Had to come back twice first time just replaced a filter which I had just done. So paid 165$ for that. Then needed to come back to bleach which should have been done the first time. Then had to pay for another filter 2 days apart. Then the tech leaves with no water pressure had to come back and replace the filter again. All things I could have done myself that cost me $200. Management didn’t seem to care much. His response was a brand new water filter not working isn’t their fault

Very impressed with the Manchester Culligan of New Hampshire location! Cathy, the operations manager answered my questions and promptly scheduled our service. Andy, the service tech was very thorough, efficient, and friendly. I was doubly impressed that I didnt have to ask him to wear a face mask while servicing our whole house and RO filtration systems. Will came and gave a professional and informative assessment and estimate for our radon and ph issues.Jarrodd was our installer. He gave a friendly reminder call, showed up on time, was dressed professionally, and followed current safety guidelines.In addition to the awesome new system we have, we will be forever thankful to Jarrodd for saving our chickens! He was outside the house, up a ladder, and heard the neighbors dog running into our yard and going after our chickens.Jarrodd jumped into action and grabbed the dog to save our family pets :-) Our 7 and 8 year old sons have raised the chickens from 2 weeks old. We cant thank him enough for going the extra mile! ❤️

Met with Will to go over options, the next week Jarredd did my install.Great job by both, very professional company. Highly recommend them.I have the whole house water softener and R/O drinking water systems.Incredible difference.
