I will definitely be returning for any future eye care I may need. I had an appointment in mid October and the staff was so friendly I came in with an old beat up pair of glasses barely able to see and i just got my new glasses today and I couldn’t believe the results I can see better than I’ve ever been able to see before the staff knows what they’re doing I’m very pleased

Dr. Grimm was very thorough and knew right away what is going on with my sons vision. Everyone in the office was kind, patient and explained everything and made my sons first experience in an optometrists office great fun for him. Best decision I made going to see then.(My son is 2 1/2 and he’s farsighted. Will need glasses)

Everyone was lovely from start to finish. However, Joe (the Optician who helped me select frames and reviewed pricing) was absolutely fantastic. Delightful conversation kept us occupied while he skillfully problem-solved some computer glitches. He was a great resource in helping me find frames that suited my face and my budget -- his knowledge of prices and insurance coverage made the selection process very smooth.I have some anxiousness when it comes to eye care appointments. I struggle with touching my own eyes, let alone allowing anyone else to do so. I cant even put in eye drops. The whole team was so gentle and thoughtful during my visit. Dr. Grimm was patient and considerate. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to returning!

Evision Eyecare always puts so much care and attention into each patient. My 7 year old daughter just had an appointment and every individual from check-in, to the techs and drs, to the help with picking out glasses gave so much care and attention to keep my daughter happy and comfortable. I have only had good experiences here.

The office staff is friendly and helpful as is the man who assists with the choice of frames for glasses. The eye examination is thorough and they seem to have up-to-date equipment. Dr. Grimm is knowledgeable, pleasant and explains his diagnosis well. It’s nice working with them as a client.

I can’t speak highly enough about the services provided at Evison. They were a quick last minute choice with availability that fit my desire to see someone sooner then later. Front desk to assistants to the doctor they were all kind and professional. Dr. Procaccini fully understood my concerns and spent plenty of time explaining the machines that I had just gotten use to being simply part of an exam. I was filled with questions and concerns, all which were addressed.After ping ponging around many eye doctors for the last 20 years, Ive definitely will continue to use strictly them for all my future eye care needs.

Office was clean, staff was all very friendly and professional. Dr. P was amazing!They seemed to have up to date technology and were very thorough. The only downfall I would say is I waited quite a bit to be seen after being brought into the exam room. I would recommend them and return though!

I have been going there pretty much since they opened. The doctors appear to be very knowledgeable, they take the time to explain things, and they are friendly. The receptionist(s) dont rush you despite how busy they are. And the salespeople dont push you too hard to upgrade & add things. BIG PLUS is that they take Medicaid.

Bridget kindly checked me in and Joe helped me choose the lenses Im going to be wearing for the next few years. Joe was personable and extremely helpful. He answered every question I had with thought and patience and helped me get lenses at a price within my budget. I was so happy with how the ladys at this location really care and are so kind. There was a mix up and I was a little upset and kind of rude in my eyes to be truthful. But they at all times were carm and trying to help me. And at no time did they ever say I was wrong or placed blame on me. I see that as great customer service. But I believe it more then that . Its just good people treating others as they would like to be treat. So thank you to all the ladies. From front desk to eye doctor to the lady who straightened out the loose glasses. Plus I brought in my sons glasses that were messed up and they fixed them on the spot.. Thank you

This was my first visit to Envision and I was very impressed. Appointments were on time, the check in process was fast and efficient. All personal was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to, and that my vision issues were properly addressed. There were no pressure sales which was also refreshing. I would definitely recommend Envision.

The gentleman that answered the phone there was so rude! I’ve been taking my family there for years. Immediately I was treated rudely because I had four children and myself that need appointments. He was talking over me. I work in the medical field and do not appreciate being treated like that! I would never treat my patients like that. Remember with us you wouldn’t have you job! Phone call was made today 7/28 at 3:55p. Needless to say I’m looking for a new eye doctors because of the receptionist. That’s sad that he’s the face of this establishment now.

I was very pleased with my visit! The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant! From the moment the exam started, I felt very comfortable and Dr. P took very good care of me while finding the right fit for my contacts! Not having insurance, I was afraid it would cost me an arm and leg, but it was super affordable and I would highly recommend this place!

Love Evision! The staff and doctors are so polite, efficient and professional. From the minute I walked in, I was acknowledged even though there were quite a lot of patients being waited on. The technician was thorough and effective. Dr P was very nice and fully reviewed my tests with me. Joe in the eyeglass / contact area explained my insurance better than it’s ever been explained to me.I used to go to a large practice on Elm St and although the Drs were ok the staff was rude and lazy. So glad I switched! Just wish I’d done it years ago.

Went in to buy replacement glasses for my son. We were helped right away with no wait. Donna was wonderful and even ended up helping me schedule an appt and find my own pair of glasses!

Not much parking availabity. I got a $50 parking ticket today. The receptionists are nice. My eye Dr. Is excellent. The eye tech and eye student did not explain what they were doing, how long it would last and did not smile or any conversation at all.

