Haven’t purchased anything yet, but I was definitely happy with what I saw. The staff was really friendly & attentive, but not to the point of annoyance, which is highly appreciated. The store is brand new (formerly toys r us 💔💔💔), and is set up very well. Nice, clean, brightly lit store. Furniture definitely seems to be high quality and quite a few things caught my eye for the future. Looking forward to making a purchase from here soon. All the furniture I sat on felt very comfortable & well-constructed. Prices seemed fair for the quality and prices (cash and financing) were readily available and near each item.
The worst experience ever! It is going to be a long review but the most important information is that they dont have any return policy and worst delivery service which no one tells you about when you are ordering.I was hesitant placing an order with them based on all previous bad reviews on google but I thought it couldnt be that bad. The showroom and furniture seemed good for the price but I definitely made the wrong choice to go with Ashley Furniture. The sales people will just try to get your order and confirm delivery in a couple of weeks. I ordered a bed and a mattress worth more than 4K on Sep 25, 2021 that had the least wait time and was given Oct 6 as a delivery date. But till today the furniture is still pending with below details of failed delivery attempts.- First failed delivery: Oct 6, 2021The main headboard was ripped (Pics attached) so we had to return it but it was good that we inspected it right away before they were able to put it in our home.- Second failed delivery: Oct 19, 2021After a couple of weeks we got the delivery of a headboard and mattress which was not damaged but the delivery person said they missed to keep the side rails of the bed which was crazy.- Third failed delivery: Oct 28, 2021Received the side rails and we thought it might be finally over but apparently they were missing some hardware that should have been there with the headboard. Also, every time there are new delivery people so they were blaming previous ones that they had missed the hardware. At this point of time we lost patience and wanted to cancel the complete order and came to know there is no return policy since we accepted delivery for part of the furniture. We were directed from customer service helpline saying to contact the store where we bought it from and the store people told us to contact delivery dept. as it is their problem. Finally they were able to order the hardware for us and said we would get it in a week. We agreed as there was no other option.-Todays correspondence with delivery dept: Nov 5 2021Since it was over a week and there was no update I thought to check the status. They said that hardware (which are just 4 nuts and bolts) is in back order and would come tentatively by mid January and then we can schedule someone to assemble it for you.After this I felt morally obligated to leave this review to help anyone who might think like me that this situation will not happen in their case.
Purchased furniture about 2 months ago. I was given 6-12 weeks estimated delivery date. Stopped in the store after 6 weeks to check the status of my order. My sales associate seemed annoyed that I was inquiring before the full 12 weeks had passed. No matter my question, the only answer I received was “come back after 12 weeks and check again“ I called the store for an update at 8 weeks, automated system informed me the furniture would be an additional 14-17 weeks wait time. Trying to get through to someone on the phone has been a nightmare. Tried to cancel over the phone as advised, their phone system is horrific. Once I was able to speak to a sales associate, he was admit he was unable to process a refund over the phone. Went to the actual location to cancel because I can’t wait until January 2022 to furnish my home. I’ve been standing in front of the customer service desk for about 90 mins waiting to be helped.***** Update: After a lot of hassle I ended up getting my furniture sooner than what the automated phone system stated. I do love the furniture so far. My advice is no matter what your salesperson tells you, complete all communication in person at the same location you made your purchase. Do not call or email, you will receive different information each time. This was an extremely difficult and time consuming process however I do love my new furniture.
Walked around the store for 25 minutes, never greeted once. No one offered to help me . Employees on their cellphones. I found a entire bedroom set I wanted, was ready to purchase and could not get help. The manager told the employee to say he was busy and the other was already helping a customer. I move into my house tomorrow, I will find another store that values Everyones business. And they dont answer the phone, and the one time they did they just picked up and hung back up.
After purchasing a couch that ended up not fitting, we had to go pick out a new couch and the service provided by the manager, Martin Coyne was above and beyond exceptional. He helped lead us to a couch that was much better suited for what we needed, than what we had previously picked out. Sandra white, store operations manager, also went above and beyond to help with delivery and making sure our order was taken care of. They made the shopping experience well worth it. Thanks again.
Never buy from this store. The people are nice but the delivery and items on how it was delivered was HORRIBLE! There was greasy fingerprints everywhere! Also a small backboard on the stand I had was missing! One of the shelfs was missing a back piece to support it! The TV stand came with ZERO nails to put the shelfs together! The manager even said it would void the warranty with the stand if we put our own nails in there! I seriously highly doubt they will re-emburse us for ANYTHING!
Honestly, they were amazing. Diane was our sales associate and she was very patient and kind. She wasnt afraid to ask for assistance to help us build our selections. The whole store was involved in helping us to pick what best suited our budget and new home. We were there for hours changing pieces as we went and they were so patient. Im also 8 months pregnant and they really allowed me to feel comfortable bringing water and letting me take my shoes off to rest in between selections. We were able to take advantage of their sale and we got a lot for our money. Hopefully everything will be delivered in the time frame they gave but I will update for delivery. I also want to say that we went to many other furniture places and it was slim pickings. We felt as if we were just settling. The manager will also work with you on floor items. We purchased some gorgeous tables for about 80% off! I highly recommend this store!
The worst place to buy your furniture from they lie to there customers as soon as you put your order in no body will answer your phone call they just want to get your money they will schedule a partial delivery that way you cannot return your stuff and you have to deal with it until the rest of your stuff comes in you call and call no answer
If I could leave negative stars I would. I had truly the worst experience at this store. I ordered a bed back in May 2021 and upon arriving in October 2021, they delivered the wrong bed. I called and went to the store and they had no idea where my original order went. Somehow my order got changed and they had no record of why or who changed it. I asked for a refund for the entire order, and they reluctantly refunded me for a portion of the order. I can’t believe their customer service team could not offer me anything to refund the whole order when they are the ones who messed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I ORDERED A BED 5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN THE WRONG ITEM SHOWED UP THEY JUST SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS AND DIDNT HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME. not to mention, the bed they tried to replace my original order with was less expensive, but they tried to charge me the same amount. Now I am without a place to sleep and to reorder the bed would take 3-5 months. Would not ever step foot in this store again STAY FAR FAR AWAY
One of my worst experience ever! I made an order in March as I’ll get it in April and it was a bedroom and a foundation. Every time I go to them they say you will have it by next month, until August I didn’t get my order. So I had to cancel it. And now we come the worst thing is they won’t give a refund back!!! Every time they say you will have it by next week but nothing. They are bad customer service and I will never ever make another order from them, and will never recommend it!!!!
I have not yet received my furniture as it is on back order so my review is simply for the employees at Ashley Homestore. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful in a friendly and professional way. He helped me pick out a couch and chair and I didn’t feel like he was trying to push a sale on me at all which I really appreciated. I would definitely refer any of my family or friends here.
WORST STORE - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGYWe unfortunately ordered a lot of furniture from them including two sofa sets, coffee table, side table and entire patio furniture. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. They provided the furniture after 3 months of constant calling and asking for the delivery date and it is all damaged so we had to return all of it. How can they claim to #1 furniture company when they cant deliver the furniture without damaging it. The sales rep wont pick your call after you have made the payment. No help anywhere at their store or customer service. Wasted so much of our time and then also we are sitting here without our furniture. We dont even know when our order will get delivered now. Please dont waste your time and energy here. Go anywhere but here.
You will never get your furniture. We paid in full for a sofa on April 1, that was promised in end of May, then July, the no later than August, then in October I was told 5 of the 7 pieces were in stock and they would deliver them by oct 30.. now I’m being told none of its in stock and Jan is my “estimated date”
Ugh where to start? Ordered a sectional 6-15-21. Was told 6-8 weeks MAX. It’s been 3 and a half months. I’ve called numerous times to be told different anticipated dates over and over. Fast forward to now…in one day I received 3 phone calls. One to schedule delivery for 9/25 for half my sectional. one to schedule delivery for 10/1 for my whole sectional, and one to tell me my order is now on back order. Now on back order 3 and a half months later??? No one can give me an answer, I was hung up on by the last caller. I re-arranged my schedule for 9/25 which was pointless. I rearranged my schedule for 10/1 which now seems to be pointless, and still no one knows where my furniture is. At this point im wondering if I’ll ever get my furniture! They were quick to take 3k from my account back in June though! They lie to get you to purchase, then don’t deliver on ANY promised date.
Erik was super helpful from beginning to end. With COVID causing so many delays with products, I almost felt defeated but with Erik’a help I was able to furnish my son’s room before October arrives. He is personable, pays attention and treated me like Royalty while I was there. Thanks Erik again and if I need something else, I’ll definitely be back!
Well the experience started out good but has turned I to a nightmare! We purchase an entryway table from them and decided the follwoinf day to cancel the order. It has now been a few weeks and we have made multiple calls to cancel the order and get our refund. It’s should not be this hard to cancel an order and it should have taken one phone call! I did like many items in the store but will not be returning due to the customer service. We are currently still waiting on our refund….
STAY AWAY from this store! On March 21, 2021 I purchased a mattress and accessories. During the time of purchase I was pushed into opening a credit card with Synchrony Bank and told that I would receive a $400 credit 3-4 billing cycles from the date of purchase. March 30, 2021 I returned one accessory for $259.99. Since than, I have not received back my refund or the $400 that was promised. I have made multiple attempts to call the store, the bank, and Ashley Corporate. No one cares at this company, no one is willing to listen. I tried to submit a claim and hung up on. Employees only care about getting the sale. Stay away from this store and please do not get the Synchrony Card.
My first time going to Ashley Homestore, sadly disappointed. The quality of the furniture is cheap, I felt like I was looking at a staging for an open house. There was nothing there that I would have considered purchasing. The sales associates were friendly and helpful though.
They butter you up and tell you it’s the biggest sale of the year and then tell you your furniture will be delivered within a month. So I get rid of my old furniture thinking it will be delivered by the date they gave me and then it turns into “Sorry it’s back ordered another month.” One month turned into “Now it will be delivered by December,” and I paid in full in July.Would only recommend if they have the items in stock. Communication has been bad, I can never get through on the phone. I have to go in person just so they can tell me it’s going to be another 4-8weeks.
Save the headache and go spend your money and time somewhere else. They said 8-12 weeks but turned out to be 5-8 months. Items were delivered without hardware and after 4 months of waiting for hardware, I’m still trying to call and to get someone out to put the items together. They scheduled me for delivery 3 times in which no one ever showed up and without informing me. I have bought from Ashley’s from 3 different states I’ve lived in and this is by far the worst.
Buying a table shouldnt be more paperwork than buying a car, especially without financing or delivery. I should be able to walk in, point to a table, give money for the table, put the table in my vehicle, and leave.Not spend two hours filling out paperwork that doesnt even apply.

