Very expensive. And very poor customer service. Shop around and you will be stupefied how expensive this place is.also If you print documents you will have to carry them as is. They don’t offer any sleeve to put them in unless you buy one. Horrible.

I personally was very disappointed when I entered this store and treated like I was an intruder. It was on Monday 12/23/19 around 5 pm, when I entered this store with a return to UPS (big TV). The way I was treated was never witnessed in an american business environment, I dont know whether that gentleman and the lady who were there are the owners of the business, but if not they should be fired immediately because they negatively affect the image of the company, if they are the owners then they better rethink the way they treat customers. I stood there like 10 minutes and they pretended they have not seen me,when they open to speak it was like I had had a quarrel with them. They told me how I was cheap and do not want to spend money, and I could not take care of my stuff, yet it was a big TV and actually needed a hand. I cannot say whatever happened but my humble recommendation is that the management change its attitude towards customers and never underestimate any customer.

Charge too much, tape the box, charge $2, bad service, arrogant, rude.

I used to send fax w/them. Good customer service! If the fax cant get through immediately, they allow you to come back and still get your confirmation later.

This is nice place. I went this store and they always help me out.

They are very very very cheap, and in a sense lacking for decency. I dropped off a package for Amazon return and the box needed a small tape on top, they wanted to charge me a dollar for this. My wife wanted to print out a document at their store, they charged her a fee for both, printing it out (which is ok) AND for using their computer. What is happening to the world?
