I cannot say enough good things about Bob and John R Glass. We needed some mirrors for our redesigned wet bar, Bob came to the house, assessed our project, and gave his expert opinion. A class act- he could have gone with my original idea with three mirrors, charged more, and called it a day, but instead he advised that only one mirror would be better suited to our bar. He also offered to cut our existing glass shelves when he discovered they would be too large for the space, so I didn’t have to buy new ones. I am not a professional and I really appreciated how he worked with me when my ideas for the wet bar would have been likely to break in the future. We will definitely be working with John R Glass for any other glass and mirror needs.

You come to John R Glass in Madison Heights because of the decades long reputation as THE place for installation excellence. Yep, it is easier to have glass come to you. Instead I dropped my Benz off, grabbed breakfast and a couple of hours later picked it up with new OEM glass replaced, the job meticulously done, and my car with an unexpected cleaning inside. Reputations are at risk with every job. I am on the far side in care for our vehicles. If you are as caring about having precise work, this is the rare place to exceed your expectations.

Ive only dealt with the business on john r in madison heights so cant comment regarding the one in troy, but theyve taken care of all my glass needs, from shower doors to glass tabletops. they are usually substantially less expensive than some other perhaps more well-known oakland county glass businesses. they back up their products - cant say enough good things about this company. i know this sounds like someone from the company wrote this review but i really am just a very satisfied customer!