They are quick to take your money-while making all sorts of promisesI was told my furniture would be delivered in 4-6 weeks I hadno problem with that. I called for an update I was then told 14-15 weeks. I called for another update with my fingers crossed-no such luck. I was told 20-21 weeks.This is practically 6 months from the time I purchased the furniture.I have a house full of guests coming in August and nowhere for them to sit or sleep I will NEVER buy from Ashley again or recommend them. If you need furniture by Christmas dont buy from Ashley Furniture
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE! Let’s just say the sales reps are telling customers false delivery dates just to get you to buy their product. My order consisted of 1 night stand, bed frame, mattress, 2 twin foundations, and a chess. I specifically requested that my entire order be delivered together. They assured me that it would be. Now I have a packed night stand and mattress standing in my garage with no use for it. When I placed my order in April, I was told I would have my entire order by the middle of June. Now they’re saying I won’t receive my bed frame and chess until middle of September. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture store! I’m canceling my order and taking my money somewhere else.
Ordered two tables and a couch back in April, 2021. Finally got the couch end of June but it was ripped. They took it back and gave me a brand new couch in 2 days. Why did I have to wait so long if you have another couch just sitting around??? It is 9/27/2021 today and have yet to receive the tables, even though they were originally quoted for end of June then the end of September. After waiting forever finally got ahold of customer service and they tell me the tables are now scheduled for January 4th, 2022, and that thats only an estimate and will probably be pushed back more. I will be warning everyone to stay away from here.Tldr: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A YEAR FOR A SIDE TABLE!!!
Beware buyers remorse. They can sell products but do not have to return money for broken items. Store manager does not train his staff properly. Kevin Alfred also claims that they do not have to follow Corporate policy they are a franchise. But he couldn’t say the owner or franchise. But says to call customer care which is corporate.If you ever get to meet Tom Hija which may be their store security or lays on a mattress all day. I would go with the second.I would suggest you have better luck with customer service at a different furniture store.

