The staff seems well trained and the deals, service and perks are solid. They always seem to have a better offer than other prepaid businesses, which is nice because I’d probably jump ship for other cool offers if metro didn’t constantly beat them. The service and deals give me a reason to stay for once!

The employees are great and helped me find the right phones and accessories, however I have had a few issues and the owner obviously doesnt care about his customers at all . I was told even before purchasing my phones not to go there because he is useless, doesnt help resolve issues and only cares about making money.when I asked to speak with him he wouldnt talk to me. Again I have to say that the gentleman working there are great with their customers. I will be contacting Metro Home Office .

This place is amazing. I had a great customer service experience. The guys at the store helped me with phones a case and a tablet and didnt pay that much. Would highly reccomend. I was a previuos AT&T customer and dont regret my decision.
