Went looking for Noah because he is absolutely amazing and was told he was no longer there! The service I received today was horrible and I don’t think I will be returning!

Where do I start?? My Husband and I were riding through Madison Heights and decided to stop by Aqua Pro to look at the hot tubs...Noah went above and beyond our expectations informing us and showing us all of the inventory. He asked exactly what we were looking for, we told him and he more than delivered! Since we walked into the door he has been courteous and professional and very proficient...he personally made sure when the delivery occurred that he was here to ensure that everything was in place and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we know what to do and to expect going forward. First time ever owning a pool like this! LOTS to learn but Noah helped ease the anxiety with that! It was an aggravating time as we waited a good while before getting the pool due to Covid but Noah kept me updated often and finally we have our beautiful pool and Noah still continues to answer any questions/concerns ive had! Very helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs. Took the time to answer all my questions about water maintenance. The delivery guys were prompt and polite. I love my hot tub!

Everything is out on display. There is no guessing how it would look. The staff was nice, very knowledgable and great to talk to about planning for a pool or hot tub. I highly recommend calling or stopping by and talk to them before deciding what to get.
