I found this business when my boyfriend damaged his phone. We took it there and Matt was amazing. He is professional and personable and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. So when my charging port was giving me problems we headed there first thing on Monday. Again, Matt was fantastic and it took less than 2 days. I picked it up yesterday and its working great. I would recommend this to anyone for repairs and for any phone accessories you need. A++++

Very small cell phone store with very little phone selections. At least the very few they do offer are good ones and the guy who works there is very friendly and helpful or I would have given 1 star. I recommend Wireless World on main street if your in the malden area and looking to buy a used phone.

When you go into his Technology store (small store) he sells phones, now laptop and tablets and as well as small gadgets and he also you pay some close to minutes on someone close to cell phone bill. The owner is a nice guy and very tech savvy all and all not bad place.

They aren’t in it for the clients just the money!! Horrible service and even worse prices!! They say they’ll buy your phone for parts and sell it the next day after giving you a “FOR PARTS “ Lowball on the price. Worst store I’ve went to

I came in wanting a replacement battery, but turns out that wasnt the whole problem. Matt did some tests, and the results explained why my phone was overheating in addition to the battery problem. He fixed it all up, on the schedule he said he would, and even provided a loaner phone.Also, if you have one of the curved edge Samsung phones, Matt has the tempered glass screen protectors with full glue. He put one on for me, and it fits the curves perfectly!Great, local Malden business with excellent customer service. Will definitely be back!

This guy is the real deal! Best phone repair prices in all of MA. Paid 140 to fix my S8 and he gave me a loaner phone while he did it, he even called my wireless carrier for me to do the swap and got the fee waved both times! Highly recommended!

I had my 6S Plus screen fixed today. They have the best price around Boston and they are really fast. The store was busy and they fix my screen in 90 minutes. The phone is like new again, Im so happy. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The guy is a rip off. He wanted 200.00 to fix a cracked screen on my iPad Air 2. I only paid 350.00 for it so I decided to go elsewhere. I called a few places and got the same quote so I reluctantly decided to return and just pay the 200.00. When I returned however I was told that the price went up to 225.00! No way. How greedy can you get? I walked out infuriated. And in the end I found another place that only charged me 100.00. Looks brand new. Dont go here, hes a rip off. Too bad his helper is so nice. He doesnt deserve him.

They replaced my cracked iPhone 5c screen but broke my earpiece. Now I can hardly hear any calls. I brought it back and they denied there was anything wrong. They opened it up and cleaned it and said it was fine. I can now only use it in speaker mode or with an earpiece.
