Very kind friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable pharmacists always willing to answer any questions I may have and prompt often same day refill and pick up service.

Staff is generally pleasant but dont bother with this pharmacy. It is convenient for the drive through and that is all. They are always out of prescriptions, they dont bill properly to insurance and the pharmacist next door at the Exodus clinic will. Based on the hours and convince, I would rather go to the parking lot next door to know I can get faster service, just as pleasant of faces and my prescription to be in stock. Even if that means I have to get out of my car and walk in. In addition to that, they wont deny a prescription to a sick child in need. This Walmart pharmacy has shown me a complete lack of ethics and incompetence to provide prescriptions to my family over the last few weeks.

As a customer? Took Too long to fill my sons emergency inhaler, was called in advance there because, that was the closest store to the urgent care.. 2 hours and they didn’t even fill his Rx with the right inhaler he had to wait to change it to the right one, we always fill @ the store on 5400w & 6200S, think I’ll stay with my home pharmacy they have what we like and staff are always super nice and familiar with us.

I went into Walmart to get just a few item the pharmacist was a younger man. He was so kind to offer me water as I sat on the bench in front of the pharmacy area. I have been sick and it has messed with my asthma. He asked if I was taking a pain relief. Very concerned man. The best experience I have had at any store in some time.

Always clean, Always friendly, Always helpful, great variety especially for non food items, its always a surprise what they will have there. The pharmacy staff are are very friendly like Adam and the 2 Phillips. Dennis is a Fantastic Manager also!

I had a script for pain meds. When I dropped off the script the pharmacist said he would only give me 7days of the pain meds. I call the main pharmacy for Salt Lake to complain. The pharmacist called me tonight to explain way they had made that decision. BOTTOM LINE what they did was to protect me. I have 2 scripts for the same meds. Being a narcotic they choose not to fill the second one ( they were 3 days apart). Thank you for protecting me from myself. Will love and gratitude. Linda

Meds were called in at 5:45 and 1 hour later both prescriptions were filled and ready to go. Both guys behind the counter were polite and helpful. Im glad I switched to this pharmacy when I moved here.

Whaooo i dont know how to tell ya this, but way beyond thier abilities. Amazing when yu have your wife and kids sick with influenza and no insurance and they always find a way to help ya, thank you Nicholas and Phil. Amazing people.

My Walmart on 5600 West, was out of my med, they referred me to Magna in June. It was a horrible experience as Id never filled anthing there before. By mistake, that was in my chart, so when I was due this month July 20th, I called on the 19th it was messed up, then fixed, My church lady headed to Magna at 9:30, I called, they were back to being messed up, I was told they woulnt fill due to insurnance which is impossible. Dealing with them on the phone worse. Im on disability, oxygen, and over 60. I called my docs office, they cancelled that script daz sent it to mine on 5600 West. They were filled within 15 minutes, no problems, my church lady out of there in 20 minutes. I have never seen such poor customer service, in -experience, I will never use Magna pharmacy again. Horrible service. The tech from Magna called me back after half an hour, said they would fill it, I cancelled the whole order! Never will I use again or anything for that matter! Thank goodness have I had such great service at my West Valley walmart. Sophia, Nick are the managers, and all the gals there Johanna, Jaquilan, Pat etc are very smart and so helpful. Ive used this stores pharmacy over 13 years! Thankyou Walmart West for your caring and great service! 100 stars for them!
