Went in to buy my kids some shoes. I am a mother of young kids that are constantly growing and always buy their shoes a little big. I asked the worker to measure his foot and my son went to look for shoes after that and tried on a pair and the ones he wanted were to tight. The worker which is the MANAGER of the store came behind and felt it and said they are not to little its only a cheap shoe its not like your buying a 40 or 50 dollar pair of shoes not like it really matters. I didnt appreciate it that at all. I told my son after that lets go find shoes somewhere else. I will NOT ever go back on thanks to the very RUDE manager in here!!!

I went in and planned to come right out. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was ready to pay. There were 2 women there when my husband and I walked in and the other lady, that does work there, disappeared and the only other one was on a personal phone call.She was so into her conversations she couldnt assist us properly. She was struggling to scan because she had the phone in the other hand. That is ridiculous. And yes, it is the Manager that did this. Of course I know she will remain a worker there. There are too many complaints about the same woman and nothing has yet to be done.She even went so far as to say it was my fault things werent working. I made my purchase and left. It took an extra 20 minutes because she would not get off the the phone.This is not the first time. But I was well beyond my patience this time that it happened. Im not saying fire her, but please, do something about the personal phone calls.

The employee argued with me. I had purchased a pair of shoes in Shreveport, LA which were a womens size 7 1/2. She said a girls size 5 was the same size as a womens 7 1/2. She said they had NOT had the shoe I was looking for. I found a black shoe but not the gold.
