We worked with Joe to determine property lines when a neighbor wanted to cut down a tree. He was great to work with - thorough, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used Joe for over 20 years for surveying and design work. He provides all the services that any large engineering firm does on a one-to-one basis where you can contact him and speak with him whenever - you do not get that with larger engineering services. Ive had Joe Wichert do 3 different surveying jobs/plot plans and he is very easy to work with and professional. No-nonsense guy and reasonable prices. He does the job as simply and efficiently as possible and has relationships with many of the local towns and is familiar with the various boards you have to go through, so he has a lot of good advice on how to successfully submit applications and plans that are more likely to be reviewed in a positive manner.I would not hire another surveyor after having worked with him because I had shopped around prior to hiring Joe the first time many years ago, and some of the lesser experienced surveyors out there had recommended things that were a waste of time and money that would not have helped me in some of the applications I was beginning to navigate.Thanks again Joe appreciate all your help!

I came across Joe Wichert by accident many years ago. After the Planning Board was done berating the other surveyor that I hired, and told him that they did not want to see him back in front of the board again, I decided to wait around and see how the next case went. Joe did a very professional presentation to the board. After the meeting, I approached him and asked if he could help me out. After he unraveled the mess that my other surveyor made, he got my project approved. He has been my go-to guy ever since. Great guy to work with.

Joe still picks up the phone himself and answers calls, its not too common. Have checked around a few places and hes the only one that does it. Always quick and helpful.
