I always buy something but today I came in and they took one microwave out and unplugged the other one. The next truck stop is an hour away. Its hard to eat healthy on the road because these places only provide junk food and they do not want drivers heating up their own food even if theyre buying things. I was wondering why the worker gave me a weird look when i walked in with the little food container then I saw they removed the microwave. You feel like a criminal trying to eat healthy on the road. Worst part of the job for me.

Bathrooms were clean in the morning, pumps all worked fine. Finally a pilot that does what it’s supposed to . Thank you got a warm meal, coffee and fuel

One of the better Pilots. Nice friendly workers. Good parking. Nice and clean inside and out. I need to find more loads up that way.

Great place to take a break from traveling and its almost like a small general store. The price of gas was super low after driving through Illinois where the gas was 50 cents higher per gallon. Along the bathrooms were clean and the restaurant nearby was decent. They have every snack food you can imagine for an over the road trip but definitely gas up at this location because of the best prices around for gas. Check it out.

Good pilot you have to climb stairs to get to the showers. So if you have a problem with steps and you need a shower. This probably not the place for you. It has good variety of snacks,drinks and a subway. And a nice big parking area for truckers.

Decent pilot. But!! Small fuel islands! For a Pilot it has decent parking. Shop on site. Only thing to eat is subway or hotdogs. Clean inside and out. Very nice staff. Good coffee..

Cheap fuel and warm showers. Water temperature and pressure was great. Showers need a good cleaning. Staff is friendly.

Its an excellent place to find when youre on the freeway tired, low on gas and hungry. The employees were friendly, the food was great and I was able to rest and fill up on gas before getting back on the road again.

Just another Pilot truck stop. Neat, clean, friendly folks.Of the Get It and Git places, they do good work.

Plenty of room to get in and out. The shower was really clean. So was the TV room.

Layouts different than most Pilots. I dont have any complaints. It was a place to park. It was 8:00 pm on a Wednesday and there was still plenty of parking. That was nice.

The truck parking area has lots of potholes and trash. The fuel island was dirty which seems to business as usual at any Pilot.The restroom was clean but lacking a good quality air ventilation system as the aroma from the long haul drivers dropping a duece will make the hair in ones nose curl.The roller food item selection was limited to only the cheese burger hot dogs.The staff at cash register was polite and courteous.

Store itself was clean well stocked, staff was your average Pilot staff, not bad and not great. Always great coffee. Restrooms could use a good cleaning, fuel islands not to great. This is tho a very old location. Fuel islands need better lighting, and lack of trash cans. Parking area layout not great.

Easy access, large restrooms which are generally clean, may be out of paper occasionally. Subway on site which is handy when I want to pick something up on my way home

Low Gas prices, snacks, and clean bathrooms is what any traveler wants at any stop... this chain does a good job so far. Better than others.

I went here to use the ladies room, and it was very dirty. The women behind the register were extremely polite, but I dont think it makes up for the dirty restroom or the broken toilet tissue holder that had the toilet tissue falling out of it. If I hadnt been worried about peeing my pants I would have continued on my way until I got home since I was only about six miles away.

It has a good size parking lot and you can usually find a spot because its not real close to any big city or industry. Place seems to be well maintained and coffee area was clean....and coffee was fresh and pkentiful at 0700.

They have real friendly customer service clean environment in shower rooms are very funny they have everything that we want nine times out overall in the good places.

Mandatory face masks required to enter here now. Make sure to put one on or youll end up walking back to your truck or buying some in the truck stop.

2:06 am Saturday morning, for the first time in my life I have to buy my own toilet paper because the cashier says they dont have any for the customer to use

This place was ok, However I understand that Pilot/Flying J have banned the display of the American Flag so as not to offend anyone. If true it offends me and Ill be passing them up from now on.

Afraid to shower here. Every trash can in the lot is overflowing with garbage. Garbage all over the grassy areas. Went inside to check out laundry area. Huge piles of trash in front of the laundry room and down the entire hallway. Trash everywhere and to top it all off the whole back area smelled like piss was everywhere. Clearly it isn’t cleaned often, how do you see this amount of trash everywhere and not do anything about it while at work. So disgusting.