Markeya was our associate, and she was wonderful! She offered us help while giving us space while we browsed around the floor. She was transparent about what stock was available and when, and always friendly. We felt like friends with her after we left because of the authenticity she offered us as customers.
Super expensive but great furniture pieces, and the employees are AMAZING! They stayed 2 hours after closing to help us get our payments completed.
If not for world class customer service from Nikki in the store, this would not have bet. A great experience- but Nikki saved the day!

They took my money with no problem I called in May they said my order would be at the warehouse in May it’s now JUNE AND STILL NO DELIVERY!!! They said my ORDERED WAS CANCELED!!! No one wanted to call me, email or place a letter in the mail. So y’all just over there sitting on my funds!!!!! Ashley Home Furniture will not get another DIME!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Please save yourself an incredible amount of hassle and inconvenience and DO NOT purchase a single item from this store or company! It’s unfortunate because their products have a beautiful design. I spent nearly $11K to furnish an entire house and will never step foot in this store again. I was promised all my items would be delivered ( after many calls to customer service and going into the store speaking with managers). Well, the delivery truck came. Nearly all of my stuff was missing, damaged or wrong item. They also damaged my brand new home when trying to bring a couch inside. I need paint and drywall repair. Now I have to call the customer service ( not the store) each day to get statuses on the items they promised to replace. Will probably be another 3+ months. They do not stand behind their products once they have your money. And definitely do NOT buy their brand of mattress. It’s the worst and they will not exchange or return anything!!! So please, save yourself the anxiety and hassle I’ve experienced and do not even consider Ashley Furniture when furnishing your home!
I would give zero stars if the app would let me. I received damaged furniture, called right away and tried for 3 months to get it returned. It was finally picked up and I am now being billed and assigned late fees for furniture I dont have.Follow up...I followed up as suggested here and I am still stuck paying $150 delivery plus a $28 late fee to receive and return damaged furniture. Thats the only way I can make this go away and not have negative things reported to the credit bureau. The response I got from Ashley Furniture was, I really do apologize about that.
Worked with Monica and had a great experience! She was so helpful and not pushy in any way and helped us to find the best options on couches...we weren’t expecting to find anything, but actually found 2 options that were comfortable and would fit! Definitely check this store out if you’re looking for some new furniture.

