We bought a used transformer from Resell CNC and during shipping it was badly damaged to the point it could not safely be installed. When I contacted Ryan he showed us images of the unit being loaded onto the truck with no damage. He then went above and beyond, and replaced the damaged one with another they had in stock only at the cost of shipping. Thats customer service!!!
