Cannot recommend enough if you are in the area and looking for an independent mechanic. Very fair prices as compared to the dealers and theyre able to service a wide range of vehicles.Brandon is the main mechanic that works on my cars. He is always courteous, professional and goes above and beyond when working on the vehicles. Best mechanic I know.

Roger was a life saver. My motorcycle broke down over the holiday weekend right on I95 and Roger went out of his way to help me out. He got my bike off of the highway while I was at work and then took me and my injured bike back home after a long, hard day. Price was the best quote I got.

Had a problem with the marker light. They got it right back on there for me lickety split. At a decent cost also. No complaints here

Great service flat tire on rt.287 on my fifth wheel. They got there quickly but found out the brackets had broken on one of the axles. They had to chain the axle to keep it from rubbing on the tires. Took a lot of work and some time but they got me back to the garage. They let us stay over night next to the garage and let us hook up to electric. Next day they worked on the axle all day. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Josh who did all the rigging on the road and the welding of the new brackets. Thank You Very Much

My car broke down on the way to a job in Long Island City. I was on 95 South and the state trooper called a driver from Vincents. Being from Massachusetts, I was nervous that I could be easily taken advantage of because I needed to get back home asap. My nervousness was completely unfounded. They stored my car at their garage until they opened on Monday and, being truly sympathetic to my situation, managed to replace my timing belt in one day so that I could get home. Their professionalism was unbelievable and their service was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

When I have Hi Tech Towing Inc.Back in the 1990 to 2000 I picked up a lot of cars at Vincents garage they were good to me. Then I moved in 2000 to Florida and I open my business 2012 as Hi Tech Towing and Recovery Inc . I still think the good old days in 1990 to 2000.

Vincent’s towed my van off I-95 in mamaroneck after a blowout by exit 16, I did not call them, but they towed my car anyway and claimed it was abandoned after only being there in the shoulder for 3 hours it was at 4 am when I got back with the tire I realized it was towed, when I got the van back it now has a bent driveshaft because they did not use go jacks, or put the van in neutral, they just dragged it up the back of the flatbed, and then used the tow truck to lift the back of the truck which I have a picture of and bent the drive shaft

Towed my vechicle after a i95 crash.My iPads, other electronics, numerous flashlights, and all socks as I’d packed for a trip down south were gone, haveing been appropriately packed & secured in padded cases. Stay away!!! Vincents towed my car, did more than $1,000 worth of damage—bent the muffler and frame, knocked off the bumper, and let the battery go dead in their yard. They denied doing any damage, falsely claiming the car was that way when they found it. Claimed the transmission shifter could not be fixed, but my mechanic got parts and fixed it for $200. This operation is unethical and incompetent.

My husbands car was damaged on I95 North and was undriveable, lucky he was unharmed. The tow truck driver, named Jason, arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful through out the whole ordeal. Thank you Jason and Vicente Service Station.

On Sunday, May 24, 2015, while driving southbound on the New York Thruway, my husband and I were in an accident. We were unhurt, but the car was seriously damaged, requiring a tow truck. Sunday afternoon (4:00PM) of Memorial Day weekend, not the optimal time to find services available. Called 911 and NY Thruway Officer arrived. He called for a tow truck. Shortly thereafter a young man, Billy, driving for Vincents Service Station arrived. He loaded our seriously damaged car, cleared out the cab of the truck for us, and we headed to Vincents impound yard. Once our car was unloaded from the tow truck, Billy helped us unload a Kia Amanti packed for a 3-week trip, called for a large cab to take us to the Westchester County Airport to get a rental car, and helped load the cab with all of our gear. Throughout the process he was unfailingly pleasant, helpful, and courteous...which was gratefully received by two Southerners who were in shock from the wreck and ill with bronchitis, to boot!My sincere thanks to Billy, who was the epitome of a true Southern Gentleman, and to his employers. You provide a fine service and are to be commended.

Horrible! Damaged my car during towing, then half assed the fix job. Said that they cant pop the bumper back in because theres previous damage, even though the bumper was previously always popped in. Went to another shop and they did it in 2 min. Clueless!