I purchased a sectional sofa but it was not in stock . I agreed to wait for it since it was in the middle of a pandemic. They told me that i will receive it in 3 months . Well, 3 months have passed and I still did not receive it, nobody called me for an update . I called them and they said it was delayed and it won’t arrive in another 2 months . Then someone called me again and said my furniture arrived but it’s missing a piece ( the end armchair ) . They said they can deliver my furniture with free delivery charge but I would have to wait for the other part . Who the hell would want their sectional sofa with a missing part . This was my first time doing business with Ashley’s and it sure will be my last time . It’s the worse place with a terrible customer service . I will never step my foot inside that store again . The manager was supposed to call me but she never did, they promised me that she will call me next week because I want to cancel my order . Terrible place
If it isnt one thing its another. Today is 5/19/21 and I went in store and bought my furniture on 2/14/21. As of this review, I still have not received it. First it took them 14 weeks to get the couches and even schedule the delivery, 2 weeks past the 8-12 week timeframe quoted when I made the order. Not to mention the fact that the salesman, Momo, told that it would likely only be 4 weeks until the couches were received. Then we get to the delivery day fiasco. I had the delivery scheduled for 5/14, and the truck never showed up. So I called the office and was told that the truck would not be there, as it had broken down. Fast forward an hour and I am out of the house, moving on with my day as I had already been waiting for hours, when the driver calls me and tells me that he is there to deliver. So I obviously could not receive the items, and the driver was unwilling to wait for me to return. I am now trying to reschedule the delivery and am being told the soonest they can deliver is 5/29. Two weeks after the original delivery date, and the furniture is already there in the warehouse!! I never thought that buying a couch would turn into a 3 1/2 month ordeal, and would have never bought them here if I knew it would be like this.
Ashley Furniture has some really fresh new furniture. They have a lot more online as well. You can pre shop there and then head in to the store and maybe see the pieces that youre interested in and order through one of their great salespeople

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the history of companies I have been waiting for my furniture for 7 months and have not received anything meanwhile Everytime they say they will be making a delivery I end up taking a day off of work so I can be here when my furniture mind your this is the 6 or 7 time I have taken off of my job in order to receive my order that never comes every time it’s a different lie 3 weeks ago they said they had my stuff but the truck broke down the week after they said o sorry your order didn’t make it to the warehouse on time for us to put it on the truck every week a new lie If I had time I would stand in front of every ashley store and advice everyone not to buy anything from here ever I have had a empty living room for more then 3 of the 7 months I have been waiting worst furniture store worst customer service
DO NOT DO NOT buy your furniture from this store. Order sofas in may for them in July but got sent the wrong pieces. I went back to to get them replaced and was told the replacement will come in 2 months but I’ve been wait since July and not it’s almost November. I’ve gone there many times and they always tell me the same thing” you’ll have to wait for your stuff”. I’ve asked them for a refund and at least some discount on and they said no to both.

