I worked here as a part time job while in graduate school in New Rochelle. Family run business. They treated me just like family. I loved working there. It was the best and most fun Ive ever had!

The sugar cookies are pretty but there bland. and there expensive. the baked cookies are just okay.i used to work here. it was a horrible experience. for a couple months. i walked out after the manager gave me attitude for no reason, talked about me behind my back with the other employees, and would try and tell me how to do things that had nothing to do with the job i was hired too do. she would also walk around in just her socks.when she told me to only come in on Saturdays when i was hired as a full time employee i gave up. the owner didnt really care too much about the place either. think he was moving on to bigger and better things. the cookies were never delivered on time because of a shady delivery service there used. so all our hours of squeezing pastry bags were a waste. it could be a great place if someone new how to run it. its a franchise so i would go elsewhere for your cookies that have better management.

I have used you many times and have always been very happy with the outcome, so have the recipients. When part of my order wasnt available they called me and suggested a replacement item, for the same price as the item I originally ordered, even though it was a bit more expensive, at no extra charge to me. I thought that was excellent customer service!!

Ordered online for next day delivery. Bouquet arrive early AM to place of business looking exactly as described when purchased. Very easy to navigate website highly recommend

I sent the cookies as a gift, and Im told they are very good! I can comment on the helpful service when I called a little later than the same-day delivery cut-off time. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful in taking my order, and it was delivered around 3:30 the same day. Thank you!!!!

Just ordered a bouquet from the Mamaroneck store - I am getting them as a surprise for my family who Im picking up at Laguardia airport. Due to the distance I knew I could not make it to the store before it closes at 6pm. The manager Chris was kind enough to reach out to the neighboring restaurant (which will be open) and is leaving them there for me to pick up! Such wonderful above and beyond service!

This is not my first time using the East Northport Cookies by Design. The manager of this location is first-rate. She makes sure every box is checked when not only placing the order, but making sure the delivery is handled correctly and that the order itself is right. I experienced some major hiccups in one of my previous orders, but the owner and manager handled the problems with the best customer service a customer could ask for!! I love these cookies and so do the people I send them to in New York!!

The basket was very impressive. Cookies were bigger than I thought and the designer cookies were delicious.
