F W Webb Malden has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. From the manager Jeff who bent over backwards to take care of our problem to the showroom manager Deb who made calls on her day off to Gabriella the salesperson in the showroom who knows her products it is a pleasure to deal with them. I have been dealing with contractors for the last four months and these people really know how to take care of a customer.

Had a warranty is due with a Bradford-White water heater recently. Jeff, the manager, at the Malden store, was very helpful and patient. He took the time to call Bradford-White and straighten out the discrepancy. He also spoke with the contractor/plumber and put all the arrangements in place for reimbursement, so I didnt have to. Erin from the show room upstairs is extremely helpful and patient. I wish there was more staff upstairs though. We went on a Saturday and no one could help us for hours.

Guys at the counter spending more time gabbing with their friends that came in then taking care of the tradesmen waiting. I was 2nd in line and took over a half hr to ring me out for ONE part. Ive been going to web in Salem for a long time and this is my second time here in malden. Worst service ever wont be coming back here.

Your on your own. Don’t ask for ANYTHING! unless you have a part number. Maybe it’s just me but when I go to a store and speak to a salesman, I expect them to know their products and how they work. I expect that when I describe a problem, they help find a solution and SELL ME the product to fix it.At Webb you may as well have a robot in front of you. Do not ask for opinions, do not ask for ideas, do not ask how a product works or what it’s made of. When you go there, expect to serve yourself with part numbers that you brought with you from your own research online. Expect grunts of disgust when the smallest amount of work is needed to be performed. Expect the most outdated point of sale you have ever seen, short of handwritten receipts. A cash sale requires the guy to walk across the room to the office to get change. Anyone hear of a cash register?I do shop here though.......in an absolute emergency when no one else in 20 miles has it. Other than that, call supplyhouse online because they actually care enough to want your money, so they try hard.

My bill came to 10.08. The guy says do you have the 8 cents if not give me 11. Ok gave him $11. Then asked me if I wanted my change.. Hahaha unreal . Took him 5 mins to get my change. Staff is rude prices are high .