WORST furniture shopping experience! Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and it took the sales rep 2 hours to finally give me the sectional with ottoman I wanted right off there website. Waited the 3-4 months they told me it would take patiently. They text me to pick a delivery day and then text the 3 hour window to then change the 3 hour window. Texted me my furniture would arrive in half hour. It NEVER CAME!!!!!! Never going back and YOU should look else where for furniture!!!*NO YOU CANOT HELP ME NO FURTHER I GOT A REFUND*
This was a roller coaster of an experience. I apologize for the novel but the details are important for the experience. Ill add a too long didnt read (tdlr) at the bottom.The company is great up front during sales, but one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company after that.Mo and Andrea were absolutely terrific during the buying experience. If you wanted to be treated right in-store, the sales staff are great and work with you. They are salesmen, so they will ask for the sale a couple times and you may feel pressured. However, it was still a great buying experience.After that was a nightmare. We were warned that since it is still the pandemic availability would be limited, which we understood. We were given an 8 week delivery date. Mostly everything came before a month, except the dresser. This is when everything just went terrible.Our bed frame was delivered damaged. They came out and replaced it which was great! No hassle and we appreciated it. But then we had to wait about 10 more weeks for the dresser to be available. Got our delivery date, which came, but the product was damaged. We were told another was still in stock and they would schedule that one for us right away.A week went by with no call. I called to see the status to find out the dresser they had planned to deliver to us was also damaged at the warehouse and would be a couple more weeks before more came in. We had to be the ones to call to find that out.Couple more weeks go by and we get a text that more are in and to schedule a delivery 2 weeks from then. I called and asked if it could be delivered sooner since we have been waiting 4 months. They said absolutely and claimed they scheduled it for that Saturday. Day before I called and the appointment was never set, and apparently there were no more dressers available until the following week. Again, ridiculous we had to be the ones to call for that. Fed up with everything going on, we asked to speak to a manager since there has been issues with some customer service reps misinforming us. I am not paraphrasing, the literal reply we got was No. I had to demand again that I am not hanging up until they get me a supervisor, to which we had an awkward 15 minute pause until they finally connected us with a supervisor.I spoke to the supervisor and explained everything. They were apologetic, tried making things right, and set a delivery date for today, and the dresser was thankfully delivered undamaged.The products are great, and some of the staff are fantastic as well. But the time and energy that we had to put in to get our full bedroom set 4 months after ordering (with an 8 week max original timeline) was just not worth it. I just cant see myself going back to this store and dealing with such a frustrating process again.tldr; Sales staff great. Delivery took forever and also had damages. Communication is terrible and we had to be the one to call for updates. Was told No when asking for supervisor after 4 months without all products with several problems. Extremely frustrating and not worth the time and energy.

Ive had problems with my order since I got it and no one seems to be able to help me! I have been in the store and I have tried calling but still no help. I placed my order in October 2020. If you can buy furniture anywhere else, please do!! I hope I can save someone the headache of dealing with these people.

I bought a bedroom set over a month ago and was assured the delivery date would be 3/12. I took a week off work and wanted it delivered within that week. I have called 3 times to make sure just to be told basically no information of my order. I called today again (3/11) and was told my order is scheduled on 3/17. I work 12 hour night shifts at a hospital and am not available that day. The best they could do is push back delivery to 3/19. Which I am scheduled to work that night as well. So due to this place being super unorganized, I have to get up and interrupt my sleep to accommodate their schedule in order to get my stuff to me when it should of been already on the schedule for 3/12. And no this delay in service is not due to COVID, my stuff was already in stock. I was looking at dining room sets and other stuff for my home as well but will absolutely NOT ever buy anything else from this store. I got my couch and living room tables from BOBs and they have been great. Schedule is right on time and have never had to contact them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I agree with almost all of the negative reviews on this company. Order through a third party in Japan to get Ashley furniture and the customer service and delivery was amazing. Thought we would go direct when returning to the United States after serving in the military in Japan for four years. Order our bedroom set some time in September. We were told no later than December we would get our furniture. Fast forward to mid December, called and was told that we would have to wait two more weeks and would have it before the end of December. Called back today and now was told sorry your head board is now back ordered until March March.... Are you ****ing kidding me? So what when March rolls around youre going to tell me August? This is out of control and am about a day away from cancelling. Please tell me how I ordered a table and chairs from the Amish in October and was hand made and already took delivery, but furniture made on an assembly line take 6-8 months? Absolutely unacceptable. This company and a whole will be reported to the appropriate chain in the military to hopefully start a black list, and will be letting all my health care professional coworkers not to waste their time with this joke of a company.***Update*** love the automated reply Ashley... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!We purchased a sectional on March 20th. We were told by Jaron, our salesman that it would be delivered 6-8weeks. He did not say it was on back order, he didn’t say they were really lagging on getting couches out, none of that... just said 6-8 weeks for delivery.Well here it is June, and I got Half of my sectional! It showed up damaged. It is the wrong length arm. I have been trying to get ahold of the store since June 8th and I cannot get a person. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied! For the amount of money I paid in cash, I cannot believe this is the service I’m getting. Completely unacceptable, and I will be contacting the BBB. It should be fraudulent to take payment for orders they can’t fulfill!