I miss this place having Grand Mas Kitchen at the truck stop. Thats when there was an excellent selection of food to choose from. The other side had a gift shop for travelers. There was a game room there too with a jukebox.I can remember before Pilot had the place.

I was at the subway and my debit card would not work and not having any other way of paying for it . This nice young lady pay for it that was behind me getting her sandwich. If she ever see this thank you and I will be paying this forward to someone else.

Hard to know where to Enter the store because of the remodel. Pretty loud at times so if your sensitive to noise not a good place to go right now. I purchased only a drink and got out quickly.

Always a great pit stop. There is just enough to handle most every need. The bathrooms are always clean and the people are usually very nice. This time was no exception.

Ive been in some pretty bad truck stops but this one here I would have to say tops the list! The restroom was absolutely disgusting I had to go really bad but I turn around and walk right back out. Corporate needs to pop in on them one day, disgusting!!

Don’t stop here!!! Extremely slow and the staff doesn’t care to do there job. Showers don’t work/ bathrooms are filthy, could go on but no point. Just skip this truck stop. Oh and parking lot is a disaster.

I was very disappointed with this pilot. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days. One of the paper towel dispensers was out completely and when I used the urinal, about 50 tiny bugs flew up ot of the little odor control thing... Needless to say, I went further down the road to use the facilities in a less infested stop.

Everything you expect with a pilot, however this particular one the bathroom smells like it has not been cleaned in years. Parking lot is rough but big, and the rest of the store was in good order so a good stop so long as the mens restroom is not the reason to stop.

Dont take a mobile cigarette coupon in and expect to get the discount. There bar code scanner would not read the $2.50 off coupon on Winston products. So after the store manager and the manager from Subway could not get it to work I was informed I was S.O.L., bad part is the Subway manager told store manager to hang up on the help desk because they are busy. She must have some unknown telepathic powers that old her this. Really!!

Restrooms were very dirty looked like they hadnt been clean thoroughly in months. The mens restrooms had splatters all over the toilet walls. The floor looked like it hadnt been moped in weeks. There was paper towels & toilet paper all through out the store and only 1 person working. She was trying to stock the floor and run the register by her self. So I asked her where her help was. She replied that they cant keep help that they keep quiting. I think its time for new management.......

Good amount of truck parking and the staff are very friendly. Diesel pumps pump the fuel fast.

As a driver I wish there more choices for food. The parking lot could use better maintenance and the spots need painted. Plus there is too much trash lying around. The personal were friendly and egar to help u.

I love the kentuky people, they treat you like a normal person and the people are friendly, I change a light at the Boss shop and they were plain simple so far good. I am a cuban american driver from Miami from Miami FL. My english is 99.9 percent, but my face dont lie to make story short. I was a different shop in Connecticut at TA the day before the place did not wanted to help me and I know why my race. IT was different in Kentuky God bless them.

Beautiful pilot during a snow storm. Needed some coffee and as always the pilot has some and a wide variety of creamers. Subway is open there 24 hours as well.

The restrooms were smelly and the bleached blonde female cashier doesnt wash her hands after using the bathroom. Very disappointing. Subway was good and the folks there nice and friendly.

This place needs serious help. The manager and cashier couldnt count change without A calculator. The manager stood and bold faced lied too us about what was going on with our change said the cashier had too get it out of the safe just too find out he sent her outside to get trash. I bet this place loses alot of money for the fact the people running it are ignorant.

Good pilot wit subway it about 40 miles north of I40 on US 41 and can usually find parking later at night were if you go down to pilot flying j on I40 thoughs full up fast

I agree with some of the other drivers. They don’t empty their trash cans in the parking lot. Most truck stops complain that drivers leave trash in the parking lot. But if there’s no room in the cans, that’s where they’re gonna put it. I don’t agree with the practice, but there’s no excuse not to keep your trash cans emptied and your window washing buckets full.
