for new tires and rims. I made sure to pay for an alignment when we got the tires from this shop. I have always kept our vehicle in good repair. I am very disappointed with this shop and would not recommend them.

Great experience! Frank took care of me and got be the best price for all of the work that I had done. He got be four new tires along with a whole new front lower and rear suspension. Got the work done quickly and I definitely noticed the quality. Furthermore, when I picked up my car I noticed a noise right away. I brought it back and the mechanic helped me diagnose the noise (which was unrelated to the repairs they just completed). They then hoisted my car and fixed the issue and told me if I hear it again bring it in and they will take care of it. Definitely recommend this repair shop and will be doing more business there in the future.

They are always very friendly and their prices are fair. They dont try to sell you extra services and they have always gotten me in for service at the last minute. I would definitely recommend them and I would consider them my local go to shop for tires, oil changes, brakes, rotors, etc.

Edit: went from 5 to 2 stars because Im now at another shop because they didnt align my vehicle correctly. Come to find out, some of the work they did has already failed, likely because things were not properly torqued, and I also suspect that the oil pan gasket that I had asked them to replace was not replaced, because my car is still leaking from the oil pan gasket.Really worked with me on pricing and financing. Very nice people, and excellent quality of work.

Today I was referred here by Brandon from Hotwheel city, after getting rims and tires, I needed an front end alignment. When I walked in, I asked for Frank, I was greeted with a smile and VERY FRIENDLY attitude. We joked about our names and even found out we live close by one another. He honored the reputation of the referral, and the overall service was top notched. If these guys get anything less than a five star, you should probably review the attitude of the person who left it, maybe they were having a bad day. They have revolving doors full of customers REPEATING CUSTOMERS. Who seem to love this place.

I have been bringing my car here for the last 3 years and never had a problem. The shop supervisor is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She is always pleasant and very respectful to the customers. I have sent many people here to have their car serviced and they never had a complaint. Their prices for work seem fair and reasonable besides being able to easily finance if needed.

I came in to have my car checked out because it was making some weird noises. Upon having them check it out to fix my noises, I was shown what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They were able to get me going the same day, even tho I had some crazy requests. The service advisor was super kind and educated me on the commonality of my issues and how they could be avoided in the future. Very fair price for the work and it was fast. It’s nice when you feel good about auto repairs!!!

Ive taken my car in a few times. They take into consideration what I can afford. Their prices are comparable, work is always good.. Last time I took my car in for new tires and an oil change a slight cosmetic issue that the car had magically got fixed. They just did it because they could, they didnt even mention it.

So I needed to replace the tires on my 2011 Mustang. I was thinking I would have to go with something used to get us through the winter but the deal they gave me on a full set of brand new performance tires was too good to pass up. Don found and fixed everything wrong on my car. The car runs and sounds great now. Meanwhile Aaron was able to find me parts at a very good price. He called around to a bunch of different stores to find me the best price. I thought all the repairs were going to cost me 1400 dollars. They repaired everything for only 800 dollars with 600 dollars worth of parts and 8 different parts were needed. This is a truly affordable place for car repairs. Highly recommended.

Had my car for 8 months and never fixed the issue. Ended up destroying my engine while it was there and didnt put everything together correctly. Engine bay is all scuffed and beat up, scratches all over the paint as well. Before and after pictures attached.

Very poor customer service skills I purchased some tires in November 2018 and the manager tells me we up grades you some new Good year tires that cost over a thousand dollars, well I should have known better because those tires are defective both left side tires are dry rotted. And know there telling me I have to call good year to get new tires and handling things very unprofessionally. I have been scammed and I called good year they gave me customer number and said you guys have to call them so know dont nobody know the correct procedure.

If I could give a negative five star I certainly would. They have the absolute WORST professionalism and customer service possible. I took my vehicle here on a Saturday for an oil change and brake work, I fully expected to wait a decent amount of time (2-3 hours) being it was a Saturday however almost five hours later I was told the oil had been changed and it would be $500 for just the rear axle and that would only include rotors and pads, they also claimed I had a warped pad already in place. I asked them to reassemble my vehicle, drop it and put it back in a parking space. I paid for the oil change and left thinking to myself they must have a lot of uninformed customers if they truly charge that and people actually pay that for just one axle and it didn’t include drums, shoes or calipers. As I was driving off of their lot I can now hear and feel a horrible grind/rub so I take it home and remove the tire to look for myself, at first glance there was nothing obvious and the pads had over 50% of the pad still there... Fast forward to Wednesday (I had parked my vehicle from Saturday-Wednesday) I’m taking a chance driving to work, ended up having to pull over because the grinding was only getting worse, so I risk is yet again going the few blocks back to this shop in hopes to have a second opinion. They lift my vehicle, spin the tires one at a time, drop it and say it $600 for a hub bearing on the passenger side, pads and rotors. I politely asked them to drop it and left... unable to get to work I took it home and took the passenger tire back off to take a better look. The inner pad was completely gone, just the hardware was there grinding into the rotor. That was the only issue with the rear brakes. The woman at the desk thought it was extremely funny to tell the lobby full of customers that she doubles and triples the price she tells people if she’s hungry. I’d recommend going in there with a coffee, donut or biscuits and gravy (those are all of her suggestions) if you’re expecting fair service

I came in at 5:15 on a Friday. The shop closes at 6. There were able to give me four new tires at a great price the same day. I expected to have to pick up my car the next day but is ready before 6.
