Terrible customer service!! Went in for an ice maker installation kit, asked the young man at the front. He looked up from his phone to tell me aisle 4 at the end. I said I had just been there but did not see it. He never offered to help find it, just looked at me. After discovering the kit was out of stick, again went to ask if they might have any elsewhere. He again looked up from his phone and said no maam. The only politeness offered by him. I guess he gets paid to look at his phone instead of help customers. New management and workers have ruined that place. I will never again consider taking my business there. Will drive to hot springs rather than that.

Horrible service! They only have one man that knows how to run the front desk, everyone else dont even a 2x4 is. And they most definitely cant keep any track of theyre inventory. So be careful everyone they might sell you something they dont have!

Customer service was absolutely amazing, but the organization and training of the lumber yard could use some improvement. But still great friendly service!

I had a few extra minutes to visit Davis Lumber today and I was in the market for some axe handles and I bought a couple other things but in my opinion this place has Tractor Supply and all of them beat by a long shot. This will most definitely be my go-to place.

I explained what my ac issue was n he knew exactly what was happening n then explained about the product and said if it wasnt what I needed then theyd give me my money back on the plug (U cant ask for more that that) and it worked perfectly. glad I stopped in and will continue to shop here

They sold what my Mom ordered when we went to get it the blonde at the counter said they sold my Moms order we had to go to Lowes and get what she needed!

I try my best to shop locally. Last week I was there and there was one person in front of me with a big order. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for one of the other employees who was standing there to help me. I ended up putting the stuff back where it came from and leaving without buying anything.As bad as I hate to I guess Ill have to start going to Home Depot. 😕😕😕

Great customer service but outrageous prices.

Busy place today I respectfully stood at the paint counter while they went through one set of line when the second set of lines started to add up I went up to the counter to ask if somebody could help me over at paint after Id already been there for about 15 minutes they informed me that their computer was down and they could not mix paint so I had stood there the whole time for absolutely no reason they looked at me several times never acknowledged me never said anything to me thanks for wasting my time