I saw Dr P for an issue I was having. Not only was I able to be seen the next day, but he did a thorough exam and put my mind at ease about the condition. He was also very easy to talk to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for keeping my vision straight!K O’Connell

Its always a pleasure going into E Vision. I have 6 kids, and they always accommodate my schedule. Joe was an absolute pleasure when helping me shop around for glasses. All of the doctors and assistants are equally friendly and amazing. Im upset at myself for never remembering many names, the beautiful secretary (with the minions) is an absolute pro ! Been coming here a decade. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !I saw a comment on them not cleaning and sanitizing and I have to say, everyone I encountered was definitely cleaning and sanitizing.

I have never had such a thorough exam. Dr. Grimm was great at explaining everything that was happening with my eyes. He offered a lot of information and guidance. The front staff were both friendly and engaging. The doctor’s assistant, Sabrina, was amazing! She was fast, friendly, thorough and really knowledgeable.

The place is very clean and the Dr takes time to explain what’s going on with your eyes. The optician was also so nice to deal with when picking out frames. I would recommend evision to anyone.

I wanted to love this place so badly, but it was awful. It looks so cute from the outside, and had (I thought) a great website. I had an 11:00 appointment, and was asked to arrive 10-minutes early, which I did (10:50 am). The place was packed, which was surprising and concerning given the pandemic, and there wasn’t anywhere to sit for the first 25-minutes I was there. I had just had a procedure yesterday on my lumbar spine, so this was brutal for me. Even with people already squished in, without any room for social distance, which their website asked patients to do, groups of people were coming in who also had appointments (one group of 4, and another group of 3). I wouldn’t have gone had I known they didn’t follow their own COVID-19 precautions. I didn’t see anyone wipe down anything while I was there, despite what their website says (“...we will regularly perform enhanced environmental cleaning of commonly touched surfaces, such as workstations, counters, railings, door handles, clipboards, pens, chairs, and other public area surfaces). Again, while I waited nearly 40-minutes in a packed room, nothing - none of the above listed things, or anything else, was wiped down.I was finally called in at 11:27, and the student doctor didn’t come into my exam room until 11:52. I was there from 10:50-12:30, and not a single person apologized or even acknowledged the wait (I interacted with 5-different employees).After all of that, they didn’t have the frames I wanted, which I picked out on their website, so they said they would order a sample, and call me when they came in. I received a call a couple hours later, though, saying the frames only came in a bright color, and not the black or tortoise listed on their website. This entire experience was a total disappointment.Fortunately, I was able to order the glasses I wanted (that I originally found on Envision’s website) from eyeglasses.com, and they’ll arrive in two-days.

Always a busy place. Took a bit longer than I like but the service received was great. Always courteous and informative. Will be back next year

I called Evision eyecare for an emergency visit. I woke up with my eyes hurting and could barely see through them. Evision set me up with an appt next day. The secretary over the phone was very polite well mannered and listened to my problems.got me right in thankfully! The check in process was very similar the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I sat down for less than I’d say 5 minutes. Eye doctor was very intelligent and very thorough with my exam. I will go back in two weeks. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend Evision eyecare in Manchester NH on Elm St.

Today was my first visit to Evision and I have to say that the staff there was extremely friendly and nice and my Doctor was AWESOME! He took the time to flush my eye and give me drops because this morning I got motor oil in it. My doctor was really caring. I will be changing my Daughters eye doctor to there also. I have to travel from Hillsboro,NH to Manchester but its well worth it.

Dr. Grimm charged me for a glaucoma test I never got. now he put a $50 charge on my credit report. I was on Medicare . I am poor.

Everyone was super nice and easy to work with. Dr. P was awesome and the assistants and desk workers were friendly and sociable. It made the experience painless and stressless.

Trying to call this place is a joke. It rings and rings no matter which extension you push. Not one person answers the phone. I would not suggest this place if you need to call them to set things up with continued care.

So around 3-4 weeks ago I order some glasses $200 and this is without the lenses after they told me I was only going to pay the 20% out of the frame. Now some Ray Ban frame are NOT $1,000 if you do the math. That’s not it, before I order the frame I asked 3 times if the frame was going to arrive on time since I was moving out of the state in 2 weeks and the guy said yes because it was only the frame and not the lenses. So I went ahead and order them with Evision, well this was a month ago and I just got my glasses today and the WRONG color after ALL this wait. I called them so many times I even asked for a refund because I know for a fact that there are much better places then this one. And more professional. The least they can do is refund me my money.

Ive been coming here for several years and I havent had any problems. The glasses I bought from here several years ago are still holding up well - high quality products are sold here at fair prices. Eye exams are quick and thorough. Everyone here is nice and personable.

Dr Grimm was awesome. Best eye doctor I have seen in years. He explained everything to me. Even figured out what another eye doctor didnt. I now have a clear picture where I stand. The optometrist helped me so well. I was done and out in 15 minutes. Thank you means a lot at my age. 💜

I had an exam a month ago, and the doctor wanted to follow up in a month. Today I was to have my follow up but they wanted to charge me again! It should have been included in the first visit. They are just trying to double dip. I will never go back to them. Be Careful !!!!!

I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the awful woman who I dealt with to pick my glasses. The receptionist was nice and the doctor was very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately the woman I dealt with at the end was rude and cold. She rushed me trying to pick my glasses which she didn’t even let me try on. She had such an attitude I felt so uncomfortable. I will never be back as they clearly don’t value all patients and discriminate against patients with state insurance. I have never felt so looked down on in my life.