RUN FAST!!! Save yourself the headache. I understand why this store has a 3.2 rating. The customer service is THE WORST! We specifically ask our sale person Karam the cost of an ottoman and he said, “no charge, it comes with the chair.” Needless to say, two months later when our furniture was delivered there was no ottoman. When I called to inquire, he said that he had mis-spoke. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciated him owning up to it. What did not appreciate was him and his manager, Diane (who was extremely RUDE) tried to sell me the ottoman for a discount price of $245.99, with a 60 day delivery date. When in fact this was the price on the website. They have no intensions on making it right.
Bought a bed in store on Sunday 3/7. Original price of the bed was $1099. I had a 20% coupon (in store use only) was able to bring it down to $849. When I got home seen the same exact bed online for $649 on their website. Called the next day to get a price adjustment ($200 difference even after coupon use) to be told they will honor the online price but not apply the coupon I brought in store. I am already appalled at the $400 price difference from online to in store. Ended up canceling order and am waiting for a full refund . Please keep the automated response as the person I spoke with on the phone was no help whatsoever. Will not be returning or referring to this store.
This has to be the worst and most unreliable customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. My room was delivered and assembled by their team 40 days ago and it had quality defects, scratches and even a flimsy drawer in the main dresser. For 40 days they kept telling me every week a service team is scheduled to come in within 48 hours and fix the scratches and defects that should have never been there on a new 1900$ room to begin with and 5 times no show no call. Other than the phone calls I initiated, I additionally went in to the store and spoke with them about the missed service dates and they gave me nothing but false promises. As a company I would be embarassed to even treat a customer like that. Save your money and go buy somewhere else.
We were approached by Karam, he was very nice and knowledgeable. We Spent around 2 hours trying to find the right sectional for us and we finally did. The promotion was going on at that time made the price very convenient. Definitely going back again to work with Karam!
Ordered a couch and loveseat and was told 8 weeks. We were also told we could cancel up until the day of delivery. We ended up canceling less than a week later. It has been 4 months and the authorization is still on my credit card. I am unable to get them to remove the authorization and the credit card company said it is up to the store to remove it. I will never go back to this location.

I ordered this couch 3-4 months ago and it just came in today after several delivery delays. The setup was fine until the end. The people bringing the couches left and could not attach the feet to the couch saying the battery to their drill is low. They said they were going to get a different one and would be back in 15-20min. It has now been almost 5 hours and they still are not here. I have called customer support and they said the people should have gotten a email telling them to go back to our home but that seemed to be useless. So now we have a couch we waited multiple months for that is now too low, horrible delivery services/customer service. The quality of the couch is good but that seems to be outweighed by everything i listed above

Many times when you step into a furniture store you immediately feel pressured and the experience can be stressful and unpleasant, it was NOT for us!Mo Mo made us feel at home and made the experience very pleasant and we got some beautiful furniture that I know we will enjoy for years to come! Stunning selection of furniture in a great variety of styles. We worked with Jeffrey, who helped us find the best sectional for the size of our space and lifestyle (with 2 cats, he recommended a tight weave fabric so their claws dont scratch as easily). He was a big help, and a delight to work with. We also took advantage of Ashleys warranty offer to come fix any damage (spills, scratches, etc.) for five years. We looked around several other furniture stores in the area and honestly nothing compared to our experience and the selection of furniture here. I highly recommend!

Furniture is very delayed. They weren’t even going to call me to tell me that my furniture is going to be a month delayed. I was still expecting it be delivered this Saturday and was very excited about it. Called tonight to confirm to be told it’s been delayed by a month.
Karam was really professional and caring. He doubled checked everything i was concerned about and taken cared of. Store is also really organized and clean.
I shopped at the store in Madison Heights,MI and Summer was my clerk and she did an excellent job. She was very helpful and patient.
I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. It took 2 hours to process a purchase that was placed incorrectly several times, this was after immediately contacting a store rep upon arrival and requesting to make a purchase already knowing what I wanted to order. I was overcharged several times and it wasn’t until I brought it to the sales persons attention that it was corrected. The Customer sales rep didn’t include 1 item that we wanted to purchase, and had to complete 2 separate orders with separate delivery dates. The Store also tried to charge me over $10,000.00 for a purchase and it wasn’t until I said something that the sales person adjusted the cost. I also had to spend an additional 30 minutes on the phone this evening (4 days later) with customer service as my purchase/order did not have my cell phone number with it, after I provided it several times during my order. If I had not called to add my cell number, I would never have received a text message to schedule a delivery.Do yourself a favor and find what you like, then order it online. It will be a lot cheaper than in store prices and you will not have to deal with the frustration, wasted time or excess cost. I will never be making a purchase from this establishment again.
Ordered a sofa, chair, and ottoman on September 6, 2020. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks for delivery. I specifically asked, “In 8-12 weeks will I be told a new timeline that may push this back even further?”. I was reassured that this would not be the case. My salesperson, Michael, told me that he would “constantly be checking and submitting requests to improve the timing and would always give me updates”. In October I was given an ETA date of 12/17/20. I never received a call to set up delivery as this date approached. I called the store but no one answered. I had to call many times over a few days before someone answered. I was then told my date moved to 12/30/20. This entire scenario repeated again as this new date approached. No one called me. I did not get through to the store at all and ended up calling customer service this time and was told of a new date for the 3rd time, 1/6/21. Once again, entire scenario repeated as this date approached. No call from anyone, no answer at the store, called customer service. New date given now of 3/23/21. Seriously?? I called the store for 30+ minutes straight until someone finally answered the store. I tell Michael about the new date I was given; he assured me that often customer service “provides the worst-case scenario date and he has not seen it be that long out”. I never hear from Michael again. Mid-February someone calls from the warehouse to set up delivery stating that all my pieces are in and first delivery is 2.5 weeks out. I ask if I can pick up. No. I ask if a Friday delivery is available. No. I ask if there is anything sooner. Delivery person hangs up on me! I call customer service immediately. They then tell my sofa actually still isn’t in and is now stating ETA of April. What!!? I ask to cancel my order. She puts me on hold to speak to supervisor and eventually comes back saying one is not available yet but she can have them call me by end of day. Ok. I never received a call back from the supervisor. I call the store relentlessly the next day and finally get though to the manager Sandra. She takes my info and says she is going to reach out to warehouse and get back to me the next day. A week later I have still not heard from Sandra so I call the store back until I get through. Sandra tells me that she didn’t call me because she still hasn’t heard from the warehouse. She explains that she only remembers to call back customers once she gets an email response from the warehouse about their issue. Nice organization Sandra. So, the customer suffers because your internal communication is also poor. Either way, I say okay and wait once again for any word on my furniture. Over a month passes and Sandra calls me at the end of March. I realize it’s a routine call she is making about my long wait and she doesn’t realize she has already spoken to me. Twice. She was calling to let me know that “unfortunately your sofa has been pushed out to end of May now…”. Wow. Just wow. I reminded her that we have spoken twice and I was still waiting for her to hear back from her warehouse. I told her that her and the company are absolutely horrendous with communication. 7 months and no sofa. I cancelled my order. I understand that there is a pandemic and some of their supply issues is out of their control. However, Ashley furniture should have been more up front and they should have been dedicated to keeping the customer in the loop. I will never purchase from this company and will tell everyone who is looking for furniture to look elsewhere. Id rather sit on my floor than give my money to Ashley furniture. Value city had a similar sofa that I could get delivered in a week.

