I asked to speak to the manager and the employee out right lied and said that they weren’t here. When I asked the best time to stop by to speak to the manager she said oh maybe they’re still here I’ll go check. The employee returns two minutes later to tell me that the manager is too busy prepping all the food in the back to speak to me. I just can’t support a business where the employees lie and the manager doesn’t want to come out to a patron inquiring about collecting coffee grounds. I drink a lot of Starbucks, I won’t be buying my coffee from this one anymore.

This is without a doubt the best Starbucks on the planet. The people are amazing. Frankie and Victoria are truly special people with the kindest hearts around- they are so incredibly sweet to our kids when we drive through that I literally avoid all other Starbucks in the area and only go to this one- thank you guys for being you.

Seriously, the best Starbucks I’ve been to by far. Everyone is incredibly friendly, coffee is always on point and the service is very fast. A huge shoutout to Frankie who is just the best and takes the time to make every single customer feel valued. 😊

Nice people but they don’t need to put new people at counter without training that causes long lines in the morning when people have places to go. Obvious that management has not properly trained new front of house guy. Very nice guy but didn’t know that heavy cream means half and half and was trying to find button for whipped cream and did not know that he could just get me a coffee instead of pushing it down the line like a latte that takes 15 min to get. Also he did not know that during Covid you should not take used cups across the counter for refills and instead give them a new cup. He also has not been taught to not put his hands across the top of the cup …. Lady behind me left mumbling she would never take a beverage from her. It’s not his fault … he has to be taught and that’s what management is for. He is a very nice person just needs training. Also outside they need to get pest control because some of the cushions have little spiders on them and hurt when they bite. Giving this visit a rating of two with the two stars being because they are so nice and you can’t train nice, you have to hire it and you can train for skill and service so these guys are a few training sessions away from getting a 5 star rating and when they are there I will change my rating.

I have a difficult drink order but they are always on top of it. Quick to fix things if a little off.

Not much to say about starbucks. It is what it is. The people at this location are always nice. They always get our order right and they are very fast and efficient

It’s a Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I always love the chorizo sandwiches. And of course, the coffee is the same everywhere.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks location I leave happier than when I came. The customer service is always on point and the drinks are always consistent. Who doesn’t enjoy talking to a delightful barista when they deliver your grande dose of happiness?

I frequent this location almost daily with my girlfriend. We enjoy it very much and the staff is great. If I had the means, I would get every one who works here a new car because they are always so busy and are so polite. Never a bad experience!

I dont go nearly as often since they moved up the street. The parking at the new location is awkward and Einsteins is closer with fine cappuccino and no logistics problems. But when I do go the extra blocks, Starbucks still offers a delicious almond croissant, mediocre egg biscuits and first rate cappuccino. First rate staff. Layout/seating in the new location is haphazard and sterile compared to the small but cozy original.

I showed up at this Starbucks at 6:45AM and the doors were locked and drive thru was completely blocked off with cones. There are TWO signs on the doors that state they open at 5:30. I tried knocking on the door because there were about 7 employees inside and they completely ignored me. Bad business.

I tried out this newer location and due to there being limited indoor seating, I had to sit outside with all the street noise. Not sure why they dont add seats. There is plenty of room. Dont reccomend this location. Parking/entrance is also kind of confusing.

Why is there no starbucks in low income neighborhoods/areas!! I have to drive 10 to 15 minutes to get to a starbucks!! Not fair!!

There was a lot less seating than there is at most Starbucks. There was not even a large table, like the kind that has the charging ports on it. Since my main goal was to work on my computer, I left and went to the next Starbucks down the road.

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks sometimes they make your food great but some other times their coffees are so sweet and the breakfast sandwiches look like they just throw it all together, sometimes your coffee cups would be all dirty outside, not the quality you spect when you’re paying higher price for food. They need to slow down and make their food better for the quality the customer expect out of Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks location. The team in the morning and cheerful and speedy and gets you on your way quickly with delicious coffee. The inside team is fabulous in the late mornings and all afternoon. Today they brought everyone iced water. The other frequent guests and pleasant to be around. Overall the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful.

Eh, its starbucks. They tend to be pretty consistent. Its hard to screw up coffee made by machine.

My favorite Starbucks by far.. the Maitland staff is extra friendly and helpful. My barista ( Stephanie) recommended a twist on my favorite drink that created big smiles! The service was quick and painless and I made it to work with a few minutes to spare.