I’ve been driving by this store for some time. Looked nice said to my wife let’s get a new bed frame the one we have is old and busted. We went on sale person was awesome very friendly and nice. That is the only good thing about it. Since then we have had nothing but problems. We set up the schedule time for delivery. Empty the room out clear out the living room on so they would have a nice clear shot to the bed room. We’re waiting and waiting finally we are passed the schedule time check the status and it says unable to deliver. It took us two days of calling and going up to the store to find out why. They apologized set up a nee date. This time they showed up not 10 minutes into them being there they say that the foot board is busted and they can’t put my together. So we call the store again. Now calling the store I find is useless no one answers the phone. We end up going back up there to set up another appointment well they bring out the wrong thing. I’m now with out a bed frame for over a month about a dozen trips to the store to talk to managers. Very disappointed absolutely disappointed with This. I still don’t have a bed frame and 3 large boxes taking up room in my bed room. I’m frustrated because now it’s Christmas and I ordered this on oct 14

Ordered a couch in August, I understand they’re behind due to the pandemic but the customer service is awful. Literally no transparency or communication, you’ll be responsible for tracking your order, they will just keep pushing out and not contacting you. Called multiple times, each time is a push out. Why does the customer have to keep tracking this, why isn’t Ashley’s providing updates. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in recent memory. They will take your money and then you’re on own to figure out when you’ll even get your furniture or what the status is. They’re going to keep using covid as a excuse for non delivery, which is fine as people lives are more important than furniture but he lack of communication and transparency fromCustomer service is unacceptable. No reason or incentive to ever go buy from ashelys again, or recommend them to anyone. They haven’t offered a thing for delays or even had the courtesy to directly call me for an update, I’ve had to waste my time over the past 4 months hunting down the status myself. A complete cluster of customer service for a national chain.Take your business elsewhere. Other places might be delayed as well but at least they will call you or give your updates via emails not send you on a wild goose chase yourself to figure it out.

I ordered couches and chairs along with bedroom set and mattresses back in early fall 2020. Was told should all arrive around end of 2020. After countless calls to the store that were un answered via phone I went to store in person. I was argued with and told that there were cancer patients waiting for their furniture to arrive prior to them passing away, why should I be placed ahead of them. I was told I needed to be patient, last week they had to call police to escort am unhappy customer out of the store. No resolution other than wait. finally in late Dec. I called again, no answer so went in again. Was told would receive furniture in 2 weeks.Delivery was scheduled and all they had was half my order. when they delivered they ripped one of my mattresses. Had to go to store again as no one answered. Was told I could have $500 refund if I kept mattress. Agreed to that. No $500 but then was scheduled for replacement and rest of furniture. March 19th 2021 they delivered only the mattress replacement. Called in again. Got through to someone. Was told rest of furniture would be delivered in April. I called customer service and was told I could return furniture, just needed store approval. they emailed me and said I would hear from store. I did hear from the store and it was same Sandra that had been rude previous, she refused to accomadate in any way and said she had done everything I had ever asked of her. When I pointed out all that had gone wrong and what she had promised never happened she hung up on me. I am contemplating legal action at this time. I need to talk to an executive level in the company asap.Dont buy here ever.
The BIGGEST Ashley Furniture location in Michigan. Absolutely beautiful and the staff is very patient and knows that the customer experience is top priority. They don’t attack the guest as soon as they walk in, they are happy to help and also happy to allow you to walk the showroom alone and to take it all in. You have to come take a look for yourself!
I went to Ashley homestore looking for furniture for the first time. I was greeted by Momo who helped a lot with everything I was looking for, and made the sale and scheduling the delivery a smooth process. along with getting me a great deal on my purchase. One stop shop for your furniture needs.
Do yourself a favor and go spend your money elsewhere. The furniture is overpriced and most can be found on Wayfair (yes, Ashley Furniture is sold on plenty of other websites)We unfortunately spent almost 10K at this location thinking that what we we were getting was a steal when in reality it felt more like shopping for furniture at Big Lots vs “the” Ashley Furniture. From contacting the store and not once getting someone to even pick up the phone, let alone help! Furniture ordered in November of 2020, it is now March the 15th and we are still waiting on items. I get the covid issue, but don’t overpromise and guarantee things just to make the commission. Its 2021, I thought we’ve learned better by now. The furniture that was delivered was delivered by two young men, no masks in sight, using our bathroom with one of them saying during putting our dining table together “Im quitting this job right after this fu*king shift, I swear”. Sooo between Garrett, my clueless sales-rep and the nonexistent customer service department & 5 star delivery team I can confidently say that you will get better service and furniture literally anywhere else!No need to reply with your generic “please email feedback@ “ yadda yadda response. Ive already sent the email before writing this, this is just to pre warn others from making the same mistake we did!
5 Stars !!! Store : Brand New and Beautiful . Located in the old Toys R Us on John R. Customer Care : Michael made us feel like Family . He respected our Mattress Budget and was very knowledgeable . We ordered our mattress and he gave us an ESTIMATED Time of Delivery . With Covid, everything is taking longer, PLEASE just pack your patience . Antoinette ( The owner ? ) was WONDERFUL and did all she could do to track our order . Honestly, The wait was worth it . THIS will be our new GO TO furniture store .

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I purchased my couch in September, I was told 8-10 weeks for shipping due to COVID-19 completely understandable and I was okay with that. At the end of November I was called and told that one item still was not in and they expected it to arrive Mid-December. Mid-December I was called and it still was not it and it was expected to arrive early January. Monday, January 4, 2021 I was called and it still was not in. I said that is fine I would like the two pieces that are in stock delivered. Friday at 9PM the delivery men show up with all three pieces (no idea where the third piece came from) but they came with the whole couch. They also came without mask on and one drive proceeded to stand on my front porch and smoke a cigarette for 5 minutes. That is a great impression of a company. Theres a global pandemic going on and this company doesnt follow simple guidelines.Back to my couch.. I told the sales guy at the store that it had to be 94 inches, the sign on the display floor and the sales man told me it was 94 inches. The couch came it was 99 inches and would not fit through my door. The delivery asked me if I still wanted the couch I said no so I assume they took it back to the warehouse. Well the operations mangers at the store isnt on site on Sunday so I called all day Monday and could not get in touch with a person. I drove to the store and she told me the couch was delivered...it wasnt delivered to my house so where is it??!!? It Apparently I cant get a refund until the warehouse reports it back in stock and she would call me back. Here it is Tuesday 4 days later and they still havent called me back or given me a refund. I called the store 47 times today and didnt get a person a single time. I guess I will have to drive back there tomorrow. I would happily pay double somewhere else to never deal with this company again. the Customer service is non-existiant, the management is rude and cant answer simple questions and the sales people have no idea what they are talking about. How does a company stay in business reporting a delivery that never happened and treating customers as nothing once they receive their money.They have had my money since September, I just want me refund for the product I never received.

I purchased a couch from this store and was told it would arrive in 1 to 2 months max. After 2 months of waiting they told me would be additional 12 months to receive the furniture at which time I placed a ticket to cancel the order. I have been waiting over a month to receive a refund and have called at least 12 times only to talk to someone from call center who tells me someone else will call me and I never get a call. The call center will tell you to call the store to resolve the issue but of course nobody at the store answers the phone; I have tried calling the store countless times. This place is a SCAM. Avoid buying anything from here. They will take your money and never deliver what you purchased and when you try to cancel the order they will never refund your money.