They never answer their phone. It rings three times and says the voicemail is not set up. They get about 25% of their orders wrong. We told them about their phone several times so apparently it is on purpose. You can check my profile. I never leave bad reviews almost everything can be handled with a kind conversation. I feel this is the only way to let them know. Running back to the store 25% of the time just isn’t doable. Last week they gave us someone else’s mobile order. Today they gave us a black coffee when it was supposed to have a flavor, stevia and HWC. It had the correct sticker on it. They are big mistakes. We have let a lot of the mistakes go and just drank the wrong drink. But it is getting to be a waste of time and money. They are kind and in good spirits when we go. If they at least answered their phone sometimes we would go back.

This Starbucks location stays very busy however its also very efficient so youre not in line for very long. Very friendly too!

Asked for an espresso on a porcelan cup and was told that they cant do it. They will only offer it on a paper cup, which defeats the purpose of a good espresso. Aince many other customers were sitring ans enjoying their Starbucks prosucts, thus cant be due to covid restrictions. Just dont serve espresso if you cant serve it properly. It is an affront to the true and real Italian esspreso to refuse to serve it in a real cup instead of a cheap, tasteless paper cup.

I have to say I have always had a positive experience at this Starbucks. Today in particular I was really touched by kindness that Caley showed towards me. She is a stellar employee and a treasure of a human. I’m so happy this is my home Starbucks. Great job guys!

Good service, nice space. There’s seating available outdoors, as well as indoors. Only con to that there’s a major street right in front, so if seated outside expect some noise. Great selection as always. I’ll be back

Great as always, not a ton of seating inside. This is a very nice location and wonderful service, quality, etc. Everything you expect from a starbucks. However, the seating inside is limited... and FL is hot! Tough to have a productive work meeting in that heat

Quick and easy drive thru, as well as walk-in service . The baristas are very skilled and friendly. Its great when they make a mistake (which is rare) because they let you keep both drinks.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered my coffee Thursday morning, mind you this is not my regular Starbucks. I like just the slightest bit of cream in my coffee. Most Starbucks besides my usual Starbucks always adds way too much even though I ask for a small splash of cream. The gentleman handed me my coffee and asked me to try my coffee to make sure it was just the way I liked it. It was perfect! But I just appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile to make sure it was to my liking before I left. It was a long week for me and I was headed to a 6:30 am appointment and needed coffee ASAP as I had no time to make it at home before running out of the house. So kudos to this gentleman & his excellent customer service. Sorry I didn’t catch his name. Thank you though, it was greatly appreciated.

This Starbucks is a star. You will get the same, considerate and attentive staff anytime of the day. They are really great at making customer feel welcome, AND REMEMBERED. I have never had a single serving that needed to be returned. While I was disappointed to see most soft furniture go away, they also keep the place VERY clean.

The guy was so nice at the counter the other day and helped me places order. I am on a sugar free diet and they had plenty of options that worked with that. So nice and quick service as well. Store was clean especially with how busy it was.

Ive. Wen to this location 4-5 times and have only ever had to wait for my coffee for more than 30 seconds one time when I was with a big group.Staff is always friendly, fast, and ready to go when you get there. I hardly ever do google reviews but they deserve it!

I am a fan of their Macchiatos, they always taste great. The Winter Park FL location is very inviting and comfortable to spend with friends or casual business meetings. The staff is very friendly and competent.

This actually pretty good they have some pretty good things on the menu anywhere from muffins to drinks lattes and coffees and teas and the people that work there tend to be pretty friendly super helpful and they have great suggestions also so Im definitely going to Starbucks it just depends on what I want but they have a nice nice selection and if I might not know what I want theres always someone there to give me some assistance and ideas and so it comes out pretty good no matter what

The service at this Starbucks is always lovely. They make suggestions when Im not sure, create things that arent on the menu for me, and are always so service oriented and friendly. The food and drinks are as expected or better each time. It makes me not mind that I have to take 2 ugly left turns to get out of there and that there is no drive thru.

A little slow in delivery but still OK coffee. Update, next day I came in and ordered and received fast service but I downgraded as I gave my name twice and they still got it wrong. When pointed out it drew a giggle rather than sorry. I guess that is what you get hiring inexperienced young teenagers.

This Starbucks has gone from 5+ stars to 0 stars, (if I could). The phone to this location NEVER goes through and its extremely aggravating that every other Starbucks I call, answers the phone BUT this location. ALSO, its been TWO weeks and you guys are out of almost every drink. It gets old to have to go to the next 4 locations because you guys cant order your ingredients correctly. I wish the older employees still worked here, but they are all gone.

This Starbucks is in a great location in downtown Maitland. The product is consitently good. The service is always above and beyond. The seating is very inviting as well. Probably my favorite starbucks venues.
